I could spend hours browsing through this store. So many beautiful things to see and buy to take home with me.

They have very minimal stock now. You get the feeling they dont want in store shopping. I have always loved this place, but no one wants a store with numerous empty shelves. If I have to order online, may as well save gas and use Amazon!

They have a large variety of specialty foods and drinks that are hard to find anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable when compared to trying to buy online. Beer selection is quite slim when compared to the wine selection.

Went in random when I went to Costco and noticed them across the street. Having heard good things about them I stopped in. The kids loved looking st things and turns out they had a contest going on. When I walked in there was a sign you couldnt miss. Said something about a firecracker and finding it. It gave a hint and you look for it. Found one and it said to take it to a store associate so I did. They had me open it. I got a $20 off $20+ coupon and then an eye parch from the firecracker itself. So neat!!! Got a few items and cant wait to come back for more items once we are fully settled into our new house.

This store just keeps getting better and better. Weve been coming here for many years.they have an even greater selection of cool little things, food and chips and all kinds of neat furniture and lamps and rugs. We always buy different foods, different types of chips and little bits and bobs for Christmas. Just a duper fun store to go and visit.

They always have a lot of nice things to purchase. From furniture, food, kitchen gadgets, wine, to pictures and pillows. Each time I go in they have items on the shelf that dont have a price. How do they expect to sell it if the sticker is missing. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cool place. Lots of interesting furniture, home decor, rugs etc. Like pottery barn, but 1/2 the price. Line was a little crazy, but guys were helpful helping me get the giant table in my trailer/vehicle during a downpour.

I cant really give them a star because they close at 7pm and I arrived at 7:30.... never considered looking since everyone around here is open until 9pm. As I sit in the parking lot typing this before going into Ross next door instead Ive watched 2 different people walk up to the door to go inside... or try to anyway.

The gross redhead cashier at this store was the rudest most condescending person I have ever encountered. What a ridiculous store full of ridiculous junk!😂

I just went in and spent 80$ and when I got home (I live 25 min away) I noticed the earrings I had bought were not in either bag the cashier handed me. I called and paula (the manager) said that yes they were up at the register in a paper bag that they forgot to put in my bag. I asked if they could just issue a refund or email me a store credit for the inconvenience and mistake they made. She said no and all she could she could do is put my name on the bag for when I come back to pick it up. It’s pouring out and I won’t be driving 25 minutes back there just for earrings. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

I checked online for specific merchandise and it was listed as in stock. I arrived on Sat. February 13th and looked around for it before I asked for help from a store associate. He checked and said that it would not be unpacked until later in the upcoming week. I made other purchases and left the store. Throughout the week I checked the site and it still lists the merchandise as in stock, so I visit the store on the following Sat., Feb 20th. It was déjà vu. The exact same thing happened. AGAIN I wasted my time! They need to get it together!!!!

This store has some great items. If you find the same things in other stores, youll see the prices at World Market are high, but theres a lot of stuff I havent seen anywhere else.

I will never shop with your store again. I placed an online order yesterday at 4pm. I received an email saying it was being processed. This morning at 9:34am, I received an email entitled Cost Plus World Market order, #XXXXXXXX is ready for pickup so I got in my car and began the 45 minute drive to your store. When I was almost there, I received another email entitled Cost Plus World Market order #XXXXXXXX cancellation. So I turned around and drove home. WTH???I wasted an hour and a half of my time wasting gas because you people like to play games with orders? If you dont have the items, then WHY are you advertising them online??? WHY did you send me a pickup confirmation if you do not have the items that I ordered? I will expect a 100% complete refund on my credit card immediately, or I will dispute the charge and contact the BBB. You have the worst service of any store, EVER!!

If I could give Cost Plus World Market a negative review, I would! I have been trying to return 3 identical pendant lights since the beginning of April. I have emailed, I have called (talked to Roxanne D. and Shawn), I have had case number after case number created only for NO ONE to actually do their job. Their customer service line has 45-60 minute wait times! The number is now either busy all the time or disconnects you before you get an actual person. This is by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have every had! I just want to return these lights, and get my money back. They can blame it on COVID, but I have dealt with multiple companies and their customer service departments, and have had very good experiences with them. I am beyond frustrated with them at this point!!!!!!

Made it here on a Saturday with fifteen minutes to grab my stuff and get out. I know, my fault for coming in so terribly late. Most of the staff was really great, I just needed two things and I knew where they were. I think I only came across one snooty worker asking if we were able to find what we needed saractically. Dude, I know, you want to go home, Im sorry. I grabbed my stuff and bolted to the front, out with ten to spare before close. Hey, if Im not lingering and looking dumbfounded, just let me do my thing. Ive worked retail and I get it. Go find those other people walking around with a shopping cart full of stuff and help them get a move on!

The man who checked me out on Monday afternoon 6-15-20 was extremely rude. My daughter who checked out in another line she said the lady who checked her out was rude to.

OH MY GOOD HEAVENS....WHERE AM I? Im in...LOVE. Do not get a cart if you do not intend on filling it up and making a delivery order. I wanted EVERYTHING! The only thing that saved me and my bank account is that Im building a tiny house, no furniture, really. My girls were going nuts with the I want, I need, I could, OH, OH, OHs. I went in to buy a 30 string of edison bulb lights, which look great!

This store has a massive selection of items from around the world, and basically every category you can think of, from furniture to glassware. We really liked the experience, but there is a lot of hassle at just getting retail price. You have to set up an account, like a rewards program, just to get what the item should actually cost on the real market. We were actually standing at the counter for about 10 minutes just to set this up. They are marked up, just to be marked down. I wish they didn’t have it so obvious. Other than that, we enjoyed it, and we will return at some point.

Called this location to find out if they carried a product we want to get as a gift for a neighbor. The employee who answered the phone was Sandy & she was the rudest person. I asked about the product, she looked it up & said they dont carry it anymore. I then asked very nicely if she could please check if they carried another brand if she didnt mind & had the time, she then started complaining & saying yeah like this just doesnt take forever. I then said excuse me & she raised her voice & asked what is the brand. I politely said thank you & happy holidays & thank for your attitude. We have shopped at World Market for many years all over the east coast & everyone has always been extremely friendly. This is such a shock that they have someone working there with such a bad attitude. This is one of our favorite stores because of the customer service we have experienced. If they are going to fill their stores with miserable employees then we definitely will never shop with them again. :(

This place is so great! They have a selection of so many things from food, to coffee and tea, even furniture, glassware and decorations. I hadnt been here in a while and once I went back, I couldnt understand why Id stayed away. I could spend hours in here looking at everything. My husband was with me and even he had so much fun seeing everything they offered. Ill be back sooner next time!

World market is great, the location SUCKS. The whole of the mall of Georgia is a giant fustercluck, I now why I have never attempted to go there before and I will never go back. What is the big fasination with sitting in ridiculous traffic just to shop. There are better, less crowded places to do business. Ill be going to the WM at perimeter, way easier traffic wise.

Lots of cool stuff from different countries here. Its the only place I can find Golden Syrup for the cookies I like to bake.

Staff on the floor are few and far between, however when you need help all you need to do is grab someone and they are usually happy to do so.Aside from staffing, world market has an awesome selection of goods from all over. Love going in and checking out soaps and snacks!

I am so impressed with Gavin The Wine Master at this Buford location! Last week I went in and told him a story of how I was looking for a wine that I saw years ago on Martha Stewart. It is wine that is supposed to be perfect at Thanksgiving and is only available once a year right before the holiday. In all the years that I have looked for it I have only been lucky enough to get it one time because they sell out so quickly. Gavin told me he thought he knew what I was talking about took my # and said that he would call me when it came it. I was thinking this guy sees hundreds of customers in a day and didnt really have an expectation for him to call... To my SURPRISE he called me today and the wine was in stock and he was holding two bottles for me! I went by tonight and he was already off work but sure enough he had two bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau for me in the back room with my name on them! What a great customer service representative he is for this store! Gavin is my Thanksgiving Super Hero!

I am happy with the wine and kitchen items I grabbed. I found the cutest placemats on a 50% off rack, but upon checking out, they rang up full price. Be aware that the clearance signs can be very misleading. Im still not sure which placemats were actually on sale. Also, the cashier was very slow.

This weekend I was shopping and had been to so many places I couldnt see straight anymore. I visited World Market a second time to buy something I saw and liked. I asked for help and the person I asked said, I dont mean to stop you, but I am busy helping another customer. Wow. When she found the time to ask someone else to help me, he decided that he was too busy to listen...he made rude hand gestures to make it seem like I wasnt describing the item to his satisfaction (Im not sure what is so hard about embellished metal nightstand since thats what it is called on the WORLD MARKET website). So as much as I love World Markets style, MIKE from World Market Mall of Georgia just ruined it from me. Hes rude and whoever hired him is a moron. Good job on your CUSTOMER SERVICE in your CUSTOMER SERVICE field.

A collection of European gift shops are crammed into one space.Do you like English wuzzywumps, German whosywhatits or how about a French flippadydo? Chances are, you will find it here. I am always amused when I bring someone here for the first time and watch their eyes go wide and glaze over at the sheer volume and variety of things from just about everywhere.Customer service has always been very good and prices, especially when on clearance are great.I would also like to take a moment to address some of the reviews mentioning Michael. I have interacted with this man on multiple occasions over the course of several years, he has never been anything but helpful and courteous. No, he is not a cheery Disney character but he is knowledgeable and willing to help when he can. I would also like to mention that on more than one occasion he has saved my sanity by politely but firmly asking mothers to stop their children from banging or loudly playing toys and instruments throughout the store as if the store were their personal playground. He is not there to babysit your child, and we are not here to be a hapless audience to your lack of parenting.

Went there today and there was the rudest cashier I have ever met while I was standing in line to checkout. Sarcasm and She obviously doesnt know-. I was about to walk out and leave all my stuff at the front but I instead went to checkout with a supervisor, who was a very nice older gentleman. I will NEVER be back again. This is not the first time this has happened with a cashier. Only go to this World Market if you want to be harassed with snarky comments by the staff.
