Fattey Beer Co is one of our favorite places in Buffalo! The best dog friendly bar around with amazing ambience, awesome beer selection, and a great staff! Love it here!

What a great place! The person on staff was super nice, explained things and she even gave suggestions where to find things locally! Loved it! Got the white cranberry, had a nice flavor and wasnt too heavy to just simply enjoy.

Awesome spot to grab some craft brews to go and/or chill with friends. Will definitely be stopping by again soon!

Fattey Beer Co. Is in the heart of downtown Buffalo off Main St. On Huron.It is your typical beer spot for those beer enthusiasts who want a great selection at pretty good pricing.  They have draft, bottle and can options.  They have wine, seltzer, kombucha and soda options.  They are designated as a market so they can even do growler fills. Bring your own growlers.  Can you say 300- 400 cans of beer and and one dollar off for those you take home.They have 5 locations in the Western New York area.  And this is a very happy place.  Very gregarious staff.  And they are passionate about beer.The inside has limited space, but they have plenty of outside seating.  And the best part is they are open every day.  So beer 7 days a week in Buffalo New York.  I know, it sounds too good to be true.  Its not.  If you love craft beer and are in downtown Buffalo, this is a must stop.

My husband and I loooove Fattey Beer Co. So much so that we were here with Timmy on Christmas! It was our escape during the pandemic/shutdown when we needed to get out for a drink even when the snow was falling. Great beer selection, awesome people, and dog friendly- what more could you ask for? Mug Club is TOTALLY worth it btw!

When I first saw an article about Fattey before they opened, I immediately messaged them on Facebook to find out how dog-friendly they are. Within moments, they responded with “dogs are welcome inside all the time!” After reading that, I purchased two mug club memberships right then.We first stopped in during opening weekend, with our dogs, and have gone in a couple more times when downtown. There are three or four large tables out front and plenty of seating inside between the bar, high-tops, and low-tops. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the beers on tap, as well as the dozens of bottles available along the back wall.Since there’s no on-site kitchen (hence dogs being allowed inside), you can bring your own food or order delivery from one of the restaurants nearby.With all the patios open right now, we don’t make it in too much yet — but come fall this will become our go-to spot when we want to bring the dogs with us.

Lovely little beer hall in the heart of Downtown Buffalo!I stumbled upon this little beer spot while walking around.They have a nice selection of beers on tap, and plenty of canned and bottled selections!They have some uncommon beers on tap, an a couple of known beers.I tried a couple on tap, but couldn’t find anything I liked.I was recommended to try High Water’s Campfire S’more stout, since I wanted something on the sweeter side.It was an amazing recommendation by the very friendly and kind Bartender! It’s a beer from a brewery in Colorado, but its sold here fairly cheap!It was delicious! It had a lovely Chocolate and marshmallow taste with a toasted graham cracker finish.The bartender knows what he’s talking about!This place is perfect for enjoying a nice cold brew during a walk around the city!

Always a good time with a great staff! The selection of beers is second to none and the bartender is always spot on work a recommendation after just a few questions! No food is a slight bummer but it allows the bar to be dog friendly which is a huge bonus! Must have been 6 dogs there during my visit! it was great.

This place is amazing. It’s completely dog friendly and the beer selection is out of this world. It’s hard to find a place where you can hang and bring your dog in the winter. This place has completely won me over and will be receiving a lot of my business. The staff is incredible also.

They hit an interesting spot in the craft beer market, acting as a specialty beer store, tasting room and bar all-in-one. More classy than a simple beer store, but more casual than many bars and pubs. Theyve got a mug club, interesting canned/bottled beer selection, discounts for beer to go, rotating beers on tap and even some snack foods. Large storefront in a plaza. Patio in the warmer weather. Right in the heart of downtown. Bravo.

Awesome location right on the corner of Genesee St. and Main. Front patio you look onto Main with the trolley passing every so often and the surrounding beautiful buildings. The back patio scenery with the brick walled miniature courtyard is a peaceful gem. Great staff!! Cant get over how customer friendly they are. Want dinner? Bring in take out. Dog friendly. Just a great addition to that now booming area!

We came here thinking it was a brewery and would have their own unique beers, what we got was better. They do not produce their own, but they have an impressive collection of micro brews from around the area and well beyond, there is a beer for everyone here. Great atmosphere in the heart of downtown. Will definitely be back.

Small but curated selection of beers on tap, tons of others available in the case. Definitely a unique place. They dont have food really, you can order in from other places, oherwise, they just have a few choices as required by NYS due to COVID regulations.

This was a quaint place with a mix of modern and old-fashioned decor. Excellent beer on tap and had fridges full of other options, including drinks for that one friend that refuses to drink alcohol. Plus, see what happens if youre the one who kicks a keg!

Really cool business in a great location that serves mostly beer but also has some wine. Large selection of bottles and cans both on a display shelf and in a cooler, plus beers on tap. Theres also a fridge with $3 PBR, Pacifico, Labatt, etc. Owner and employees all very nice and theres indoor and patio seating. Individual canned beers are pretty expensive but I suppose youre paying for location, overhead, etc.

For those wondering, this is not a brewery. It’s a beer store/IPA store with some beers/IPA’s on tap. If IPA’s are your thing then, this is the place for you. On a beer list of about 12 only 2 were not an IPA. The cooler... yup, you guessed it... more IPA’s. The only reason I gave it an additional star is the outdoor area is nice.
