Went to the service desk and asked for a part. The lady said no we dont carry parts. No we can order that for you, no try another shop... no let me ask someone where to get that. Just back to tapping on her keyboard and ignoring me. Oddest interaction at a dealership I ever encountered. Really liked the new General on the show room floor. Ill go to Vegas to buy one.

Helpful, but not welcoming. Im a BHC resident and felt like an out-of-town person looking in the wrong place for direction. Not that visitors shouldnt feel welcome. We need to welcome a person from out of town just walking by, never mind people who live and patronize and support local merchants.
Buying a PWC from Bullhead powersports was the best decision ever. There are dealers everywhere, however this crew really takes care of their customers. I will only go here from now on for water crafts. Thank you again crew
I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a great experience!My fiance and I thought it would be a good idea for us to go all the way to Las Vegas to look for an off road vehicle. We were shown a Polaris that we really really wanted and of course it really didnt work out. Which now I think God because when my friend told me a Bullhead powersports I wish this was the first place I had came to and not wasted my time in Las Vegas. Rick was an amazing sales associate to work with. He helped us out, answered any questions that we had and made our experience wonderful. I definitely recommend anyone looking for an off-road vehicle to come here. Thank you Rick and Bullhead Powersports team for making our experience on buying our first Can-am such a great experience! Parts department Young lady there really nice and helpful the gentleman with the beard sometimes hes helpful sometimes hes just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I took my 2005 Sea Doo GTX in for service. It had an issue for the last 2 years. Tucker and Robert went above and beyond helping me and getting it running. I was thrilled to have it run the best it has in years. I would highly recommend them. I only wish I would have gone there 2 years ago. Another shop tried in the Bullhead area tried to fix it and did not.
Just went in to get information on a quad for my daughter and was treated very poorly. I gotta be honest federal law prohibits me talking to you about it. Seriously?! When I asked for information anyways I was ignored. So disappointed. We were ready to buy.Response to owner: Clearly your salesperson didnt listen to what I said. My son is 2 years old and I agree an ATV for him would be a terrible idea. But when my daughter turns 6 she wont be getting her present from Bullhead Powersports. Being defensive and unapologetic about a situation you obviously dont fully understand only further justifies my review.

Updated: Its been about 2 years and they still have the same horrible web design and out of nearly 400 items in their inventory only 80 items have prices. The rest are click for quote items where you have to fill out a form and wait for a response. Companys dont understand that its a turn off to not see pricing. It doesnt draw interest. People dont want to jump through hoops to see a price. People wont travel down to talk with employees to get a price. If it doesnt LOOK like it its in their price range they move on. If they have to dig to find pricing they move on. After 6 years of studying the matter companies that DONT list prices miss out on roughly 62% of business. Sites with a single stock photo and no price miss out on roughly 68% of business. When a person sees a Click/call for quote they see a if you have to ask you cant afford it. Still 1 star because after a year and TONS expansion and renovations they still kept the same website.Interesting place. Absolutely ZERO information on the website though. Every single item is call for pricing. Its a real turn off seeing a company too lazy to even work on their site. Nowadays that is the first sale point and if the site looks unmaintained then people shy away thinking that the employees just dont know. Its not hard to take pictures of in-stock vehicles and give base pricing and add the asterisk (*) with a note. It is really off putting seeing nothing but stock photos and then seeing the vehicle in person and it look nothing like the picture. Nice company but the subpar site makes me go elsewhere.Update- still only 1/5th of the items in stock are priced on their website. There isnt a single picture of a real product on the site just stock. Traveled out of my way to check on vehicles that the site stated they had only to find that they had sent them to a different location. I had to make the trip due to them placing me on hold several times and after over 2 hours of trying to get a single answer from any employee. The site is completely lacking and for the most part 100% unmaintained. Takes days to get an email response and when you do its a ill attempt with little information and the employee is suggesting to Google the info I am asking. The staff at the Bullhead location just stand around chatting and throwing balled up paper at each other and could care less that someone has been in the lot for over 30 minutes or has requested assistance a dozen times. Worst location and worst website Ive ever seen.

Made it a point to go there today wile going to Laughlin because my wife and I are in the market for 2 new seadoos. Walked around for 10 minutes looking for someone to help us. No one cared we where there. Went to ask the people in the back corner and the guy rudely told me that he could not help me and hollered for the guy that was on the phone. He rudely hollered back that he was busy. So we went outside to see if there where any skis we could look at outside by ourself. There was a guy loading a truck there so we asked if he was there and could help us in finding the skis we where looking for. He was just as rude and said there was one inside I could look at if I wanted.I’m sorry I bothered the people here at this dealer. I guess they have people lined up to spend $30k plus on a couple seadoos so I’ll spend my money elsewhere and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

They were able to program an Atlantis DESS key I bought online and brought in along with the ski and registration (For proof of ownership).Only took a few minutes and I was on my way.

Not a very positive experience at all. Went in to get a DESS key programmed. Called ahead to see if they had time to get it done they tell me thats an easy enough task bring it on down so i do, upon arrival told the only guy that knows how to just left to lunch and wont be back for an hour. Which fine i understand everyone needs to eat but then was asked where i purchased the key and i respond ebay then told the programming is gonna be 50 after i already was told 35 on the phone and the sign above his head said 35. So i point that out and he says well it went up just havent changed the sign but ill honor it this time so against what i had in mind dropped trailer and told they will call when done and left it there. After 3 hrs and have places to be i went to go see what was going on and they tell me they cant get it to link up and threw in the towel on it so in the end have a wasted day quarter tank gone and no key programmed. Needless to say not a good experience and dont see myself bringing any future business to them.
