Brandon and Aaron were super helpful! So much better than Verizon Company stores! They took the time to make sure I got everything I needed, worked hard to save me money, and made sure all my information transferred to my new phones. They were patient the whole 2 hours I was there even though they were busy! It’s not easy transferring data for “the app queen.” Definitely will visit them for any future phone needs and will refer friends and family.

The crew at this location were fantastic! We evacuated for hurricane Ida and my phone died, which I use it for EVERYTHING, so needless to say I was frantic. The crew, especially Brandon, was extremely helpful and he had my family and I laughing...which I SO appreciated! Great place, great crew, and outstanding service. Thanks guys, will catch you all again when I travel your way!!!

I came in to the store about three weeks ago. With a big problem on my hands. My wife and I have been Sprint customers for a very very long time close to 20 years. I was not at all looking to change service providers. Long story short my wife and I had independent accounts and were trying to merge into one account which I thought that a simple call would take care of it, BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!! I got the run around for three days and no one at sprint could get it done, they said it would be easier to do if I move carriers. Walked into the store and told Brandon about my issue. Brandon was very helpful knowledgeable great guy to work with. He set my wife and I under one account, upgraded me to two new IPhones. This guy stayed after hours to get me taken care of, locked the door and continued working on my situation. My wife came to the store to thank him personally for helping us. This guy is awesome definitely deserves a higher position or raise in my opinion. Workers like him are hard to find. He said he would get it done and HE DID!!! I came in today for another issue and the guy continues to amaze me. Thank you Brandon keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Brandon went above and beyond this afternoon in helping me and hubby buy two phones. After waiting over an hour for him to finish with the previous customer (he was the only employee on duty), it was close to closing time. He made it clear that he was there to make sure his customers were taken care of and it didnt matter what time it was. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy before we left. Management should always have at least two employees on duty all the time. Whereas the previous customer and we were taken good care of, Brandon didnt have a chance to address two customers who were impatient and did not wait while I was there. In essence, Victra lost at least two customers by not having an additional employee on duty. Brandon deserves a raise along with another employee to work with him!

I went in not to sure what I wanted or how to do things. I usually dread going to Verizon because I feel rushed or pressured into buying. But let me tell you, Brandon went above and beyond for me. Was the easiest transition into a new phone that I have ever had. He answered all my questions and didnt make me feel stupid for my lack of knowledge. He was for real the best employee I have ever dealt with in a Verizon store.

Got new service with the Samsung galaxy s21 and love it have way better service than my previous phone provider and Brandon hooked me up with a great deal so anytime you want something new just ask him he will tell you about all the deals and will get you set up best based on what you want. 10/10

Alex and Joey were working when I went into Verizon. I get really stressed out with electronics. They were so nice to me. They laughed with me so I would not get so frustrated. Alex explain things over and over for me until I could understand. He is VERY knowledgeable about Verizon‘s products and services. Joey helped me sanitize my things while I was there. He also waited until Alex was done with me before he left and we were there 45 minutes after they closed. That may be company policy, if so, it’s a good one; if not, good thinking Joey! I will definitely be going back to see Alex to upgrade my phone shortly. Good job guys!

The 2 representatives that were there today were awesome. I brought my daughter in to exchange her phone and get her added to my account. Their were some issues regarding my daughters old acct and her phone, but Morgan and her manager Alex went above and beyond and handled everything so professionally. They kind of “took over and ran with it” for us, so we didn’t have to stress about what to do. I definitely give this facility, Morgan, and her manager Alex the highest score, 5 out of 5 stars.

Do not go to this store. Its not a corporate Verizon store. Rep flat out lied. Said there was a $600.00 rebate on the phone but when we got our first bill it was full retail $1100. We called Verizon and they have no promotion anywhere close to that. All the rep did was try to up sell us on everything. I understand he probably works on commission but this is completely unacceptable

*BUYER BEWARE*This store is an authorized dealer (retailer) not an actual Verizon store. This store has a ton of hidden fees. Although Alex was friendly and knowledgeable he never made us aware of the extra fees he was charging. It wasn’t until after we left the store and received a emailed receipt which shown that we were charged $20 for him to turn on our new phone, $10 for a Sim Card (which is included), and $15 to put on our screen protector.*Please note* the actual Verizon stores do not charge these fees. We were never informed of these charges and would never have approved. We did contact the District manager and received a refund but it was such a headache. I will not go back and wanted to share my experience to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

I walked into a new Verizon store I had never been totoday and was instantly greeted by the sales representative, Jon Torres. Jon is the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and “go the extra mile” Verizon employee I have ever met ! He went out if his way and took the time to call the administrative office to save me $90.00 !!If more sales people at Verizon were like Jon Torres,Costumers would never leave Verizon for other providers !! He definately scores a 10++ in my book !!

Do not go to this store. I went in knowing what I wanted and the promotion that Verizon was offering. I met with Josh and when I asked him what promotion they were offering he told me there was only one promotion and didnt offer me the promotion Verizon was offering. Only after I showed him the website he said oh they must have extended that promotion. Then he brings out a phone that was already opened with finger prints on it and powered on and tells me its a brand new phone. I get that someone may have opened it. I was fine with that. But last straw was after he printed out the transaction he charged me $760 for a phone that was$599 stating thats what the price comes up in his system. On top of that he added$19.99processing fee that they charge. I cancelled the transaction and went straight to another Verizon store and the was no transaction fees and price was $599. I felt like he lied to me at every step of the way or he didnt know what he was doing even though he says hes the general manager of the store. Also soon as I left the store I the credit card I used is a targe of a phishing email. Every second of that transaction was sketchy. So not trust Josh or Victra.

Could not have been worse no one in store no customers, could not answer simplest of questions and for some reason took offense that you even ask.? What does show quoted text mean in Gmail, Valerie didnt know and said it was not her job to know.I ask who should know.Answered I dont know but its not me we have some things to do if thats all you need again no customers in store 6 p.m..Had been speaking with Scott who was trying to be helpful finding lost Gmail Valerie started making comments about our conversation which was on the other side of the room.I said maam thats rude to listen to other peoples conversations if you have no input especially only negative.Was told she would have me removed from the store if I didnt leave.I promise to you this happened.Last comment that I can bear to listen to us we are not lawyers, I said Relax Im only trying to find out to recover Gmail from my truck being stolen she knew that because she had listened to our conversation across the room.Rude would be understatement, unknowledgeable without question.Actually became someone out of control and maybe seem to have a loss of understanding that she is at work at a Verizon store.Told her I had broken my back and been away trying to catch up, sorry.Valerie responded Im not a nurse we have things to do.Ascot stood and listened and became very red in the face I feel probably embarrassed I would have been.So instead of telling her what she needs a manager or someone to tell her I told her she will acted the most unprofessional of anyone I have ever seen in that environment.She said well you can leave we have things to do.As for her last name she would not give employee number would not giveNow I understand why do some people are never there after just a couple or few months theyre not trained and they dont care.Wow, sitting in a chair asking why are you acting this way she said I am going to call the police.Only to avoid the frustration embarrassment and total childishness of situation I decided to leave instead of trying to get much-needed information of the simplest form.Sad State of Affairs if they were not a good location would not last a few months unfortunately the only one very close to my work and home.If nearby stop in just asking any question thats not obvious about your phone and watch her respond if she doesnt know or it seems doesnt like you or done didnt want anyone in the store, seem to enjoy listening to Scott and eyes conversation about serious personal problem that related to phone from across the room.So dont go unless youre buying phone, Then as she said you would need to go to franchise store to learn more about.First review Ive ever written and I hope last.Everyone has a bad day this was much much more than a bad day very mean and demeaning Veronica was.Scott does his best. Had a terrible experience here. David Gorman, a Verizon rep, was very rude to my 75-year old mother. All they care about is the money and actually lied to her to just get a new sale. Will take this complaint directly to Verizon as well..Update: David Gorman no longer works here and Verizon customer service rocks! Everything taken care of and now Im a happy Verizon customer!
