First of all trying to purchase a car out of state is hard to say the least especially without seeing it. But I trusted the process here at Dunton Motors with there warranty and also there extended warranty they offer. Without seeing the car I left them a non refundable deposit to hold the car so I wouldnt drive up a long 513 mile trip and the car sell before I made it!! I saw a 2015 Kia Optima for sell with only 52,000 miles on marketplace and was quickly responded by Marilyn who helped me with the whole step of the way of the sale of my new car. I was in and out quicker than any car lot. I did pay cash so that made for a quicker process. I am happy with my new auto but I am also happy with the experience! Thanks again Marilyn and Dunton Motors! I will come back maybe for a classic next time!

I had my grandpa buy a 1993 Chevy Blazer S10 tahoe on Sep 16th of this year.im about to go back and get my money back or motor fixed, drove it from Bullhead Az to Riverside CA to get my Truck registered under my name but, my engine locked, got it with 13,000 plus miles. Really angry cause they took advantage of a disabled person and we paid cash 8,000. Now I have 4 kids that dont have a vehicle to drive around in. Better be ready to get my truck working with a new engine or see you in court. I trusted the dealers word and now Im taking it back.

Don’t attempt to get any car from this place!!!!! They had me put a car on my insurance and put $500 down as a deposit just for them to sell the car to another person. They even tell you it’s part of their policy. I would’ve never even tried if I knew they were going to ruin my credit for no reason and try to keep my $500 down. Hopefully someone reads this and decides to go else where cause this place is CANCER!!!!!

I have never had such a horrible experience with a car lot. I cant believe the way they handle things. My car has been in the shop more then I have been driving it. I have turned them into the BBB so hopefully something will get done. I will take this has far as I can to get this issue fixed.In response to the owners comment. You agreed to take my trade and you knew the condition it was in. You also had a warranty with the car I purchased so it was your responsibility to fix it. Its not my fault the car wasnt checked out good before you sold it. Youre right, my credit is bad but isnt that what you advertise, buy here pay here?? The car is still not running right after having it in the shop 3 times . Youre right you cant please everyone or make them happy but you can at least do whats right and make sure the cars are in decent condition before you sell them.

Dont ever get a car from them they lie about down payment and put bad battery in it dont put DMV plate in time I was on my last day on temp tag and shane says opps dont know what happened somehow paperwork was on desk and when I first went down I was told by brennan salesman down payment was 500 shane tells me oh no thats 1000 so I leave he calls me up says I didnt know you talk to brennan salesman which was a lie I told him I did anyway shane says we can do 500 I went down thinking I do 500 down and 500 towards balance oh no shane got free money out of me and they never return your calls either

When I bought I paid cash and shopped around so I was able to negotiate in more than one area. IMHO this is a very good place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a boat from them and they went out of their way to help me after I lost the title before I got it registered. Shane who runs the company is a really good guy. He got things straightened out for me by finding the previous owner and getting his notarized signature so I could apply for a new title. This company has been around for many years in a small town. You do not accomplish that unless you treat people right because word of mouth is your best advertising. For example customer Sandra had 2 cars from them and her vehicles constantly go to the shop her transmission has gone out 5 times within 7 months. They were good Im the past now they suck.

Way over Blue Book and they lie about vehicle conditions. Went in to look at a car that was supposed to be 100% all original with no defects. It was missing parts, had broken parts, the spoiler was attached with some kind of black tar. The window and door seals were torn and covered in overspray from the bad spray paint job done on it. The entire car was painted with spray paint and there was overspray on everything. The sales women who is the owners wife was defending the price saying its a consignment and the seller sets the price. The issue is the entire ad is full of false info and they wrote it not the seller. The car is in GOOD condition at best and they are selling it for $1000 over best high retail and $2,500 over the price for its actual condition. Every car on the lot is way over NADA and KBB pricing and all the info on the cars is made up to make the vehicles sell better.Update: You have the Suzuki for sale for $2000 over Bluebook and it was spray painted. Your girlfriend told me it was all original and that it was in perfect condition. It is missing parts and other parts are glued on with tile adhesive. After I brought ALL its defects to her attention you altered the ads on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and on your website. In absolutely perfect condition the X90 has a TOP bluebook around around $2,200. Several of your vehicles are misrepresented and your staff talk talk up all the cars yet they are not worth what you want. You claim I was there for a brief moment but I was there for 18 minutes BEFORE your girlfriend came out in her PJs to talk to me. She didnt even know anything about the car except that it was a T top and 4 wheel drive. You may have been in business for a long time but since taking over from your dad you have ruined the business. Your practice is selling overpriced cars and telling everyone they are in perfect condition when they arent.

They sold me a lemon and refused to give my down payment back. And they said they would give me half of it back and still havent even done that. These guys are crooks. I even posted a screen shot of what the owner (also a liar) emailed me. Now they are trying to charge me and going back on their word. This company from top to bottom is horrible. Id never do business with this company. I would also suggest nobody else do business with this company shane and all his employees are liars and crooks.

If I could give no stars I would. Dunton motors hold true to their ratings. We went in on Saturday to look at a van they had available. We were scheduled to come back on Monday to talk with the mechanics as well as have our trade in assessed. Tried to call on Monday several time even left messages. And called again on Tuesday same. Now were on Wednesday and they tell me they sold the van on Saturday after we left ..... Okay so could you call someone and notify me so Im not driving 2 hours to buy a vehicle that isnt available anymore. Oscar was our sales man and did inform us of a down payment of 100 to gold the vehicle but he could have called that day that he made the sale on the van supposedly just after we left and informed us of the situation. But he has no customers service skills. And now I am out the 45 dollars it cost to mail out the title next day because I wasnt informed of dealing going on behind the scene . I dont recommend this dealer bad business and I will be contacting the BBB

Absolutely realible truck and sad we had to let her go due to the fact we needed a stronger truck that could haul heavier things then what Blue could. So we went back to Dunton Motors to see what we could work out, they checked her out and said that theyd be more then happy to buy her back seeing that it still looked amazing as the day we bought. So not only did they buy back but that cleared our loan which took stress off our shoulder. On 02/07/2017 went to Dunton Motors to test drive a 2011 chevy Silverado Z71 4X4 Turquoise 111955 miles. I told the Spanish sales guy the truck had a engine miss vibration,He said it was ok,I test drove 3 miles on the way back to Dunton Miles the engine light came on a message read low oil shut off engine immediately,I was stuck on the side of the road for 25 Mins Until roadside towing came,Got back to Dunton Motors 31 mIns later,Salesman said sorry and nothing else...
