My appointment was right on time, was quick and addressed all of my issues and they had the most perfect frames. I cannot wait for them to be ready!

It was my daughters first time she was very shy, they made her feel at home. They paid attention to every detail, even when it came to choosing frames. One of the ladies helped pick out frames, really elegant ones too. Overall great experience for my daughter and I, will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Is the worst excuse for a caring Dr office I have ever had would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.Its not about the scratch its about being lied to 5 months ago that I couldnt get a new pair of glasses for another year

This was our first time using Colorado River Eye, but it will not be the last. My husband has mild dementia and is restless. All of the staff were very patient with him. The exam was thorough and I was very impressed with all of the staff. A very nice young lady helped me and adjusted 2 pair of glasses - they both fit very well now. We will definitely be going there for our eye exams next year.

Ridiculous hours for working people. Not realizing they closed at 1 on Fridays I went in at 12:45 for frames only. They told me they were going to close at 1 and couldn’t help. Made me wonder what time they stopped serving customers. I had my own business for thirty years. I would have locked the door at 1 and serviced the customer. But I guess those days of service are long gone.

The staff is very helpful.Mary is the best. Dr. Jones always addresses all of my concerns. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

First of all, I am 77 years old and seldom leave a review. The only reason I went here was because they had an opening for the exam and I could get in right away. They were very professional and courteous. My only complaint is the end cost of a pair of glasses with no extras and my frames. Totally absurd prices! If you do not have insurance, find another provider! I will never return to this company.

Very friendly staff, super helpful and informative. Everywhere in town was booked for at least three weeks. Even though they had no appointments they got me in in between patients so I could get an eye exam for work. Thanks!

I’ve worn glasses since I was 5 years old. I’ve been to countless optometrists and have had good experiences and some not so good. Dr. Jones and his staff were from the moment I walked through the door very attentive and accommodating. They all were very professional and knowledgeable. I have been going to CREC for the better part of 15 years now. (rough estimate) They are the best! Always a great staff from Ruth at reception to Dr. Jones to Lisa the technician. Everyone is nice and answers all your questions. I have never had a bad experience with them. Even when I had moved out of state I still would come back just to get my exam. Dont take glasses with crooked nose pieces, the woman behind the counter not only will not fix them while seeming exasperated, shell then tell you its your nose.

I chose to visit Colorado River Eye Care after having a terrible experience with a different provider. Everything about this establishment is welcoming, thorough and pleasant. Mary was lovely to work with and Dr Jones answered all my questions. It even took me an hour to find the right frames but no one made me feel like I was wasting their time. I’m making an appointment for my husband too! I highly recommend anyone to go there.

Being new to this area I went with this eye doctor. The doctor and his staff are amazing. They all are so nice and professional. And helped me find the best glasses for me. I will be going back the next time I have to get some glasses. Love their personalities and professionalism.

I do see some bad experiences shared but my experience was good. Everybody there is helpful and they answer your questions without having an attitude . Ruth and Tanya are friendly which is refreshing for this area. The staff is professional and explain every step.

Dr. Jones was nice, but the most of the other staff were rude and unprofessional. Had to keep going back for about four follow-up appointments to get the correct contacts. Staff ordered incorrect trials as well. Glasses are really expensive, so check online for better prices. I was quoted $200+ with insurance for just my glasses. I was able to purchase my daughter’s and my glasses for $60 total.

As a new patient, when I called for an appointment, they got me in within a few days and the receptionist made me feel welcome instead of a nuisance as that’s the way many offices treat new patients. While I haven’t received my new glasses as of this date, my review is based on the staff and experience I received as a new patient. I made my appointment in person as I was referred by the nearby Walmart due to my insurance requirements. The receptionist at Colorado River Eye Care was friendly and efficient, and I booked my appointment for the following day, so there was barely a wait.When I arrived for my appointment, the optician performed my eye tests, then I was immediately ushered into the exam room where Dr. Jones did the necessary steps to prescribe my corrective lenses, and also checked the health of my eyes.I am not a doctor/medical person; I mean, I like to get in and out of these kinds of appointments as quickly as possible. I am not one to hang around and ask a myriad of questions, so my exam was exactly as I had hoped. That’s just, ME, but the doctor will most definitely take the time to thoroughly answer and explain any problem or questions you might have.Lastly, the eye professional, who advised me on what size and what kind of frames would suit me best based on my prescription, etc., was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to understand just what I needed. I appreciated her help and advise in this (dreaded, at least for me) last step.I highly recommend Colorado River Eye Care, and I’m fortunate to be a patient.

Excellent service and staff!

Although the office is nice and the Dr was friendly and professional, some of the office staff was not very friendly or informative. My first visit was in July 2018. I saw their ad for a free exam with purchase of glasses/contacts. After my exam and I picked out my frames for my $500+ glasses, the woman helping me questioned me about where I saw the add and acted like I should not give me the free exam. Since I live an hour away from the office and work full-time, I was unable to make my contact fitting appointment within their time frame and now they will not give me my contact lenses prescription. I was never informed that I would have to come back for a fitting within a certain time or that my prescription depended on that follow up appointment. I will take my eye Care business elsewhere!

I really enjoyed my experience here. They had a great selection of glasses, can make them same day if possible. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable. When I went back with my daughter 2 years later they recognized me right away. Very impressed, great customer service!

Well its 2020 now had what a great visit from Ruth to Dr.Jones then to Mrs. Jones(no relation to the doc). They were again very friendly and helpful. Thank youDr. Jones and staff are GREAT! Your in and out in no time. They make you feel very comfortable and welcomed.

I called several different places and Colorado River Eye Care was able to get me in the following day. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to get my glasses the same day which was so important to me. I will definitely be going back here for all of our eyewear needs!

They suck badly, told me after a 10 minute look: you shouldnt be driving a car. I got a referral from my primary care doctor to a REAL EYE CENTER in Las Vegas, now I have an 8 year NV drivers license. (Shephard Eye Centers Las Vegas)The eye docter in Col River said after looking in my eyes, its such a mess in there. ( was born with glaucoma), the surgeon in Shephard eye center said: you have the most interesting eyes Ive even seen, a glaucoma specialist wit 30 years experience.
