Had a great experience here buying appliances this weekend. Brian Basile spent about an hour walking around with us and helping us decide on a refrigerator, washer and dryer. He was exceptionally helpful, and we would definitely return in the future!
I went to BransMart recently when I waited too late to order some electronic equipment online and needed it right away.I rushed to get to the store before they closed but didnt make it on time. Even though I arrived 12 minutes after store closing the staff still allowed me to enter and make my purchase.Even though it was time for everyone to go home they were still very courteous and helpful.Then, 2 weeks later I had problems with the product being defective. I contacted the manufacturer and it was going to be very difficult to get a resolution through them. I went back to BransMart and they offered to exchange the defective item.I have been blown away by the great service here.All I was expecting was a low price. I got that AND great service.I would recommend BrandsMart to anyone needing to make an electronics purchase.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even after dealing with Comcast or Charter, Brandsmart takes the cake! STAY AWAY! Bought a refrigerator from them, it didnt work, the freezer wasnt freezing properly. Luckily I had purchased a warranty so I called them out. The repair man was called out at LEAST 5 times as the problem was just never resolved. He even blew me off TWICE...just never showed up. He ended up installing a new compressor. Well, it still wasnt working properly and then I couldnt get Brandsmart to return my call for service! So I called LG the manufacturer. They sent out their tech and let me know that the Brandsmart tech RUINED the fridge! He installed the compressor so badly that there were wires hanging out the back, he ruined the new compressor that he installed, and he did such a bad job that the entire fridge needed replacing! So I went to Brandsmart asking for them to replace my refrigerator--which they tried to make me pay for! I had to go so far as to threaten to SUE just to get them to honor their warranty! Finally they agree to replace the fridge, and I get a call for delivery... NEVER SHOWS UP! So I have to call the next day and they say Sorry, well have to deliver TWO days from now Are you kidding me??? You ruined my refrigerator, my food is spoiling, nobody calls me EVER to let me know they wont show up or they wont be fixing the problem... I am SO DONE with this company!! I am glad their Gwinnett location is shutting down and I hope the rest of them shut down too!
Inside the storewas okay. My salesman Syed M. Was great. He helped me get a good tv and what ever else I needed but going to pick it up was the problem. I waited almost 40 to 50 minutes for a tv, hdmi, and the tv stand. I had everything but the hdmi. They couldnt find it and I waited for a while untill I seen the salesman come and find it.
Bought home appliance and laptop here, broke after 2 weeks, called in put me on hold for almost an hour and transfer me back and forward to different department. Lack of responsibility, and the worst and rudest customer service ever exist on this planet. Frys and BestBuy are way to go guys
How is this place still in business? They wouldnt take out a laptop for us to look at till we bought it. As a past retailer employee this is terrible how they treat customers. Plus it kinda stinks like an old highschool.
I would never buy anything from that store ...we bought 2 fridges in the past tow years and both of them has a lot of issues ...its like there refurbished
