This location was a mess. Long lines. Mobile order was about 20 minutes late. They didnt have all cup sizes or ingredients. And the were so far behind, Im not sure the cups were in order of when they were received at some point.

Worst starbucks every time. 5 people behind the bar, only one person actually making drinks. Always one guy talking about personal issues, slowly helping out the poor dude making all the drinks. And our drink was not filled to fill line. It was a nitro, you just pour from spout.

Shopping at the mall of Georgia with family ordered about $31 worth of coffees I just simple ordered a large coffee with a double cream and they completely forgot I waited and waited and waited and waited for 20 minutes and continue to wait finally had to get someone’s attention hey I think you forgot my coffee after several orders I’ve already gone through the store I stood there oh I’m sorry sir who’s your large coffee

I’ve ordered coffee here before and it was great! This evening, however, the shop was closed at 6:30pm on a Friday night? Staff were present but they were not taking orders. Not sure what this is about but it would be helpful if store hours were posted on the door.

Employee bump on me and splashed hot coffee all over my hand. I had a small burn and recovered. My white shirt I was wearing was reined and I had to go to one of the shops to buy a new one. The customer support called me after a few days, and offered to send me a $50 gift card which never arrived. Its been about a month ago.

Be a responsible business and get your location staffed to handle the traffic or shut down! 10 minutes to place the order and 30 minutes to receive it! Not good.

When it comes to my Starbucks, I go crazyyy with my drink !Theyre definitely quick with my order yet it always comes out perfect & very pretty lookingg. They definitely know how I like mine !(But the Only reason Im giving 4stars is because I feel like theyre under staffed and some of the workers could use some training. Training in communicating properly with their consumers...by asking and answering questions in a more respectful manner with a smile. Other than that I let my first experience slide... Knowing Mall of Ga is very crowded and things can get hectic quickk, Anyway I will always return since Ive never had a problem with my drinks ! Thank youuu.

Awful service! We placed an order on app to pick up at the Mall of Ga, and when we got there mall is closed, so we called the location a male answered and told us to go to a side door to pick up, but nobody was there so we called them again and this time a female by the name of Baileen said if you want, you can go across the street to the other location explain them your situation and they can give it to you for free (40 minutes after placing the order) which I refused and asked Her to explain them the situation so I can pick up my order right away. When I got there, again, waited in drive thru and other 20 minutes.No one ever apologized to me or my daughter!! There was Nothing free, other than my time waited, my gas waited, and my patience toward incompetence!!!Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience to get the order one whole hour later! Only run around !

This coffee shop is very cozy, beautiful, and comfy. This is really my favorite place of all time.

I’ve never seen such rude baristas at a Starbucks in my life. Morgan and Lauren were very rude to employees and didn’t care about the customers. However the guy Jeremey at register was very sweet and nice very good experience with him. The girls need to get there act together. It’s very unprofessional to be yelling at each other in front of customers and have an attitude. Don’t appreciate that.

I was able to order in person now. The store is open. When ordering I was holding the bottom of my mask outward slightly. Barrister told me to put it all the way down. I was still covering my chin, mouth and nose. Just pulled it about 1/8 away at bottom so I could speak easier. How incredibly rude of him. He wasnt following protocals at all. He kept leaning around the plastic shield instead of staying behind it thus exposing ME to HIM and hes worried that I pulled my mask slightly away from chin so I can communicate easier.When the drink was made the barrister placed on counter that was not behind the plastic shield. I asked him to bring it around to the correct place behind the plastic shield and he refused.One would think that after being shut down so long they would treat people better. With the seriousness of covid that they would follow the correct protocals.Also a sign in front of the store said they allowed a maximum of 6 people in the store. I was in line outside the store until there were only 5 people (including staff) in the store. I started in and was to wait. They follow what ever procedure they want but not the posted ones.

The store is closed and they are no longer doing mobile pick up. Just drive through and the line is insane. I don’t understand when other stores are doing the mobile pick up. Well Dunkin is across the road so I suppose we will all be heading over there. 👋

The workers are really kind, fast and organized. My first experience was awesome. Highly recommend pink drink for those with sweet tooth and first time.

Your staff is rude as all get out also if you have such high risk employees maybe they shouldn’t be working durning this time I totally get we all have bills and we all need to work but if you are that worried about the safety of that employees health pay the unemployment and stop asking me to pull my mask up that is already almost touching my eyes when half the staff doesn’t even have the damn mask on the right way to begin with

The staff is so mean, rude and cruel. Today at 3:08 pm I came to pick my mobile order that already passed 8 minutes 2 of my orders were ready but I missed one but I wait 13 minutes more for my 3rd drink. I kindly asked for it and one of the girls said she was gonna do it, but she didnt make it. I wait for 12 more minutes and I ask again to this manager girl and very rude did it for me but so mean told me there was just 3 girls doing the drinks and sorry for the wait in sarcastic way. And I hear the first girl I asked said to another girl that I was very annoying when I wasnt annoying at all. But they were so mean to most of the customer when I was there waiting. And this is not been my first experience on this location. I understand that there is a lot of people that comes to this store and we have to be patient but I mean today wasnt that full. But at least treat your costumer with Kindness thats it!!!! Thumbs down for the skinny girl with glasses and I think she is the manager or thats how she acts.

Like any Starbucks, this one can get very crowded during those busy hours when everyone wants their caffeine fix. But other than that, Ive never had a messed up order, crazy wait time, or bad experience with the staff. Great place for a cup of coffee when youre shopping around.

Took my daughter to this place to get her favorite dessert.

Sometimes they run out of cold brew but still offer it on the menu. Also the person behind me was a friend of the barista, so he made his drink ahead of mine and instead of moving on to make my drink, he took forever to catch up with his friend instead of doing his job.

Came this Wednesday when they weren’t even busy and had to repeat a simple order three times for an iced pumpkin spice latte and when the same girl who took my order hands me a hot one I simply stated “Mine was iced” and she says with the RUDEST tone “I thought you wanted it hot but okay” and rolls her eyes and walks away. I don’t know who y’all are hiring but I don’t come to spend my money for them to mess it up and give me attitude about it when they do. Disgusting and absolutely ridiculous.

This is the rudest Starbucks I have ever visited. Angel is rude and was just very ignorant. This Starbucks needs new or better trained staff in customer service.

I love Starbucks this place is awesome, but on this visit they where extremely slow and I ordered the largest size mocafrape they had with double espresso. I recieved a small with no espresso. The place wasnt busy when I went in, only two people in the place.

Sign at the door said they could accept 6 people in at a time. With only 1 customer in the store, they refused to accept a family of 4 into the store even after the other customer left. They would only take 3 in at a time.

Seemed understaffed and they were so stressed. Almost like about to have panic attack. My order was incomplete and after waiting over 20 minutes i asked for the second item. Was told i only had one item when sticker on drink showed Id ordered two. Had to pull up my receipt on my phone to get my second item. Very dry sorry bout that was given.

Terrible service. My drink didnt come out the way it was suppose to be. I told the barista and she made me pay extra which I didnt mind and I paid. While I rung up Joy and Kelsi attitude was terrible and was mean mugging me! I told them their attitude was terrible and I said I was gonna make sure the store manager know and Kelsi made sure to say when you call to complain my name is Kelsi with an I. I called corporation and they said a manger was suppose to contact me which they never did. The person that work with corporation even stated I shouldnt of paid extra because my drink wasnt right they should of remade it for no charge.

Girl who made my drink was really rude and I also work at Starbucks and the drink was not made the way its supposed too and was also only filled 2/3 of the way and when I told her it wasnt right she got mad and said Im wrong. Maybe its just me but who wants to pay 6 dollars for a drink that isnt made correctly and not even close to being filled up..

First time goin to this starbucks since Im new to are bought a few drinks n one was for a small SF mocha coffee. One the cup had mocha all over the sides was wearing a turquoise shirt n didnt notice cup was dirty so the minute I touch my shirt with my hands it got a huge mocha mark on it. 2nd they didnt give me SF the guy at the window n his bud was too busy chit chatting I guess bc also when he as handing me my things he forgot about my bank card had to ask him for it n also almost drop the drinks. Plus the other drinks apparently wasnt too good. Missing my NV starbucks
