We recently built a custom home and worked with Joe at Georgia Kitchens. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Their pricing was very competitive. We love, love all of the appliances! When our home was ready for move-in, the refrigerator was still on backorder, but Joe saved the day and provided a loaner until ours arrived. Thank you Joe and Georgia Kitchens for a 5-star experience!

This company is the best! Their showroom is beautiful and has easy parking. Christy, the saleswoman, was very helpful and patient through all my questions. I bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from them with better pricing than Home Depot or Lowe’s. It was in stock and was delivered and installed within days. The install was tricky, but Barry was resourceful and got it done ever so politely! Their customer service is outstanding! I can’t recommend them more highly, but would give them 10 stars if it was an option! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

I have not visited the store. The website has examples of outdoor kitchens, but the site pushes the brands. I would like to see more of the appliances. Show appliances separately or in a group without the kitchen settings. Hence, the 4 rating.

Extremely helpful and Crissy gave us greater options to design the kitchen we were looking for. Showroom was set up by product line and in a setting so you could see how it would work in your home.

GA Kitchens is about as good as it gets. Had some trouble with a back ordered high end kitchen aid refrigerator and they saved the day by getting me a better refrigerator in a quicker time frame than the original one. A+++ for Joe and the entire crew down at GA kitchen.

We bought 2 appliances for our kitchen renovation from Georgia Kitchens and have nothing but praise for them. Every single thing went perfectly - during a pandemic, no less - they were on time, professional, and friendly. Our salesperson has been amazing to work with - immediately responsive and constantly kind. Cannot say enough positive things - this is the place to find what you need for your dream kitchen.

Georgia Kitchens will not stand behind the product they represent. If you have a problem they are of no help. They claim they only ship the product. I would never do business with them again

I had the pleasure of buying appliances from Georgia Kitchens for my recent kitchen renovation. Andrea was very easy to talk to and offered explanations and suggestions on many different lines of appliances. We worked through my wish list and she was able to put together a package that suited my needs perfectly! After the installation, I had a few questions about some of my appliances and she was very quick to troubleshoot the problems and even took my call in the evening. Customer service is excellent at Georgia Kitchens! Thank you for helping to make my renovation a success!

Great Staff

By far the best appliance dealer in Metro Atlanta. Most appliance dealers just move boxes and then forget about you....GK actually cares about its customers and their relationships. Their service is second to none. They are a throw back company in regards to service and relationships which is very refreshing in todays dollar first world. I wont buy appliances any where else!!!

The entire experience started out great. We liked the people, the ideas and the products. The things that I didnt like were the fact that each item was quoted by different people. The reason we went to a place that does everything is so it was simple and easy and all done by one place. There is no sense of urgency with some of the people we dealt with. I am still waiting on pricing for a few things and it has been almost a week since I spoke to them. I told them their price was a little more than we were comfortable with and it was if I insulted them. I asked if they could get together and work on the pricing and all I got was attitude and offers to go to inferior products. Again I have not heard from them since that time. Its a shame we were ready to go on a really big job.

I made the mistake of letting my wife talk me into considering some new kitchen appliances the other day and she dragged me kicking and screaming (nearly) to Georgia Kitchens. I have to say that I was completely blown away. If you want to see what the future of your kitchen will look like, go there. My wife laughed at me because of all the cool things I started talking to the guy there about. Seriously cool refrigerators, stoves and more. If youre remotely considering upgrading any kitchen appliance, go there first. Youll be glad you did.

Our builder purchased the dishwasher we are having issues with less than 4 months age on it. No one will respond to emails, all you get are voicemails and no return calls. Would love to know how to contact these folks and get a response!

Ive been working with Ga Kitchen for almost a decade now. Andrea and Joe have always pulled through for me and bent over backwards to help our customers. I highly recommend contacting them when it comes time for your new appliances.

DO NOT let them deliver to your house. The first time they installed an oven in mine they were very careless and yanked the back of it up and bent it all up and left dents in the side. When we finally got a replacement the driver brought it in to the house on a dolley, scratched the entire driver side door of my car while doing so, left without telling me, then lied about it and claimed he went nowhere near my car when I watched him do it through my window. They are refusing to pay to fix it. Obviously the staff are inadequate and untrustworthy, I am completely disgusted.
