Dr Clark is amazing. My 7 yo is autistic and has a horrible time with Drs. My son was not able to complete the test but he got a lot farther then the other Dr we went too. He suggested I bring him once a week to get used to it! I know he will be able to help us get him into glasses he so desperately needs. Thank you 😊 the staff is amazing as well!

Dr Clark is the best optometrist here. He is very thorough. And honest. I read other reviews and have to agree with the rudeness. This last time I was there I was very happy with the tech. She was very polite and personable. Not like in the past. Very rude people working there. I haven’t seen a couple of the bad ones the last time I was there. Last week. Hopefully they are gone. I love the doctor and do not want to leave. Maybe that’s why they are short handed. They got rid of a couple of people.

Dr. Clark is the most thorough, professional, and friendly optometrist that I have ever been to. I have an extreme astigmatism in both eyes and have horrible vision. Dr. Clark, with His dedication to his craft, provoded me with a contact lens prescription that is comfortable and best of all, allows me to have the BEST vision in my lifetime. He is simply the best. RUDE!!! I CALLED TO SEE IF HEY TOOK AHCCCS AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE! UM...YOUR VISION CENTER IS IN WALMART YOU DONT HAVE TO TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE TRASH BECAUSE THEY HAVE AHCCCS! STUCK UP WINCH!

It’s sad that such a busy place doesn’t have enough associates. As I stood by the counter where I was told to wait BY the manager, I saw the manager not say anything when the associate went to help a customer after me and then when she realized she just said sorry but sense my situation didn’t take long I could wait 10 more minutes. I’ve been going there for over 2 years and somehow they didn’t believe me when I said I was an associate there (it’s saved in the system and I didn’t have my card on me unfortunately),so I couldn’t get a discount therefore no contacts 🤧. Please hire more help.

Rachel the optical specialist was rude asked for nose piece replacement. We charge, told her expecting a charge if I break your glasses we dont have t fix them paid and nose pieces crooked sloppy job poor customer service
