I wanted a newer Samsung but no specials i currently have galaxy s9. So he talked me into a Motorola, from the get go I hated it but tried for 3 weeks (my husband said it was me, right) I took it back no problems. He said well you still have 5 days want to try again (he had fixed the problems I mentioned, like it flips to Spanish at any moment??? and other minor issues. But I was doneSo he refunded all but the glass protector and a small 35 dollar charge for uploading.I was done got the credit and left and I will wait for another sale on the Samsung galaxy. Ive been with Verizon for over 20 yrs !! I should get a someone free phone.
Went in for a case for my sons iPhone 13 pro max. Andy, the consultant was incredibly helpful in getting the right case and even applied the screen protector. Will go back next time we need cellular equipment.

This Authorized retail store did all the things an actual Verizon store wouldnt. Couldnt transfer apps, contact info,... take a payment (their system was down) card or cash. The customer service was nonexistent.But this store at Hamilton Mill hit all the right marks. Treat me right, get my money.Thats how it works.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Jesse Martinez at this location yesterday. Being older, we probably had more questions than most of his usual customers but he was extremely patient, informative, and a genuinely nice guy to work with. He took his time and showed us various models and made sure we understood the devices and got the one we needed and not just the most expensive. Verizon needs to keep people like Jesse and promote his $1000 service!
Do not use this store they misled. I upgraded my phone to a Iphone 12 and they offered me a FREE iPad for a one time fee. I ask multiple times whats the catch and was told no catch, just a small one time fee. Again I ask and confirmed there would be NO monthly charges, I only would use it at home on my WiFi. My first bill comes in and I am being charged $35 plus taxes per month for the iPad. I return to the store today to discuss with the sales associate that helped me and he claims he explained the monthly charges, which he definitely DID Not! I would have never taking the iPad for $40 plus per month!!! so I tell him I am returning it and they charge me a $75 restocking fee for his error not mine and would not take it back unless I paid the restocking fee. I then see a sign on the wall about a $200 off offer on the iPad, and he would not honor that offer because I bought the phone two weeks ago before the offer started! when I ask to see a manager I was told this store does not have a manager which I find hard to believe! I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this store!!!!!!
Verizon is great always great service, but recently added a second line and got the deal for .42$ a month for a iPhone SE ! I was not told it was $18 a month for the first 3 months then the $.42 deal, not a big deal but wouldve nice to know the whole promo. Then I was looking over my bill to see my new monthly and come to find out both my lines had been raised to the most expensive lines provided with verzion and I was enrolled in Verizon cloud storage for a free 30 day trial ollowed with auto enrollment of $7 per line a month !! Now with the whole covid procedures all documents are sent to your phone to be signed so no contact is made, doesnt even make sense he is touching my new phone up and down then gives it me, but I wasnt shown any of the add on he felt I needed or my new monthly or what plans he decided to put on my line, thankfully the Verizon app is simple and you can manage all of that with ease so I was able to reverse what he did. Maybe I shouldve asked more questions or maybe this stores sales reps should be more truthful and not try to exploit easy going customers. I will not be going to this Verizon store again nor any other Authorized dealer! Go to Verzion only folks !

I bought 7 new phones within the past 14 to 16 months and I stop by this store to see why my phones are not working properly, lots of call dropped, no signal. I was told that I need to buy new phones again because Verizon technology changes every year an a half. That is just wrong business if you Mr. Sellersman think that your clients will buy new phones every year.

Freda Robinson was God sent on Friday August 30, 2019, when she stood at the Verizon entrance to welcome me into the office.When I got off work today, I took my over-payment bill statement to the Verizon store to get it resolved. Ms. Robinson called the corporate Verizon office and spoke with the rep for over 2hours trying to get the overpayment resolved on my behalf.Ms. Freda advocated for me relentlessly and spoke to the Verizon rep as if I was family.Verizon, you are fortunate to have Ms. Robinson on your team as she was an asset to me today at the store. She was highly professional, gentle, supportive and dvocated for the customer. Please, Verizon, put all efforts into retaining such an employee. I know so because I spend most of my days as a manager in one of the biggest teaching hospitals in Atlanta trying to recruit such valuable employees like Me. I have visited this store (fake verizon)about one weeks ago to get post paid service plan. A young lady by the name of Arielle Edouard assists me with the help of another gentleman. Arielle seemed new and did not explain much to me before setting up the service. At the end, I was not happy with the service, as she informed me $58.29 set up fee that she didnt mention earlier, plus $40 post paid service plan. I accepted it and paid all the fees as i was very desperate for good connection at my residence( I had Tmobile which had poor reception).The next day, I discovered that the verizon connection is as bad as the Tmobile in this location. I called verizon technical support and was on the line with them for 3hrs (reseting, removing sim card and all other things) with no solution. They suggested that i should switch from prepaid to postpaid (I dont want to do that), otherwise they cant help me. I asked for a refund and they told me I needed to go back to the store that serviced me since it was not a Verizon corporate store.I went back to the store and spoke with Arielle and another male rep (the rudest rep that i have ever encountered). Nobody in the store wanted to help me, and was told no refund will be given to prepaid customers even if I cant get service at my residence. I asked for a manager and no available manager- asked them to help me call verizon customer service with me ( mind you all four reps are just standing there doing nothing, not even one customer is there). These representatives showed no sympathy or regards to my situation and gave me an 800 and directed me call that number for refund question (because this not a corporate verizon).Please dont go this location as they are unprofessional and only want to make sales but can not handle problems, especially if you want pre-paid plan.If I can give them zero stars i would have>

I received outstanding customer service from Austin at this location. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in getting for myself and my daughter. He explained plan options to me so I could make sure I was getting what I wanted, and he even found me a corporate discount I wasnt aware was available to me. I reached out to him the next day with a couple of questions and he was extremely responsive. Its very reassuring to know that the customer service doesnt end after the sale is complete.

Worst customer service I have ever had! I got charged an extra setup fee on two phones and was told it was a one time activation fee when it was actually a set up fee plus activation fee. I could have saved 80 dollars by driving five mins down the road to another Verizon. This store is an independent dealer so know that you will pay and extra 40 dollar set up fee on top of the activation fee just because you happen to be at this store. Just thought I’d let the public know🙂
Miguel is awesome! He was very patient and very informative of everything. He explained the issues with my husbands phone and fixed it, he even helped us recreate our passwords and wrote it down for us to remember. Miguel explained the bill and the discrepancies that were not explained before. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how much of an amazing job he did for me and my husband. I am truly pleased with him and all he knows, especially for someone who is as illiterate with phone stuff as we are.

Cory (CJ) is the best... worked with me to get a new updated phone at the best price and included a coupon for a Tab A8He took care of the whole process of transferring my old phone data to new Samsung 10+ and all the needed accessories.I was so happy with my purchase but the experience of Cory made me comfortable with the newest technology and no rush on the decisions.I highly recommend Cory and this dealer store as customer friendly and great service.
Visited the Hamilton mill cellular sales Verizon and I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The 2 reps Ryan kamkariyan and His trainee Tommario James was excellent. they helped us with our plan and saved us a total of 60 dollars with auto pay and military discount. they went above and beyond and meet all of our needs. Great staff and very friendly. Definitely recommend this store to other customers.

I dont usually write reviews, but I just need to let everyone know the how helpful and thoughtful the sales reps were in helping get my phone at a reasonable price and since I told them I was on my lunch break they got me out in time for me to still grab something and be 15 min early to work. If you get the opportunity to visit this location I definitely wouldnt hesitate to do so. Wonderful customer service!

I recently went to the Hamilton Mill store and met with Kenn Klarich to help figure out how to get my phone and tablet switched over to my parents (who live in Ohio). His attitude is impeccable. He was funny and kind and made me really feel comfortable and that everything was going to be taken care of. He truly is an asset to this company. I work in Sandy Springs and work odd hours. He came in on his day off as I had called him asking a question about a couple things as it was the only day I could make it before the store closed. I had a situation at the store where I had a good bit of money at risk of losing because I believe I had been ill advised within this transaction. I was given the managers number.He returned my call within 5 minutes. Upon listening to my dilemma, he immediatly resolved the problem with the outcome I was hoping for.I am so appreciative that effort went into proving my patronage was valuable. And that restoring trust and reputation is highly-regarded to them.
Im sure most of the time the service is great, but when I went there today it was a complete failure. The employee (the only one working the floor) told me he doesnt know how to use my phone (Galaxy s8+). Whats the point of working there if you dont know how to use the phone? Then as I laugh my ass off, he tells me to find a tutorial video on YouTube to try and fix my problem. Keep in mind this is after he kept referencing me as dude, bro, and guy. What happened to professional employees? Verizon was useless to me. All I wanted was some general help on how to navigate through this new phone. This very simple task couldnt be completed. Thanks Verizon.

I was not sure what phone I wanted and visited the Verizon Corporate store before going to the one on Hamilton Rd. I am glad I did because I was being told at the corporate that I needed to have this bib expensive phone I had no use for. Instead I was sat down and asked what my day consist of and not what they thought I wanted, but what I knew I needed. I love my phone and it didnt break my bank. I am sending all my friends and family to this location for all of their wireless needs. Thank you again for such a great experience.
We could use any Verizon phone provider, but SERVICE is the reason we use Cellular Sales. We currently use and manage 43 cellular devices. Cellular Sales helps us insure that we are on the best programs to maximize our efficiency. We have used 3 different cellular providers and over 5 different equipment providers. After 5 years, we are still very please with Cellular Sales.

The other staff person appeared to be more helpful and engaged than my guy. A friend also had a bad experience at this store, so Id definitely skip this location.

WATCH OUT for these independent retailers. They work on commission so they will use all the sales tricks to gouge you. They charged me for things like 35.00 set up fee for my new phone without informing me. A salesman named Asa Johns completely lied to me and did things to my account that I did not authorized. I had to get the Mall of Ga corporate store to help me straighten everything out...Thanks to Melissa Lincoln, a wonderful Verizon employee!When I went back to return everything to the Hamilton Mill store, Asa was very rude and treated me like crap. He not only refused to refund any of my money but then charged me a restocking fee, adding insult to injury! I have never been treated so badly in a retail store in my life. I think because I am a 68 year old woman, he thought he could take advantage of me and I wouldnt know the difference.
Had a great experience this morning at the Loganville location at the Verizon store. My phone was freezing up on me and the guys here delivered quick and friendly service from start to finish. I will definitely visit this location again!!!
