Worst motorsports dealer ever. They wont tell you what APR you are being financed for. The Lot person/Sales female had no idea how to answer my questions. They tried to sell me a dirty, tumble weed sticking to the suspension, cut 2 x 6s in the bed. It was the only one of the 5 that they have for sale. The Blue Demo that was dirty was a 550 I wanted the Red 750. Sales person told me that the 750 is about $400 more selling price but somehow is would take $3500 down instead of the $2000 needed for the Blue Dirty Demo....We walked out.

BEWARE !!!! This place does not care about you or your rig, car or boat. Terrible customer service no call back despite multiple request and they charge for work thats not done. When you refuse to pay they threaten to put mechanic lien on your property!! They charged for work that was never completed just a nightmare of a situation

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Not honest or knowledgeable. Let this be a warning to anyone thinking about getting your boat, motorcycle, or desert toy serviced here.  This place completed an annual service on my three year old boat and told me it was normal for oil to be dripping from the oil plug... AFTER they had serviced it. After one trip out on the water, oil continued to leak but was now milky color with water. I returned to have them fix the issue and they surprised me with another $150 diagnosis that i never approved. This diagnosis took them all day and the next morning to complete. These people took my motor apart and didnt even ask. I had to call them to find out what was taking so long. Instead of draining the bad oil and replacing the seals, that they failed to replace initially, they tried to say the prop seal, a completely different area from where the obvious leak was, was the issue. They refused to show me the damage to the prop seal or produce any fishing line they claimed was wrapped aroud the prop. They continued to claim its normal for oil to be leaking from the drain plug. I asked if they even pressure tested the seals and they didnt have a clue what that was. I got out of there as soon as I could beore they could do any more damage. I ended up repairing/redoing everything they did and found they never even put a gasket on the oil drain plug. The plug screw without a seal is basically inviting water into the motor and these folks didnt even know it. SO BASIC - when you change the oil, always change the seals! Havent had an issue since. They came up with numerouse excuses to CYA, cover their a-s-s-es, but have not apologized or offered any kind of refund. Save yourself some headaches, let my experience also save you from loosing time and hundreds of dollars. AVOID THEM!! They will not release your property until you pay. If you somehow get stuck having your boat or OHV serviced here or theyre currently working on it, make sure they detail what theyll be doing exactly. Write it down and make them sign it. Anything else needs to be approved - Make it clear you wont pay for it. Demand to see any part they replace and pictures of what theyve worked on. But if at all possible, (if I havent been clear) AVOID THEM!!!

Great place! Just had my Harley TriGlide serviced their and they are fantastic, efficient and very friendly. They have numerous bikes for sale and they also rent in case you left yours at home. I highly recommend you go to see them to get your bike/trike or ATV serviced. They have a small selection of aftermarket parts and can order anything you may desire. 👍👍

From out of town...needed a rear tire badly. Not only did they have one in stock they installed it the next day. I knew my rear tire was needing replaced soon, but it snuck up on me. Kudos to Suzi and the gang for hooking me up.

Eagle might be the only bike repair shop in town, but I wouldn,t take my bike anywhere else. They rock! Susies knowledge and kindness is equal to none. Absolutely recommend this business!!

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable staff they are not just V-Twin and Harley mechanics. They work on nearly all makes models of power sports equipment. The customers deal directly with the owners. I needed some work done and the high priced Can-Am dealer in Bullhead seemed too busy pushing other brands and selling that I was ignored. I stopped in Eagle and met Joe. Great guy! Decent selection of parts and clothing. Very clean shop and store front facing Hwy 95 with an easy entrance and exit for cars and bikes. My toys came back looking great and running even better. They took the time to explain all the repairs an it was all priced well.

Awesome, The owner and staff could not have been more friendly. They were very knowledgeable of there products and ways of financing. I looking forward to doing years of business with them. A true American Old Skool Experience.

I had my 10 Honda Interstate towed here after having a tire blow out in town. It only took them a day to get the tire, which isnt a size that anyone in the area keeps in stock.Other than some good natured humour because it isnt a Harley, they were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Joe and Michelle are the best. If it werent for them and Jeff there mechanic I probably would have been stuck with a $20,000 paper weight. They went above and beyond to help me out.they are very fairly priced and very professional

I own a 2000 Electra Glide with close to 50k on it. I have had a few issues lately with it. Joe and Jeff have helped me several times, Joe coming to my house and picking up my bike, or picking me up to get it when I had no ride. That alone is class. About 2 weeks ago riding to work ( at one of the casinos ) my bike totally died, total power loss then kicked back on, I got it home, called Joe, he came and got it, we thought it was fixed. Tonight, in my parking garage at work it did it again, dead no power at all. I checked the battery, etc myself. I called the shop at 5:40pm 40 minutes after they closed. At about 6:20pm, my 1st break I saw a missed call and called it back, it was Joe. The owner of the shop ( Joe ) was at my bike in my work parking garage on the 3rd floor 2.5 hours after the shop closed doing tests and working on my bike to get me home. He found the bug, a relay, he got it to work, started it 10 times. I got off work, the bike fired right up, rode to the store, then home with no issues. Joe is having me bring it in to change it out. The bottom line here.. the owner of a shop, almost 3 hours after they closed was out fixing my bike in the heat, tell me where you will find service like that anywhere? I was totally shocked and amazed not only that he got it running, but he came hours after his work day was done. 4 of my 5 co workers are bikers, they were blown away this person would care about his customers like that. Top class place, above and beyond the call of duty for people that go there. Recommend this shop to anyone, Jeff the mechanic is top notch, he works with the shop that did my motor rebuild in California, doing what they want done on it, the whole shop is amazing and the people are just always greeting you with a smile, and always willing to help, even if you just need to check the tire pressure, Jeff just gets up and does it. You will not go wrong taking your ride to Eagle and trusting Joe, Jeff and the crew they have there... I mean 3 hours after they closed, the owner is in a parking garage working on a customers bike.. I have no real words to explain what that meant to me. Thanks Joe so much for letting me get her home and taking the time out of your night to help someone in need.Also today while waiting for my part to get there, need to run a few errands, they gave me a loaner bike.. awesome place.. and yes.. Jeff did check my tires!

These guys rock! We came out for Laughlin 2019 and my buddies sportie took a dirt nap. This shop got us in, fixed the problem and got us back on the road to California within a few hours. They couldve raised the prices and took advantage of our desperate situation and made out like bandits but they didnt. They showed amazing customer service and work ethic. They charged us a fair shop rate and even diagnosed beyond our electrical problem just to make sure my friend got back to California in one piece (which he did). When a shop shows integrity like this, you need to take your bike here even if theres a wait.

Came in from Las Vegas during Laughlin River Run weekend. They were very busy but managed everyone with professionalism and kindness. I needed a front tire and front break check. They were able to take care of my bike and had if finished when they promised. Really outstanding group of people that work there. I would highly recommend if anywhere near Bullhead City, AZ.

Very bad, i did reservation for a bike, got confirmation, i treveled to bullhead and - the shop,is closed !!!What is that. They mailed me - O.k. you can come - and than closed.I lost two days of hollidays und must drive away. I am very very sad and disappointed.
