Driver did not ring my recipients bell or call them. The store said he did, but my recipient was home all day, checked his ring camera and phone, no communication. Said they would redeliver, the new time was at a time that was I confident for my recipient. They said they could only deliver at 3:30, my recipient would be back at 4. Would not leave it on their covered porch. All of this could have been avoided if the driver would have went to the correct home on the first try. I will not use this location again.

To the store owners, Deanna and Jeff!Kathleen was absolutely amazing. I cant put words on how above and beyond she went during my recent visit to the store. Absolutely happy with the service received. Giving the location 5 stars only because of her.

My mom ordered a fruit arrangements in Buford from Edible Arrangements for my birthday. It was terrible. It had cantaloupe, honey dew melon,, strawberries, pineapple and a few choc strawberries. NOTHING was ripe. The only decent fruit on it was the choc cov strawberries. I was very disappointed. The rest of the fruit was either to hard or had no taste because it wasnt ripe. Will never order from here again.

Great team! I worked here temporarily and it was such a pleasant experience. They all work well together and have great team work. The owner is really passionate about her work. The workspace is very clean, and the fruits and goodies are very fresh and handled with care. The chocolate dipped strawberries are so delicious!

Amazing quality and service! Jessica at this location was execrations polite and courteous. The order was delivered to my daughter’s godmother but not one was home to receive it. Jessica called to make sure it had been received and was so thoughtful in her words to make sure the arrangement was to up to our standards. The arrangement was beautiful! I have to take a second to brag on the delivery driver Im not sure of his name but I believe my mother told me it was Miguel (I apologize if thats wrong) but my sister has placed many orders for our mother in the past year due to the fact that we cant see her as she is elderly and we didnt want to risk her health due to the pandemic. She lives alone and this has been a very hard time for all of us but especially on her since no one can visit and we order arrangements to surprise her every now and then to brighten up her days but what your delivery driver does has gone above and beyond just his job. My mother has told me how from the very first arrangement she received he has been very respectful and also wears a mask and keeps his distance but thats not the best part, my mom is a bit a rambler and could talk your ears off if you let her. She tells me how he takes time and has a conversation with her every delivery while keeping socially distanced and with a mask on and it just fills her with joy because she knows he is busy and could just say sorry I cant talk I have a lot of deliveries and leave but he takes the time to have a small chat with her and she says he has such a great smile and it just turns her day around. I am grateful and so very thankful for your driver and I know that can only be a representation of how great the business is operated and who it is operated by. Thank you for being such an amazing business and people.

I was a seasonal employee and I had an amazing experience. Everyone I worked with was awesome, I had the best time working there for about two weeks and I can’t complain about anything. The owner is super nice, she’s always there when you need her. Plus the arrangements are always fresh!

I called 3 days before Father’s Day to make sure that they were able to make my order the way that I wanted (all white chocolate strawberries). The lady told me how to order it online.. when I went to pick up my order it was wrong. On top of that, I paid $5... FIVE DOLLARS FOR A BALLON... not 2 or 3, but one and I wasn’t able to get it because they ran out. They tried to accommodate me, don’t get me wrong... but I’m just upset that I made sure I put in my order ahead of time and it still was wrong. At the end of the day I didn’t pay for what I wanted. It’s disappointing especially because I came specifically to them for a special day...

You know honestly I have used this location before and Ive always been completely satisfied. But considering the fact of them choosing to do a no contact with clients or customers at this time because of the code mid 19 scare I am unable to do any purchases with them via cash. How can someone refuse currency? Highly disappointed. Will be taking my business to Target.....which is right across the street accepting cash.

I received the strawberry and pineapple bouquet for Valentines Day from my husband and was very pleased with the quality of the product. I also received some chocolate covered strawberries and was impressed with not only the size of the strawberries but the quality of the chocolate. I look forward to our next order!

This is our go to spot for a healthy fruit smoothie on a hot day! The fruit is so fresh and sweet !! We always wind up grabbing a ToGo fruit cone when we are there for the drive home, the apples are the family favorite. The staff is super friendly and they go that extra step to make sure you are satisfied with the product, which we always are !!

I came in just before closing because Google Maps said it was open until 7pm and Arielle was very helpful and didn’t rush me and got my order for next day delivery!

I should have done this long time ago.....but i hate to do reviews, but they deserve it.long story short something happened w/ my order - which wasnt entirely the stores fault - just bad luck.and the store went out of its way to make it up when everything was back to normal. they even send another arrangement on the house. I will def order with them again, i wasnt upset the first time of the delivery i understand things happen, but the way they handle everything w/o me even asking for it... its amazing.

Terrible place of business owner Deanna is extremely rude, workers talk all day long with profanity and if you see Ashley working while you’re there leave, she is disgusting, talks about cold sores while coughing and touching arrangements and gets upset when asking for a new one. NEVER GO HERE, Alpharetta location was much more acceptable

I placed for same day delivery & they called 30 minutes after I recieved my confrimation order to state it was past delivery time. Which I know it wasnt. I asked to have my order refunded & they kept pushing for a further day. Funny how they close at 7pm & its only 430.
