Good luck getting this company to take care of you if they failed to make your vehicle safe after you give them your business. I had my lugnuts pop off of my wheel (luckily at low speed) and smashed up my car pretty good, ruined a wheel and now has caused my insurance premium to go up because of some employees incompetence I dealt with one of their claims agents that told me through the process that I would be taken care of.Basically throughout my claim my insurance company was communicating with them and I was assured over and over that everything should be fine. Long story short. Discount tire ended up giving me one (lower quality) tire than the one that I had purchased and didn’t take care of my $1000 deductible so I’m left with a crappier tire on one wheel and a damaged wheel and out the $1000 deductible because my insurance was used. Not theirs.I warn every person I come into contact with to stay away from this company. I even filed a BBB complaint that was not answered. Simply ignored. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I almost wish my wheel had flown off at 75mph on the highway and totaled my car or injured me. Maybe then they’d actually had taken the situation seriously. Extremely let down considering I had purchased countless sets of tires from this company for the last 17 years of my life.

In the last 4 months ive bought 5 truck tires from this store.now i need another 5 truck tires. I called the store and told them what i need.This salesman says i need to come into the store and put a 20.00 deposit down.cant do it over the phone. I thought ive seen everything. But this is a new one. The store in havasu screwed me over 20 yrs ago. And i thought i would give this store a chance. That was a mistake.i have 8 operating vehicles and 3 heavy duty trailers i average over 20 tires a year i half to buy. Well after this 20.00 they will never get my business again. Prices are better at walmart and superior tire. These stores are a rip off.

I had tire with a screw very visible. Iwent to Discount Tire and they were very quick at getting my car in and removing the screw. The tire was repaired and they explained what they did to repair the tire. They also checked the tread balance and checked the other 3 tires for correct air levels.The best part was there was NO CHARGE for the repair. The employees were ALL friendly and very professional in their duties

Today I call to special order some tires for my SUV. I told them I had a price quote they said they could beat that price. The salesman told me to bring in the invoice and I had to put. deposit on the tires. I went there with the invoice quote and to pay the deposit the salesman looked at the quote and gave me a hard time of the invoice quote I brought in. He made it seem it was false and I was lying. I told him to call the shop and ask for the name of the guy who quoted me. He continue now back pedal. At this time I was angry because he was questioning my dignity. I am a Military Police officer in the Army and I have moral standards. I will never buy tires from a company treats it military service members this way.

Tire shops - say there are nails in your tire when there is none - and i found this out the hard way or they placed it in themselves ...cause i went in due to a faulty pressure nozzle on the tire - and then it was oh .. ur tire has nails in it im like ... i just had this in yesturday with nails in it and yall fixed them ... now ur trying to tell me 1 day later after driving less than 20 miles it had another nail - this was obviously a lie to sell a new tire - instead of fixing the main issue - then i went home with new tire - just to have the same faulty nozzle malfunction a second time - and when they tried to say nail again i asked for manager and told them i would sue... DO NOT TRUST THEM

The customer service at this location is outstanding! This is a very busy shop and this particular morning Corey and Brandon were working the customer counter, they were efficient and courteous with the needs of every customer. They are knowledgeable and willing to make suggestions in regards to the products they offer to benefit the customer. Upsell upsell upsell upsell!!!!!!! It was annoying! I needed a patch in my tire because of a nail and the guy tried to sell me a bigger spare for my car. Then proceeded to try to sell me a set of 4 tires. Then tried to sell my a pair of tires. Then poo pooed my idea of buying one tire and never said anything about the patch. Went to another tire shop and they had me in and out in 15 min with a patch for 15$. Ridiculous. Listen to the customer.

Management and Staff are great. I called and made an appointment for our Gulfstream RV to have a tire checked before we started our trip back home. I asked them to install the valve extension to my rear tires and check the indexing of the valve steams of the inner and outer rear rims.They removed both rear outer tires and indexed them, installed the valve stream extenders, remove and align the front rim and hub cap to the valve steam, filled and checked all the tires.They spent about an hour doing this. They did not charge me at all for all this work.If you ever need tires or service, give the a call.Thank You. Howard Gray

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, but I wish they would read out the make and model of car along with your name. They pronounced our name completely wrong so we didnt find out that our car was ready until almost an hour later, only because we looked to see what was happening and saw our car was parked in the parking lot, waiting there. None of the staff tried to notify us again.

Seriously have the best customer service. They are always so friendly, polite, and helpful. I had a nail and the patched it free of charge without hasseling me to just replace. Ive also gone just for an air check aand the checked every tire for nails, pressure and gave me info and the tread. They go above and beyond and will always go here for tire needs.

I really like Discount Tire as a whole. Ive used them many times and been well satisfied. That being said, watch the guys closely thru the glass window while you are waiting. I had a cracked rim on one of my wheels. The tire was good, just a cracked wheel that caused my tire to lose air. I took it in today to get my tire mounted on a new rim and the worker put my tire on somebody elses rim! Fortunately I was watching him and saw the mistake. I brought it to their attention and they made it right and apologized to me. I will always use Discount Tire but Im also gonna keep my eyes on what they are doing!

Stopped by the Bullhead City store to inquire about carry in mounting and balancing cost and was never recognized by any employee. Christopher was helping a customer and decided to take a phone call instead. Isaac (?) was also helping a customer at the counter and took a phone call that lasted well over 10 minutes while the gentleman stood there being ignored. I waited more than 10 minutes and not once did anyone even bother to greet me or tell me theyd be with me a soon as they could. Absolutely shameful way for a business to be run. Have free tire rotation and balancing for one of our vehicles and doubtful if itll ever go back in for it.

I when on 01/14/20 to get my tires rotated and balanced and they did a fantastic job they were very courteous and nice plus they did it very quickly. After I left I lost one of the hubcaps to my tire and I went back to talk to him about it and they told me that They are going to order new ones for me and to me that is the best service I ever got.

Chris is sales helped me out big time today, needed some wheels and he made it happen, got them shipped to Gilbert next day air and am waiting on getting them tomorrow. Chris was the only one who had my wheels in stock and pulled them all for me. Expecting them by 12pm tomorrow and I’m very excited!

Awesome people and quick service!

Tire was put in compartment upside down and not locked in. This caused plastic compartment to buldge out and if cargo was on it may have broke. My wife got dirty flipping tire and properly closing compartment. It took about 2 minutes.

Pulled in to have a tire patched (usually free) but my tread was too thin. I had to buy 2 new tires. I was quoted $250 for the complete setup of 2 tires. I called around and found better prices. Once I told discount tires and they matched the price. Ended up getting 2 way better quality tires for $200 out the door.
