Very small store but they had a good selection of games to look thru. The staff are awesome here they r very knowledgeable and intentive to there customers and when I use my membership card these guys will actually tell me the benefits I have available to use on my card which thats super awesome.

The boys go crazy every time we pass by a GameStop so I guess its usually a must stop at the mall. Things you can find here go from PS4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch games to accessories, toys, and clothing.Something I find cool is you can actually trade in games you dont want or dont feel like playing anymore. They will give you trade credits that you can use to purchase another game, that way youre not stuck with the same game all your life and youre not wasting money.They also have the option of purchasing pre owned games which are cheaper, but the returning policy would be different at this point.The service in this location is always on point. Went in yesterday, 8/28/21. The staff is extremely rude in a weird haughty way, like they don’t know how to engage with people in a normal way. Also they were throwing around words like “idiot, stupid,” (presumably in reference to other customers) while my brother and I were still in the store. Very unpleasant overall, I really can’t recommend this place.

BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE. HALEY WILL PUT WARRANTIES ON GAMES YOU DONT ASK FOR. I just left the store and have always had good experiences here but after this last shady move Id recommend going to a different gamestop. After buying mlb the show 21 I noticed an extra four dollars was charged to my card. I asked Haley what it was and she insisted the warranty came with game, but if that was the case why does the receipt show two different charges? Be careful shopping here and make sure they dont scam you out of your money. Worst part was, she never even told me I was getting some type of warranty with the game. Horrible experience.

I love Game Stop best for my money

We bought an XBOX system from this store. They were out of stock, so it was shipped to our home. When we took it out of the box we discovered it was NOT a NEW device. The box clearly said “Refurbished” but we were told we were getting a new system. We have spent 12 hours trying to get this system to work to no avail. Microsoft customer support has only been able to tell us “unplug it and plug it back in.” The salesman told us we were getting a great deal because of the sale they were having and it was “$150 off a NEW XBOX.”

But no PS4 controllers

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Typically able to answer many questions for several of the latest systems and games. You can still trade in old games and systems but dont expect a lot for them, you are losing some value for the convenience of quick and easy conversion to new items.

I couldnt think of a reason that any brick-and-morter video game store would still be open, but the one thing I can relate is when I took my brother-in-law law there to buy the latest Mega Man game for the switch. He was thinking of getting another game, and the store associate asked him about his other favorite games and pretty much told him not to waste his time buying that. Now tell me where youll get that kind of service? The guy was more interested in the customer being satisfied with his purchase than just trying to sell him some garbage. I would definitely be going back if and when I am ready to make another video game purchase.

Best gamestop ever. Very knowledgeable associates. Extremely friendly. Destiny is the best one there, the most fun to talk to.

Gamestop is known for being kinda shady, but they always have the best workers - many of which have no control over what their main office tells them to do. They are always some of the nicest people!

The manager of this location will try to lie to you to bump up his sales. While I was there a few people came in to try and buy a Nintendo Switch since they were in stock but were told that the only way they could purchase is through a bundle which is a lie. Just go across the street to the one in front of Best Buy or the one next to Walmart.

I went here for the first time to purchase a refurbished ipod touch generation 4. I walked up to the counter and I asked a young, skinny, black lady with glasses and twists in her hair (horrible body odor) to help me with purchasing it (being that it was locked up). She was very rude. As I waited for her to get the keys she looked at me and rudely told me to go over there and show it to her. I walked and waited there...yes, waited. Then she opened it and brought it back to checkout and looked at it. I asked if she could turn it on for me so I could look at it. After 10 seconds of looking she said either youre going to buy it or not. I said excuse me??? I need to look at what I am purchasing. Disgusting behavior.

Employees and manager are very disrespectful and rude. They dont even know about their own promos or give accurate info about their products. Ill save my money and shop somewhere else

I was in two gamestops over the weekend the one in winder, said he (the manager)was to busy to help me transfer a credit I had from another store made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, to help me. The next day was at mall of georgia location the staff was excellent good job guys and thank you.

F$#k Gamestop! Biggest RIP off on the planet. I bought a game for my son which he said that he did not want. My son never opened the game. I returned the game about 2 weeks later & even though I still had the receipt & the games was still in its original packaging they refused to give me a full refund. Instead, they offered me $20 for a new game which cost me $60. I used a sharpie and put a mark on the packaging of the game & took the $20. I returned a week later and found the exact game that I purchased with the mark on it that I made with the sharpie on display to sell for $60...F$#K GAMESTOP!!!

Very small store very crowded, was looking for Nintendo Wii U games they had a large selection. We didnt buy because I didnt want to wait too long.

No offence, but this store is just plain boring as hell. There is never any new things in the store from what I see, and I would go around every 2 weeks to a month. Its a video game store. Why dont you all try making things exciting and NOT AWKWARD. Thats the other issue. I truly understand that the employees here arent perfect when it comes to talking to people, but their timidness and awkwardness is ridiculous.... The last time I was there, a man who seemed to be a manager was tying to talk to me but doing it the wrong way. First off, he was sweating his ass off bc he was so nervous. Like relax man. Im a nice person. Then he was throwing all these unnecessary xbox one s deals in my face after I told him I was there to find a new headset which I couldnt find bc there was nothing new there. I understand telling me new deals in summary or if I ask, but please dont explain every damn detail to me if Im not there for an x box and especially if you cannot communicate well. Like I said, make things exciting, dont be awkward, and dont overwhelm the customers with info. If this can be done, I will be back to shop for sure.

Bought a new Xbox One S from this location under 4 months ago and it’s having a software issue and no longer letting me play online. I’ve always bought game and headset warranty’s whenever I buy from GameStop but I wasn’t offered one when buying this console so when I told the store about the issue they told me I was out of luck without the warranty and all they could offer is $80 towards a new Xbox from there. Insisted they offered it to me when it’s only $30 for a year to begin with no reason why I wouldn’t have gotten it if offered. Needless to say I will no longer buy from GameStop and will make sure none of my close friends or followers do either

Since i hate gamestop business policies i gotta give this one only one star as well. Also the manager can rude on some days.

I needed help and while I was talking to laughed so they thought it was a prank call and hung up on me. Even though it wasnt.

Employees seem knowledgeable about games which is awesome, and they are friendly. The store is very small though.
