Well I’m finally done with Tim hortons. Iv been getting Tim hortons about 5-10 times a day for the past 11 years but these past 2 months have convinced me. And today was it. I went back and had my coffee re-made/paid for 4 coffees because they just could not make a medium triple triple rite. Ended up getting mad and going to tops to get a bag of coffee. But I’m done with Tim hortons. Not the place for a good cup of coffee anymore.

I used the online all and they got my order exactly correct. The app had many great deals that are far better than any coupon you will find. I highly recommend using the app.

Why is it that they cannot remember what you got when you get up to the window? Or how much you owe got? For two mocha lattes and two sausage snack wraps, Comes to $11.81 not one medium mocha latte at $8.82

Seriously don’t waste your time in the drive thru. They must have the worst times in the state. Been sitting here 10 minutes at the speaker and they just took my order. They take one car at a time and the guy in front of me has been sitting at the window the sale would minutes waiting for 2 coffees. Ridiculous

I ordered a Chocolate Chip Muffin & a Hot Tea. When I got to work I realized they gave me a Blueberry Muffin & a Coffee. I visit here occasionally on weekend mornings. Many times they screw up simple orders. I try to avoid this Tim Hortons unless Im desperate.

Literally the worst tim hortons ever, bread is always stale and crusty, if they can even cut the bread correctly. Eggs are green, they dont sell egg sandwiches on scrambled eggs like literally every other tim hortons. Keep your money, save yourself some aggravation, and go to the next tim hortons. Will NEVER come back again. NO I DO NOT LIKE GREEN EGGS AND HAM!

Worst listening skills ever His 1st was in drive-through and had to repeat myself literally 10 times its self literally 10 times get up to the food window and pay and they gave me the wrong thing 4 times had to go back inside still gave me the wrong thing then got the right thing and my coffee was wrong worst ever

They have stepped it up. Coffee is more consistent. If you stop by during the late afternoon or evening; Josh and Tara are a good team and have respect for customers and value your business. Usually get fresh coffee and great service.

Service is slow most of time, ever had a bagel BLT ? Well ya dont get lettuce and tomato here .

I ordered a medium vanilla cold brew and got something that tasted nothing like it. I also got a had brown and it was still half frozen.

It took 45 min. For two eggs toast and coffee. Girls were great.

This restaurant originally started off great and not its atrocious! The drive thru is always beyond ridiculous, the wait is always a given 20min wait. It is no longer a convenience to stop here and if the staff spoke fluent English they would understand “ a medium coffee with 2cream and 2 sugar “ is a common order and would get It right without having to repeat the order 4times.

Ordered a large coffee with cream, received a large black. Ordered a maple waffle sausage and egg, received a blueberry waffle. I repeated what I wanted to be sure it was correct. The cashier repeated it to me as well...yet my order was incorrect. I gave it 2 stars because it was at least hot. Really disappointed.

I recently started going to your Timmy’s on military road and the worker josh at the window was the nicest worker I have ever had wait on me now because of josh I will definitely come back to the military rd. Timmy’s.you should have josh train all your staff on how to treat your customers.hes the best

This is store has some of the worst consistency Ive seen from a fast food place. In the last two months I have been there a handful of times and none of them have they ever given me the sandwich I ordered. I should be better about checking given the history, but even today, I got home to eat a sausage sandwich that had no meat at all. There are two other nearby locations that consistently have long drive thru waits as compared to this one. I think I figured out why.

Coffees hot and the foods usually fresh. Service is usually pretty good and the dining room and bathroom is usually pretty clean. Drive thru flows good, only downside is the parking lot is a little small so it gets pretty congested pretty quick. Another one thats nice and close to home.

Got a terrific deal on tires basically brand-new 399 mounted and balanced cant beat that Ive always loved Fox Tire. Them guys know how to hustle even if its packed your usually theyre not too long

The staff were friendly and even asked my friend to check the sandwich he had ordered because they realized a mistake they had made. I thought that was really nice of them and they fixed it quickly. Overall it was a great visit!

They gave me the wrong sandwich last week. They promised no charge and when I got to window they wanted the sandwich from last week. Who the hell keeps a sandwich for 1 week Im there every week on Saturday mornings... Will not return here. Ill go to the one down the road... Until or unless its rectified. But Ill tell you what ... Tim Hortons never corrects any mistaken... They have not done so in any of the Tim Hortons in the area.

Idk if they keep the coffee they use for iced drinks in the fridge, but that was the coldest ice coffee I’ve had from Timmy’s and it was delicious!!! I usually go to the Tim Hortons down the street from my office, but the drive-thru wait time has been averaging 15 to 20 minutes and these guys had me out in under two.

They stuffed my bag full of only half my order!

I love this location!!! Even if there is a line in drive thru Ive never waited longer than three minutes to receive my order. The workers are pleasant and always friendly in the morning, especially the two guys who work the window together!!! They chat with you while you wait for your order and always have a fist bump and smile, who wouldnt love to start their day like that 😊

As Ive said many, many, times...its coffee and Im a coffee crazy woman. So yup, have at it.😇

Good coffee great fresh breakfast sandwich. Only customer still had to wait way to long for sandwich.

We walked in to be able to choose our donuts, but it literally took 5 minutes to be waited on at the counter while 7 customers were expedited through the drivethrough. Donuts were substandard, end not even worth it with the considerable discount I received with a coupon.

Terrible in dealing with customers. They have a habit of giving you old burnt coffee when they are not busy! Too lazy to make fresh coffee. Ive been told that management encourages this. This is bad business, especially when you spend at least $60.00 a week just on coffee.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I’m not one to complain, specially over such a small amount of money. I am posting this review due to the lack of care and respect from the employees at this location. I ordered a medium hot mocha latte and one croissant. I was overcharged, I receveid the wrong beverage and the croissant was not cooked all the way through (it was plain dough).They can’t get the order correct and they will overcharge you! Unnacceptable! I’m giving one star because I am not able to rate 0.

I go there every week to get a hot chocolate and a BACON, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. For the past 5 WEEKS, they have gotten my order wrong with SAUSAGE, egg and cheese. THIS IS THE 10th time I had to go back and tell them that they got my order wrong, I DONT TRUST THAT PLACE NO MORE, I GOTTA CHECK MY ORDER EVERY TIME I LEAVE THE DRIVETHRU! Completely disappointed in this place. Get it together and get our orders right!

Honestly one of the worst Tim hortons in Buffalo, every time during the week day during the daytime hours has the worst staff, either they mess up the order, or are rude or just dont care. Today was a first they told me they discontinued items that were clearly on the menu and I even checked the website. Im not returning.

Usually half decent service, but at this location, nobody speaks anything resembling ENGLISH.....

They are always friendly. However Every time I go there, the service is sloooww. I waited 4mins at counter before someone came up to greet me. I have often had mixed up orders also. They dont hear me right at the drive thru. But they are always pleasant, so theres that. And 3 stars only bc of that, kindness goes a long way!!
