My back glass broke on my iPhone XR. Apple wanted to charge over $400 to fix it! More than the phone is even worth. My Sprint care that I pay for every month said all they can do is replace my phone for a deductible of $225…These guys replaced the back glass for $75. No complaints here!

The owner is nice and welcoming but service wasnt as expected. The first time I went, I needed to have my cracked screen replaced. My phone was working fine, I just needed a new screen. After the replacement the lower half of my phone wasnt working so we were told to come back another day. We came back and he replaced it once again. Everything seemed to work fine but about an hour later my whole screen went completely black. It stays on but its a black, purple screen. I still receive notifications and can still screenshot but my phone is completely black. I had to go buy a new phone. Moral of the story: You get what you pay for. $75 to fix a screen in under 15 min.

BE VERY CAREFUL! At best, this place has awful customer support and warranty care. At worst, they actively lie and manipulate in order to make a buck rather than honor their work and warranty.I had a cracked iPad screen replaced here 18 months ago. When I purchased the screen, I was told the replacement had a lifetime warranty and if I ever had trouble, to bring it back. Awesome!The screen replacement worked well until recently when the screen became less/non-responsive in some areas. I called the store and explained the situation, and was told to bring the iPad to the store to get checked out.When I got there, the technician tapped the numeric passcode keypad a few times and said it was working fine, suggesting it didn’t need replacing. I then showed him on the full digital keyboard that some areas were not responding well. He then said that it may need to be replaced, but that their warranty on Apple products is only 30 days, so he couldn’t help me. I explained to him that I was told there was a lifetime warranty at time of purchase, but he assured me that I was mistaken, and asked me for a receipt. I said that it was over a year ago and I didn’t have a receipt. Fortunately, I was able to find the Apple Pay transaction on my phone and showed it to him to prove that I had in fact purchased the screen from them. He then reiterated that it didn’t matter, he still couldn’t help me since it was out of their 30 day warranty window. He offered to give me a $5 discount on a new screen but said it may not help, and if it didn’t, I was still on the hook for $90 screen. I decided not to proceed with purchasing a new screen.As I left, I was certain I was told about a lifetime warranty at the time of my service/purchase. I went to their website, and sure enough, they advertise that all Apple products have a full lifetime warranty! I went back to the store and showed them, which led to a call to the manager. Manager said too bad, they’re not honoring the lifetime warranty. He mentioned that the store was under “new management” and they couldn’t lose money for the $60 they pay for the screen. I was angry and asked to speak to him myself. I called him and told him that they needed to honor their warranty. He changed his tune and said they would honor it. When the technician called the manager to verify, he now mentioned a $30 “restocking fee” for the service. I was livid. I left the iPad and told them to fix it.When I came back, the screen had been replaced and was working well on all keyboard keys.The manager was now present but didn’t talk to me, other than to ask me to stand in front of the counter, even though the technician was showing me the iPad demo behind the counter.There was a small piece of dust under the screen that I pointed out, so they took it back and were able to lift the screen back up and spray with compressed air. After a final check, I was told I could leave without paying any money.Long story short, despite the right thing eventually being done in the end, this whole “warranty” situation was extremely deceptive and poorly handled. I will not ever use their services again, and you should probably choose to support another business that has better customer support.

STAY AWAY! OWNER AND TECHNICIAN ARE SCAMMERS! Went in to get my phone fixed that wasnt working. After the technician diagnosed in 10Minutes he told me the battery and screen needed to be replaced. I asked him if I replace those 2 things will I be able to walk lit with a working phone. He states yes and even the owner interrupted and said yes of course and laughed. I agree to let them work on my phone. After 30 mins they call me over and say hey you wont be able to use your phone but go to the apple store plug it up to my icloud and it will work. I told them thats not what they told me and please but my old stuff back. They got mad and stated there is a 50 dollar labor charge unbelievable these people wanted 50 dollars for something they didnt fix as promised. After arguing with them for 5 mins I got out of there with a unoperatable phone and didnt pay these scammers anything. If you have to repair your phone there are honest guys right by the food court they were able to fix my phone no problem.

Horrible customer service, inept staff, irresponsible and dishonest.  I came to G-Fix to fix the camera glass of my Samsung Galaxy s9+.  The guy I met first told me the camera needed to be replaced and said he would order it and have it ready the next day.  He asked me for a deposit, which I happily paid.  I returned the following day and the original man I spoke with the day prior was not there, but another man said, “you’ll have to come back tomorrow, because I don’t fix Samsung (Android) devices… only Apple.  I returned the next day and the man I spoke to on day one was there.  He said he had the camera, took 30-45 minutes to change it, then nothing on my phone worked.  He said it was the “foreign version” and he needed the “USA Version,” (took no responsibility for not getting the necessary equipment).  He said he needed to “order another” and told me, “come back tomorrow, any time.”  Frustrated, I agreed.  I went home and later that night, took my phone out of the case and noticed the back glass cover of my phone was broken. I went in the following afternoon and told him that the back glass cover was not broken before I came into his shop. He looked at it for a moment, (never admitted he broke it) and said he would replace it at no extra charge (which never happened…more details to follow) and that the camera replacement had not yet arrived.  He said “come tomorrow” to change the camera and said the back cover would be changed a different day.  I told him “fine, I will come back in 4 days so you can change everything at one time.”   Returned 4 days later. He replaced the camera, and again, my phone again would not work.   He said, “come back tomorrow.”  I questioned him about the back cover.  He said, “I have one, but it is the wrong back cover.”  He again said, “come back tomorrow” and in the next breath, he says, “oh, wait…let me get the info from your phone to make sure I order the correct part.”  After a week of returning to the store and he never got the serial number to be sure he ordered the right part?  At this point, I was seething, but trying to keep my cool.  I reminded myself that I wanted to support a local business and just stayed calm.  Returned in two days…the guy wasn’t there again and there were three other people, but they do not know how to work on Android phones.    One told me to come back tomorrow (seemingly their favorite phrase), so I waited 2 more days and the original guy was there.  FINALLY, after over a week, he has the camera, fixes it and the first thing he says is “dinero, amigo.” The camera worked, but my fingerprint sensor no longer did.  I asked him for the back cover.  He said, “it will be here tomorrow.”  Irritated, but, I paid him and took his word, trusting his word that he would have the back cover and not charge me for (him) breaking it.  The details mentioned earlier… he never told me he broke the back cover when he was trying to get to the camera on my phone.  probably hoping I wouldn’t find it, or assume that I broke it…not sure of his motives, but it is dishonest and horrible business practice/unethical.  A few more calls and trips and over a week later, still didn’t have the back cover.  I was told on one visit they shipped it to the original guy’s home by mistake, then that it was still “ordered, but problems with ‘holiday’ shipping” and every other excuse you can think of.  My patience ran out.  I stopped calling, going after nearly two weeks.  I was more concerned about him further damaging my phone, than I was for him to replace the back cover he broke.  I was out week two and went to another place I had used before and a very nice, and honest Korean gentleman asked me what I needed, I explained what happened and he opened the phone and showed me that there were also at least 10 screws missing from the phone, too!   My intuition about G-Fix was correct.  Instead of fixing my phone, they broke it.  The Korean gentleman changed the glass cover in less than 10 minutes, and also fixed my finger print sensor. Stay away from G-FIX.

I live over an hour away from their store at the MALL OF GEORGIA and I went to have my sons tablet fixed the screen was cracked. I chose those store because they offer a “lifetime” warranty. It took all about 30 mins and he was finished. Then told me I have a 1 year warranty. I wanted to see if it worked before leaving the store he said it was dead so I asked him to charge it so I could see it worked before i paid 200$ and left. He charged it for just a few minutes so it would cut on and unlock which it didn’t do before. So it seemed to work ( for a second anyway) I paid we left. As we got home and fully charged it we realized that after a few minutes of being on the tablet that the screen blacks out still so I called And the women I spoke with said I have a 1 month warranty to bring it back so I drove back again for the second time, this time he said I needed to leave it over night and pick it up the next day so he could order the part. I was reluctant but had already paid 200 for it to get fixed even tho that meant I would need to make a 3rd trip up. I also asked again about what type of warrant they offer since I kept getting different answers he said life time. He said it would be ready by 1 the next day So the next day I drove to pick it up around 2 they hadn’t even started then come to realize they hadn’t even ordered the right part. I asked for a refund considered I didn’t want to make another trip. It’s been over 2 weeks and my full refund hasn’t been issued. I call everyday they say tomorrow, it will be tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no refund.UPDATE: spoke with them again today and they are saying they will talk with the manager to get my refund. Hopefully they will make it right and the location is at the mall of GeorgiaUPDATE - they gave me a full refund!!! Thank you for making it right!

I went awhile back to get my back and front glass fix on the iPhone. When I received my phone back it looked new again, everything seemed fine until the next day. My phone started to freeze and then it completely froze one night. I went back to get it fix since they said it’s a lifetime warranty and since my phone wasn’t doing it before they fix it I assume it had to be them. When I went to see if they could fix it they said they needed a receipt but during the original service they were out of paper and just sent me the receipt. I told them when they unfreeze my phone I can show them my original purchase. It did take me awhile from when it froze to get it fix bc the mall is an hour from me. They end up fixing it again and it seemed and worked fined until I got home. It started to glitch so bad that I end up getting locked out of my phone. I end up getting it fix with my phone service bc I couldn’t waste anymore time going up there. But I highly recommend ppl not to go.

My phone worked just fine after I got it back but as I was leaving the store I notice that the screen was falling off. When the worker replaced my screen the fricking thing wasnt even attached to my phone it was glued on. When I had gotten home the screen had completely fallen off. I going back soon to see if they can fix it if not Ill go somewhere else. Ive gone back and Im a 100% satisfied they fixed the screen and made sure it was completely on.
