Very courteous and highly professional staff. Had an eye appointment and went there with my prescription and ordered my glasses. I got the glasses within a week and they are perfect! I want to especially THANK, Sam Moreno and Kassidy Dressig for their help, made getting glasses a very painless process. Thank you!!
Very knowledgeable eye dr and staff. I go here as well as my kids and he makes the experience comfortable for the kids so they are not scared of getting eye drops and exams anymore. They are a busy office in a city that quickly became overpopulated in the short span of just one year so have patience. They do a great job.
On Friday April 9th, I had a 9:30 am appointment. I didnt get in to see the doctor until 10:50. The doctor was very nice. However, the person who did the scheduling needs to do a better job. They only have 7 chairs in the lobby. At times people were standing. All chairs were taken. One of the workers had to stand while measuring a customer for glasses.
Excellent eye care provider with pleasant, lovely staff, Dr. Crook is thorough, knowledgeable and patient with questions and very helpful with future treatments for good eye health. Very HAPPY I went to our Nationwide Vision.
Very friendly and knowledgeable Doctor and friendly staff. We were able to try on glasses to purchase just had to place them in a try to be disinfected when we were finished. Nice selection of frames and all 3 pair of glasses we purchased arrived within 4 days. Thank you! So happy to be able to return and see Dr. Crook again!
I made an appointment a for my 7 yo son I told them he was autistic and this would be his first eye appointment. It was a few months to get the appointment. The lady took us back my son was upset after the long wait in the lobby. He couldnt understand why the house was blurry he was a little upset not bad. Had a few tears is all. The lady said we cant do the exam today and walked out of the room! I was mad to say the least at this point my son is crying. We get to the car and he says Im sorry mom Im the worst omg broke my heart. The office manager called me and tried to get us to come back at that point I dont think my son wouldve been able to do it so she offered for us to come back the next day. She did try but I have work. I had to take a day off with out pay for this appointment. They are the only place in Bullhead that takes the kids achhs insurance. Needless to say I will be saving to pay for another exam with a office that can handle autistic children. Especially considering he wasnt throwing a fit or anything he was just upset and had a few tears because he didnt know why the house was blurry so he thought he was doing something wrong. As for the dr I dont know how he is with children we didnt make it that far. So if your child has issues with Drs or exams i wouldnt suggest them I will be saving my money to take him to another place. The office manager was very kind and did try but at that point we.were both in tears and it was not.a good day for us. I just hope it doesnt set us back. Its taken years for him to be OK with Drs and Drs offices I had high hope for an eye exam.
I ordered glass lenses on about January 6 th, because they were glass I was told it would be 3 weeks to a month, or around Feb 6 th.Got a call glasses are ready on January 26 th and went in to pick them upOn Thursday the 28 th. When I received them I mentioned to the woman that I was not able to focus my right eye . I was dropping my old glasses for repair and they were busy so I left my old glasses, and said I would wear the new ones a few days to see how it goes.I wore the new glasses and found I need to close my right eye to drive, could not focus far or near. I stopped in on Monday February 1 and picked up my repaired glasses, and talked to the gal about my new glasses . She did some checks and then turned me over to the manager who rechecked and eventually set me up for a retake on script. Got me in the very next day, and Dic says no change from the last time as far a script but a change since my last exam in this year.So I asked to send the glasses and get the right lense updated. That was February 2 Nd, I’m now at March 8,,, still no glasses .I will not return once I get this done . I’m very disappointed in the service at the Bullhead City location .Terry Moor
These people took FOREVER! Never once in my life have I gone to an eye doctor appointment that took this long. We made this appointment 2 MONTHS in advance because of how full they were. We got here on time and were told we had to wait outside. Then after filled our paperwork we weren’t helped for another hour. I’ve gone to a walk in eye exam for 3 kids that took 40 minutes. Utterly Ridiculous!
I had very little issues with this place until recently. Two out of my three kids had appointments. My 6yr old did not. Due to this pandemic I was informed my 6yr old could not come in. He is a MINOR CHILD who is not old enough to take care of himself and obviously cannot be left alone. Unfortunately I do not have endless options for babysitters nor funds. I completely understand about not bringing in the whole damn family, Grandparents, cousins, Aunts and Uncles but being told my minor child cannot come in is beyond ridiculous!!
Rude attitude women, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location was shut down. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Thumbs down!
Disgusting waiting area...DISGUSTING! The ladies working the desk and answering phones need some classes in professionalism and respect! The Dr. Is nice but not worth waiting in a dingy area listening to his staff act like High school students.
I received my glasses at the end of June. By the beginning of August they had fallen apart. I took them back and was told they had no screws to repair them. A week later I went back and left them with them to repair them and call me. I was told that they could not take responsibility for any damage. They are your glasses!!! I finally got them back at the end of August. Memorial day weekend I spent in the hospital. The first day they fell apart. I could not have visitors so no glasses. I was there for 5 days. Needless to say I am done with you and will be returning this junk to the store.
I used to love coming here for my eye appts. I set up an appointment with them to renew my RX. They called me later and said they could not verify my insurance and I would be set as paying cash. I tried explaining my insurance was ACCESS vision 10. They kept telling me that they do not accept AHCCCS. I spelled it out for the woman on the phone because she was not understanding me and kept cutting me off instead of listening to me. I dont complain often but their team is really rude and you can feel their attitude over the phone. Ive never had this problem before with them. I tried being patient but when youre not being listened to and just told they dont accept your insurance when you already verified with your insurance that theyre in-network it gets really frustrating. I dont know what happened to their staff but theyre not helpful like they used to be. I called Western Medical Eye & they were able to set me up with an appt. and verified my insurance in less than 10 minutes.
We had a great experience!
Excellent service on glasses and a great eye doctor.
I love my new glasses! The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Crook was thorough and friendly. The frame selection was outstanding and prices were reasonable. I recommend Nationwide Vision 100%. I went back and purchased prescription sunglasses too! Love them!!
We went to nationwide vision today to purchase a new pair of glasses for my husband. Upon arrival we were told to go to a section of the store. We were asked what we needed. I told her thay we were there for glasses for my husband. The response was that I had to leave the store because I wasnt buying anything. Due toCovid-19. There was only two other customers in the store. We arrived wearing masks. Took all the precautions. We were never asked if there was any disabilities that required both of us to be there; which there is.We will never return to your store in the future.Furthermore, would never refer anyone to go to your store in Bullhead City, AZ
Cancelling our eye appt w/Nationwide Vision after visiting the Bullhead City location to shop and look at their frame inventory of choices... an atrocious shopping experience as you are greeted to wait in queue so staff member can get everyones name in your party. Then told as company policy that a member of staff must accompany you while you shop -- because they dont want you touching the frames. Dont need to go shopping to be treated like criminals and a 5-year old... plus getting our personal information just to look around. So big brother. Feels like communists run this joint! Why not have the honor system and simply tell people if they want to try on frames to alert a worker -or- offer sanitizer wipes if we touch frames so we can clean what we touch. At Sunglass Hut, if you try a pair of sunglasses on, you put it in a tray afterwards so they can disinfect it before they put it back on the shelf. Quite a simple task. The way your treated will push everyone elsewhere or online to shop. Plenty of competition.
The staff greets you when you walk in the door, they answer any questions and help you pick out the perfect pair of glasses. The doctor is really professional and makes sure that you know exactly what he is talking about. My overall experience was the best. I will definitely use Nationwide Vision for myself and my family.
Dr Daniel crook and the optician is nice and professional. The rest of the staff act like used car salesmen. If they arent selling you glasses they want nothing to do with you or help you out in the least. Also the receptionist will quote you one price for the eye exam and at time of pay they will change the price on you.
I cant wrap my head around all the bad rep this business is receiving from its customers. Are people that self-centered that they are easily disappointed? The employees at Nationwide were light, bright and easily humored, we all had a good laugh. No complications whatsoever with the paperwork, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and polite. The one lady who sees you before the doctor helped me find a pair of glasses that would be proportionate to my face. My only complaint is the price for the area that we live at and thats why I could not give it a five star rating.Thank you Nationwide. Cant wait to have something with style on my face again. : )
They were amazing and helpful . Ths staff helped confirm insurance coverage, researched the best price and found a savings, helped to pick out frames the were covered by insurance, fit a large head and looked nice. They took time with short notice to stay a bit past their shift to give my daughter proper directions on contact care. Patient enough to put up with me and my special level of crazy. Kudos to the Bullhead City Nationwide Vision staff.
You’re very slow getting around to hear you’re staying there for a while and takes a long time even get out of the doctors office so I don’t know the people if they’re OK
My appointment ran about 45 minutes late but the optometrist was great . Andrea helped set me up getting my glasses . She was very pleasant . Great experience overall
I will start by saying that Dr. Crook was great. Also, the optician was helpful. The rest of the staff gets a 0. I am a senior citizen and have been to many different eye clinics over the years, and I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful. For those that are contemplating going here..DONT. Enter at your own risk
The whole visit was professional the staff was helpful and friendly and the Doctor was very Nice and answered my questions thouroughly and lets just say that I definately recommend this place . Best and Cheapest eye place i have ever been to in my life so far.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Was very nice and personable. I had to make an emergency appointment and they were able to give me one for an hour after my call. Im so glad I found this place while out of town.
Professional Friendly Staff. Terrific prices NICOLLE. MOOSE SAYS THANK YOU. Money well spent
The glasses we bought there broke and they would not replace them because we changed insurance companies. You would think that a company would stand by a product when they offer a 1 year replacement, but they dont. Dont change your insurance company, Nationwide will not honor you as the customer only the insurance company. A nice loophole to save them money at your expense.
Worst customer service ever!! Only person thats worth anything in there is the optometrist nice guy knows what he is doing.. but the rest of the staff get it F..
The doctor is great and personable.Until I picked up my contacts today, my experience was very good.Michelle Garcia was very rude and I wont be back to Nationwide.
Everyone at Nationwide Insurance are friendly and the process was quick!
Only give a 30 day warranty on glasses. What a rip off. Glasses gel apart in 6 months. Walmart gives a one year free warranty. Never again nationwide vision.
Ive been going there every year for 6 years. Every year they somehow lose my paperwork and I have to refill it out every time. Its very frustrating. Youd think after 6 years they would learn how to hold on to some paperwork.
