Stopped in on Saturday to get off my family’s plan and get my own line, and to get the new iPhone. They told me I’d have to go through the service line to get off my current plan and there was nothing they could do for me. They also told me I couldn’t get a new phone until I transferred lines. I walked to AT&T. And in 10 minutes I had a new line and kept my same number. (And for cheaper). Verizon has Terrible customer service. No point of having a store if you can’t help your long time customers. I will never return.
Carl is hands down AMAZING!! He took the time to check to see if not only I was available for an upgrade, but my mother as well. Told both of us about the awesome promotion going on, and had the upmost knowledge of all of the phones. Even when I went back for a 2nd time he was very patient and did an amazing job. He is one of the nicest customer service representatives Ive ever come across. Ive never had service like this at any other Verizon. This kid deserves a raise for the wonderful job he does. I know I will be recommending this location to everyone that I know who has Verizon.
I’ve been a life long Verizon customer.. I have a business account with multiple lines and my privet account.. I am constantly looking for Verizon stores that are quick to handle whatever your trouble is .. I was just in the area and needed help with my 12 year olds replacement phone … I was greeted as I walked through the door by the first available person.. Ryan sat down and handled my problem .. Figured out my issue quickly and had my son and I back on the road !!! Absolutely stellar service!!

Couldn’t do curbside pickup (that I ordered) because it was too cold for the employees.... so I had to bring my 1 and 3 year old inside the store to pick up my order. They also claim their wifi doesn’t reach to the parking lot for the tablets to work.... not a very good selling point for a internet/WiFi provider....
I drive an extra 15min out of my way (passing a Verizon corporate store) to go here. The customer service is amazing and theyre all so helpful, patient, and kind.

Chris was able to transfer my data from a screen you couldnt even read. His customer service was above and beyond and was genuinely happy to help me get my phone in order. He also sold me my original S9+ and was pleasant then as well as stayed after hours to finish the deal. Best customer service from a retailer ever. GO SEE CHRIS! I was very pleased with the selection and speed in which my transaction was processed.I found is suspicious they only would take cash. I was also not happy with the service I received from Ryan. He was not polite and courteous.I will still come to this store over the corporate Verizon store because it is less crowded.
I needed a new phone and I showed up after work and it was 20 minutes before closing but the gentleman who waited on me never made me feel rushed nor that it was an inconvenience for me to show up so close to closing
You dont know how good the customer service is until you visit a different location. After having to pick up a replacement phone for my daughter at the Northtown location, our experience was so bad that we got in the car and drove up to the Baltimore Street Verizon. Chris had helped us the night before, Ryan helped us get the phone case, screen protector and issues we were having setting up a new iphone. Carl has been great as well helping get phones fixed.Thanks for being polite

I went in because I have been having trouble with my voicemail being full when it sits empty. The manager at the site was completely short and rude because I was not the account holder on my phone plan, he refused to help me with anything at all. I had the account holder (who lives 2 hours away) on the phone providing any information to help and he still refused to be of any help whatsoever. Beyond ridiculous service for how much our account pays per month. We are now looking for at other providers. Worst customer service Ive experienced.In regards to your generic reply- you were not helpful in the slightest. We went to a different Verizon store who actually helped us instead of just shaking their head like a toddler “no” not correct. You failed to mention the passcode could, in fact, be 5 digits as we remembered.Thank goodness we were able to find a different Verizon store who was helpful and cared about their customers, unlike your store.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Chris in this store today. We had originally been in the area to upgrade our phones at the AT&T store, but had a negative experience and decided to see what Verizon could offer us. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure to check into discounts and promos for us. He went above and beyond with his customer service, not just with us, but with other customers in the store, and I could not be happier. I rarely give out 5 stars, but Chris deserves every one of them.
After reading some of the negative reviews we were a little reluctant to go to this store, buying a new phone is confusing enough without being treated rudely.What a pleasant surprise, we were greeted by Taylor who is very professional and most important patient.We were considering 3 different phones, she explained all three to us along with the Verizon plans, pointed out what she thought would be the best one for us and she was right.While were willing to spend more on a higher end phone but she guided us to a more moderately priced unit that fit our needs best.She and the other sales person who assisted us were a pleasure to deal with.I had to go back today to ask a couple of operational questions and the sales person I dealt with was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.Another great experience with Verizon and their associates.
Im not much of a Verizon fan. This was my first positive experience with excellent customer service. If you go to this store, ask for the tall skinny guy named Chris. He actually listens more than he talks.

Received excellent customer service and assistance from this location on 12/22/18 with transferring carriers, purchasing a new plan, purchasing two new phones, and multiple accessories. Earlier in the day I went another Verizon location and was told that I would have to call my current provider and then come back to that location on a weekday purchase a phones and a plan. I left the other location feeling dismayed with their lack of customer service, and drove directly to the Blaine store as a last ditch effort. That extra drive paid off as I got exactly what I set out to get. Thank you for all of your help.
I went to my local Verizon store in Blaine. The reps there are fabulous! Ryan has helped me with all my phones so he’s always my “go to” guy. So of course I had him help me again. Settled on the 8 and the larger phone this time. I love it! Then I decided I needed a new Ipad and purchased the Ipad Pro. It was a GREAT day!
Carl is hands down the best person I have ever worked with while getting a phone. He helped me last year and again this year. I won’t go anywhere else or deal with anyone else.
Just got back from the Blaine store. Im a first time smartphone user and it doesnt come with instructions. Thank you for Taylor! She is incredible. Knowledgeable and able to explain in terms I could understand. Never made me feel rushed, never made me feel stupid (although I gave her plenty of reasons to). Thank you. Although I despise most technology, I honestly feel that there will be someone in my corner when I need the help.

While Verizon does have the best network and service than any other cell company Ive been with so far, the salesman at this location lied to me. When I started to complain about the $30 per line activation fee he said I could call and complain and easily have it waived after I began service. Thats not true at all. There is no incentive program for new customers. They know theyre better than the competition and can charge whatever they want. Not a great foot to start out on.

Taylor needs to take some customer service classes. I went in today to ask some questions about the BOGO sale I saw on line and was being assisted by a young man who was very nice and helpful. Taylor couldn’t contain herself from across the room when she heard me asking questions about the rules of the promotion. She accused me of committing fraud (I had not made ANY purchases at this point). I was simply trying to understand the rules of the promotion. BOGO or not I had intended to buy a new phone but ended up leaving with nothing after being told my 15 years with Verizon meant nothing. I had no intention of committing fraud and every intention of making my purchase within the rules of the promotion but when she couldn’t answer all of my questions she accused me of a felony? How is this person still employed?

Went in last week to upgrade from a Go Phone to a New phone, the gentleman who I really wish I remembered his name did a wonderful Job leading me to the phone I needed. He did not push me to either the Samsung Galaxy S10 or the Apple Iphone XS. He was very honest about each phone as I had done my research prior to coming to the store and so we talked about the key details between each phone which lead me to neither phone but the Iphone XR, a mid range phone even threw in a incredible deal with a phone case and screen protector for just a simple purchase of the fast charge pad with the Iphone XR. After all said and done I was in and out in 25 minutes flat from switching phone service, activation, screen and phone case place on the phone, paid and out the door. If I need a new phone again in the future Im coming here every time

I had a problem with my phone. possible sim card issue. I was told that it would be $10 for a new sim card (even though its free online and at the Northtown store). But because I forgot my wallet I had to come back later. When I came back, 10minutes later, I was told the new sim card would now cost me $20. Money is not the issue. Its the principal that matters. It sure seems like to me they are making up their own price as they go along. I took my phone to the Northtown store. A super friendly sales person greeted me and took care of the problem in 2 minutes. No charge for anything. I will be going to the Northtown store from now on.

Taylor at the Balimore Verizon Location (Independent store) cant do math. She had an immediate attitude when we thought the price was to high and didnt purchase anything, it was I cant compete, that is the best price so we left. We went to a corporate office(VerizonCoon Rapids, MN) and revceived excellent service and the amout of money we had anticiapted to spend (because we did our home work) came in to what we were quoted through Verizon cusomer service and at the corporate store.
Terrible customer service. Pay attention to the order your customers come into your store. Take numbers if you have to. Asked who was next, didnt remember who was next. Told them I had come after their last customer. I had been waiting a long time. Proceed to serve another couple that budged their way in front of not only me, but another pair that arrived after me and before them. Long wait time. Not worth the wait.

Horrible service I wanted to add a line and cancel another and he said their is alot of fraud going on with iphones and we dont want our store to risk not getting paid by Verizon. Which makes no sense he basically told me to go to best buy or order one online. Which I did as I went home I just ordered one from verizon and didnt have any hassle with dealing with the bad customer service at the verizon store.I will never go back to this store go to best buy or the apple store they will provide you with the most professional service unlike this verizon store.
