On a trip to Laughlin my 1976 Honda CB750 four quit. Just like that one call and the crew at River Rat picked it up got the problem diagnosed and had me on the road again. Its not often you get to have fun in the service department but the crew made the repair fun if you can believe that.They get it done fast, honest and for a GREAT price. Thanks guys.

There okay...Could be alot more welcoming to customers. I went at the end of the day and it seemed like they were in a hurry to get customers out of the stood and head home. For any technical info Ill keep calling and dealing with the Kawasaki store in mesa Az.

I contacted these guys about a motorcycle they had available, and really got a simple offer and deal from them.Any more, that kind of straight forward sales approach, seems lost. I didnt buy the bike from them but would definitely contact them again for any of my motorcycle purchases.

This place is to be avoided! Unless you like being taken. Make sure you understand all the paperwork and fine print. These guys are masters at getting out of standing behind their products they sell. I will never buy here again!

I purchased a 2018 KTM 300xcw from River Rat Bullhead City and brought it in for a carburetor clean after the bike sat all summer. I was told two to three days as they had to order a gasket. They called the next day asking where my bike was, in a panic I explained that it was brought in the prior day and I eventually they found it... I called six days later to see if it was done (no biggie either way) and it was not. When I asked for an ETA I was told and I quote maybe tomorrow or next week, we are not the mail as they are waiting for the gaskets. Good luck staying in business treating your customers like the post office.

Excellent service the night man who helped me specifically looked up in my bike number exactly to make sure I got the right part made sure that it was all good I mean he took the time to go through the pages one by one to find me the exact part on for my bike very good service and extremely helpful not to mention they got the parts in extremely quick to I didnt wait more than a day for my part to be shipped in

I had something melt thru my rear tire going down I-40 just had passed thru Kingman at 80 mph and it happened about 15 minutes later. They were awesome gave me a great deal on a rear michelin tire and installation. They were friendly and understanding of my crappy situation. The mechanic did a great job and let me know that my belt was stretched. He had to set it on the tightest setting. Great service and they helped me get back on the road, so I could get home to ABQ, NM.

I would not recommend this place for any type of repair work EVER! After almost 1000.00 worth of supposed work done on my 2007 Prairie quad that I purchased new from them, it was returned with the same problem as if they had never worked on it. And it was there for 1 month to have a carburator rebuild. When i took it for a test ride, it stalled and died and they tried to tell me it was cold natured...hahahahaha, must have thought i was dumb. Ive owned it since it was brand new and it was never cold natured before. It now dies after going 1000 and they want to charge me to fix the problem that I already paid to have fixed.Stay away from this place at all costs. They put on a good front but the service guys are flipping idiots and talk to you like youre not educated enough to know theyre scamming you on parts they say they replaced also.

I gave these guys 5 stars, in my previous review, from my original experiences, with a salesman who no longer works there, at a store front in kingman, they no longer have. Wanting to be fair, I left what i could, of my previous review, as well. I still drink with Mike, from time to time. He now works for Dodge. I spoke to J.T., the other day, now trying to sell the very same quads I purchased and from his company. They told me their consignment fee was 10%. He asked what I wanted for them and I instantly stated the KBB low, for both. Originally, the upswing in his voice, betrayed his interest, as he said, For both?!. Im not a sucker and I set him straight. It sounds like it might be 10% and whatever else they can slap on top of it, rather than cut you a deal, like I received on 2 of my 3. I could be mistaken. He said hed get back to me and he did. Apparently, the policy of his company, is that they dont consign quads over 10yrs. old. Really? Because 2 of the 3 are 04s and you sold them to me on consignment in 2016, making them what...? 13yrs old, by vehicular standards (the third, being an 05)? and now that I could use a lil help, you wouldnt deign to be seen selling an 04 on your lot? Heres your sign... so you get lone star, now. Spend it wisely.we recently moved to the area and it was obvious: we were going to need toys, for the kid and maybe even enough to make a weekend rental, more appealing. i knew/know nothing about off-road toys; other than having ridden one, over 20 years ago. i reached mike, at the bullhead store and knowing he was speaking to someone out of state, still dealt with me, as though i was just as likely to walk in the store, later in the day, as opposed to the likelihood of never hearing from me, again. i dont have a trailer and didnt even have the home purchase completed, but he still took the time to describe what he had in stock, as well as taking and sending more pictures. he assured me that he would give me a good price (since i wouldnt know any better) and recognized the fact that IT IS a small town and his reputation was everything so... that i was not to worry about the possibility of being ripped off. mike arranged the purchase via email exchanges, from out of state, even... arranged upgrades made, before delivery, did all the paperwork for me and... having checkied prices on the internet, for similar equipment... sold me the vehicles for roughly half, what people were asking for their same size, brand and similarly equipped vehicles. after monies were paid... again, i dont have a trailer... he dropped the first two off, at my house, after hours, on his own time... and without asking for more, even gassed em up ........... i left my gal at the shop, ran to the atm, rudely tossed a grip of cash at mikes face and told him i had to jam. i started my apology email, in the car, on the way home... but you know... it occurred to me, theres no other place ive done business, or person ive done business with, where i could feel comfortable throwing $800 (not the quad price, the atm limit and mike was great about customizing it, without my having completed the purchase, yet) at a man and walking away, without even watching him count it. mikes been great and i cant say enough, how important integrity is, to me and while im not that old, i do miss the days of business on a word and a handshake, ..............i have no doubts ill be treated fairly, in the future and im not finished, with them, yet. i need some water gear! anyway, i couldnt recommend the man, or the business, enough. his lackies around the shop, have been very friendly, with the family, witty and helpful, when it comes to questions and orders, too. if you dont see it, theyll get it, for you and in a hurry! thanks, again, mike!d

Ive done business with this place years ago and they were very courteous and professional but now Ive called 4 times in two days to talk with the service department about installing a set of tires and every time he is on lunch ? (not to mention their automated phone system sucks !) very unprofessional ! Theyre obviously too busy to even talk to me ? Take your business elsewhere !!!!!!!!
