Decent place. Little disappointed by the lack of attention to detail on keeping things cleaned. They removed the old oil change sticker and placed the new one next to it. Not a problem. However now there’s glue residue all over the other space. The techs aren’t wearing gloves and getting in my car with their dirty mechanic hands and touching everything. Small stain on the seat, that I need to clean now.Updated: The effort and awareness is appreciated.
Two issues:1. While checking in I was asked if I wanted a car wash after the oil change. I said yes and saw her check the box that said car wash. Well, no car wash was done. No big deal but just do what you say you’ll do.2. I had an appt at 4:30 for an oil change and tire rotate. It took an hour and ten minutes for this simple service. I’ve had it done way faster, even at this location.Been satisfied with this location before so chalking it up to an off day. Will be back but two off days in a row won’t work for me.
Not a good experience. Dropped my car off the night before for a 7am basic service appt - oil change, tire rotation - very basic. 5pm next day no call, called them and was told that someone would call me back. 8:30 am next morning still no call, called again and was told some one would call me back. Noon, still no call, called again and was told someone would call me back… they have had the vehicle for 30 hours now and i have no idea what’s going on. Finally get a call 1 hour later and was told it was done and that they had called the previous day… no one could have told me that the 3 times I called earlier… terrible communication with them internally and zero interest in customer service! And this is the second time something like this has happened. They have a quick lube lane and a service department, literally 100 ft away from one another. If you make an appt, drop your keys in the night lockbox and the wrong department opens it in the morning instead of asking the other dept if they have an appt for that vehicle they do nothing and wait for you to call to check on the status of your vehicle. And then they’ll explain whoops we didn’t know you had an appt with the service department. That will be another day now. The service dept is one set of doors over in the same building. There’s only one drop box… you didn’t think to ask… they do not care about the customer!!! You’re just an inconvenience to them.
Without a doubt the worst service experience I have had. I made an appointment for an oil change and diagnostic for a wheel bearing for Wednesday at 2pm. My vehicle not only didn’t get looked at during my scheduled appointment time, they didn’t bother to tell me that they hadn’t done any of the work until Friday late afternoon when it would be impossible to get in somewhere else. They finally had the oil changed by Saturday at noon after insisting I needed my oil changed for an upcoming trip that they had been told about…over 3 days after my scheduled appointment and never got to the diagnostics. If you want quality and timely service, DO NOT go to Morrie’s Buffalo Ford. I will not be going back.
Very friendly and helpful.. my oil change took less than an hour, I believe making an appointment helps this go much faster! As for my brakes they gave me a ride home and picked me up when they were completed... super happy!
Glad I bought the oil changes along with the used vehicle. Ford employees were friendly and polite. Ill eat lunch first next time, though. It took about an hour, which was longer than I expected. But then again, I didnt ask how long the service might take.
Ive always had my car serviced at a Ford dealership, but this was the first time at Morriss Ford in Buffalo and I am super impressed. Not only was the price reasonable but the Joe & the rest of the staff was amazing!!! I love the Tru videos they send you discussing what the issue is with your vehicle. It really gives you a sense of security.. Ill never have my vehicle serviced anywhere else!!
The gentleman that helped me today was great. I believe his name was Joe. He was super helpful and kind. The oil change took a while but they were short staffed as everyone is. Overall, a good experience, but Joe was awesome.
Wheel sensor and wheel bearing problems were fixed and solved all within 24 hours. My vehicle said “ service: advancetrac “ which could mean a lot of things and the fact that they found the problem under 6 hours was amazing and my car was ready the next day. Amazing work, thank you! (:
Another Ford Service Center wanted to charge me $11000.00 to completely replace the track for my panoramic sunroof. They stated they had cleaned an re-greased the track. Your technician found the track to be full of debris so that tells me they did not do the work. Your technician blew out all debris and lubricated the track. Your technician also found out that the other Ford Service Center had not initialized the new roof motors to the cars computer. My sunroof works perfectly now thanks to your service center and it saved me close to $10900.00. Even though I live 30 miles from Buffalo Ford I will be servicing my Edge there from now on. Thank you all.
Even though I live close to a Ford dealer, I drove over 50 miles to Buffalo Ford for service because that is where I bought the car 6 months ago. First let me say the staff is all very friendly and helpful.However, the service department couldnt fix a dead low beam headlight because they didnt have the parts and could not get them for another day. I was not about to drive all the way out there again!Secondly, they also would not provide the second key FOB for the car as promised. No reason given there.Needless to say I will not be using Buffalo Ford again and will advise others not to buy from them nor get service there.
I had car troubles that prevented my car from being able to be driven at all. Everyone that I interacted with at Morries was extremely nice and very helpful. The employees there turned my horrible day around for the better. They fit me in same day and got my car fully functioning all in one afternoon. I cannot complement this business enough! I will be back for any ford needs, even though I live no where near this location. Its worth the drive!Special thanks to Alyssa, who answered the phone. She was so kind and helpful!
I was there 10 minutes early for a 12:30 appointment, They were really busy so I didn’t get out till 1:40 just to get a key cut and programmed. Service was good it just took a while. Ford thinks very highly of her keys and the only place you can get them programmed is at the dealership.
The service today was good. I got an oil change and everything went well. I’m frustrated with the fact that we need additional work done that will take more time and they have no loaners available unless you book months out and we can’t go without a vehicle for an extended period of time. They blamed Covid for this issue however it predated Covid. Additionally, this will be the second time we’re bringing it in for the same issues and it’s a relatively new vehicle. We made appointments at 2 different times as well for this issue and the first one they said it was for a drop off time and they would get to it within the next few days. The second one my husband showed up on a Saturday for our appointment which he verified was the correct time but when he arrived they said that was the answering service and they don’t do anything besides oil changes on Saturday. I’ve attempted multiple times to get in contact with someone who can address these issues but have not received a call back and the employees answering the phone are unable to help.

Just moved to this area and this was my first visit to this dealership. Everyone was was very helpful and offered different options to what I needed. Waiting area was nice to work in while I was waiting.
I had to get an extra key and remote for an ‘02 Thunderbird. They had the parts I needed at a reasonable cost and Joe in the service department really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Great experience!

My truck was brought in to have all fluids changed, new shock absorbers, an oil change and tire rotation. In the process they determined the transmission was leaking and ball joints/control arms needed replacement. This very reasonable given the high mileage and mountain driving this truck has been subjected to.Joe Long and his mechanics were able to locate these problems and get all the work done in a couple days, including ordering parts. When I got it back it ran like brand new and I was very pleased.

They didn’t have the filter. You think they would have grabbed the parts need before they took the trans fluids out a two hour job ended up taking 5.5. The service advisor was polite through the ordeal
I got to my appointment and there was a walk in which they took first. They never checked filters like they were going to. Then when my vehicle was done, the guy working on it went on lunch and left the paperwork not completed. Say there for an extra 15 mins until we asked what the hold up was. So instead of finishing our paperwork so that we could leave, I guess lunch was more important. What’s the point of having an appointment if they take the walk in first and they also leave before me. Not happy this time at all.

You know when they say I will never take my car to the dealer for repairs well I always do. I want factory certified techs etc. etc. but this time around I was charged $300 more than superior ford quoted over the phone and still had to return my vehicle for leaking oil. Their tech proved that it was in fact something they did and made it right sending my in my way. Take your business to Earnhearts if you are having car trouble. They have integrity and communicate much more than the service advisor I got at ford.
Air bag recall on my vehicle needed to be fixed. Also the vehicle navigation system and phone sync and all that stuff was not working. They looking into it sto figure out what the issue was. A part was causing the upload not to work. They ordered the part and got it working for me. They kept me updated the entire time. They gave me a wonderful loaner vehicle that was so nice to drive. Customer service was superior. I highly recommend doing business with them. Very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my experience and I hate car problems. Lol.
Morries replaced a separator plate in my transmission. It was on a service bulletin from. Ford. My only complaint is they did not wash my truck before I picked it up. I would of given them a better rating for that perk.
Evan gathered all necessary information and took care of everything in scheduling my vehicle for new tires and an oil change on the day and time I requested. On the day of the appointment, everything was completed in even less time than I had planned, which was really appreciated. Jack and Will did a great job with my new tires, oil change and new wiper blades.
I had several fairly major repairs to my truck and the process drug on much longer than it should have due to back ordered parts, warranty approvals, etc. Shelia Andrews kept me updated throughout, helped line up loaner cars, and so much more. Making an otherwise 1 star experience 5 stars. If you have any work done I highly recommend trying to line things up with Shelia!

I needed a recalled airbag fixed on my car and the ford recall dept set it up for me, so I never had been to this dealership before. Everyone was very polite opening doors, double checking I had everything I needed from my car, got a nice loaner, and to top it off they did an overall check on my vehicle - fluids, battery, tires ect. Which I didnt expect at all but truly appreciated. Will definitely return in the future

Went in to replace a headlight bulb and Reset my door security code numbers. Time it took was ok. There was an $11 environmental fee added to the bill... Not sure what that could have been for. Throwing away the packaging to my headlight bulb? Hmmmmmm I hope that is not the case. I am inquiring...

Cost of the repair was high compared to other Ford dealers. I was charged about $214/hour.But they usually do very good work.The rear seat area in my truck looks like someone rummage thru it, though.It seems as if everything is fixed. We will see in 30 days or so.I would definitely recommend them for repair and of course a vehicle.
The service center is a smooth running business, our oil change was done quickly and efficiently.
Was in for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. Work was performed at a high level of quality. One issue I have is with the car wash at the end of service. Only half of the truck was washed.
Very satisfied with my experience here. They are very nice. They sent me a video of what they found wrong with my vehicle, which was pretty cool to see. They kept me updated daily on the progress and it was finished before they said it would be.
I was grateful that you are respecting the health of our community by wearing mask and keeping clean. I was shown the filters. I was shown the battery test and agreed to replace. I was surprised at the price point and that the positive cable was not replaced as part of battery replacement. Also, getting in my car noticed items from my glove compartment ( where the filter was replaced) were on the floor and rest of items stuffed in and on floor including sunglasses, roadside papers. Disappointed in that.
I have my 2016 Ford Explorer serviced at Buffalo Ford a few times for warranty work and recall work and the team there is great, especially the service manager Dave Anderson

We bought our used vehicle from Buffalo Ford 6 months ago because we are new to the area and thought we would support a local business. Unfortunately we already had to have major work on it, 2000.00 worth of work and that was for only part of the repairs recommended, the initial quote was 4,000.00. When we bought the vehicle we were offered to buy a extended service warranty but were told we couldnt pay cash, had to finance it so we didnt get it. 6 months later, lots of disappointment. The service advisor we were assigned to kept delaying our repairs stating Covid was delaying the parts delivery, they end up having our vehicle for 7 days. We wont be bringing it back to Buffalo Ford. Big disappointment from purchase to first service appointment. Would have loved to continue to support a local business, but we wont be back.
Brought the vehicle in on a Monday and was told the parts would be in Wednesday. Never heard anything back from them until I called the following Monday. They said the parts just came in. They called Tuesday afternoon to say the vehicle was ready. It would be nice if they could pick up a phone and let you know the parts were late and the status of the vehicle.
Service was a recall item. It went very well. Loaner car was provided.

Greeted immediately. Walked in with no appointment and was able to receive service immediately. Asked questions, which answered quickly. The wating area very tidy & comfortable. When service was complete, I was given a review of the services performed & an overview of future servicing needed such as tire tread, battery life, etc.
They get me in, get me out with no unnecessary b.s. Thats something I can really appreciate.
They were suppose to do a recall. The truck had just been gone over prior to coming to them and all was good. They called to let me know after starting and turning truck off twice, they said it didn’t work and of course offered that they could do diagnostic. I said no. I asked if they did recall and was told no. When my son got there to pick up truck on a trailer, it was miraculously fixed. I never received a call letting me know and I was suppose to. My son then had to take trailer home and get a ride to go pick truck up. After looking at paperwork, they had done the recall and never reprogrammed truck.

Went to pick up car, paid in full was ready to go and wouldnt start. Went inside and waited because my ride left and to find out that the same thing was wrong and waited again to hear it is now 7 times more than what I just paid.... No loner Car and now it will take 3 more days until the parts come in. Been buying cars and trucks for close to 30 years and the survice was better. Something is wrong.
The steering gearbox went out on our car with only 53,000 miles on it. I was not happy with the customer service rep that was assigned to our case, but the service department did a very good job of getting our car fixed. Most of the repairs were covered by warranty, thank goodness! However, I had to call several times to get status updates on the repair and to find out that my car was ready to be picked up. They did not have a loaner car available to us for the time that we were without our car. They picked up the car on Friday afternoon and I did not get it back until Tuesday afternoon, so that made it very difficult for us to go through the whole weekend without a vehicle.
Service staff are very efficient and friendly.
Usually my experience is good, not so much this time. I brought my truck in for a recall that was supposed to take 3-4 hours, but I didnt get it back until 3 days later.
Every time I bring one of our vehicles into Morries in Buffalo for work they do a great job, contact me before doing anything that I didnt ask for and keeps me up to date on how things are going.

Very smooth operation, in and out in less than half hour.
They charged me seventy something dollars just to look at my door panel. I was already in there for a recalled door latch. My regular mechanic wouldve looked at it for free and not charged me. All he did was open the door and look at it quick and told me to fix it would be another 600 and something dollars.
I had my tires rotated because they were due and the service writer noticed that I hadn’t had my oil changed for a while and suggested that it should usually be done when tires are rotated. So I had that done as well. Good catch on that because I usually wait til my oil life sensor shows 10%. Nice to have it all done at once.

My airbag light was flickering off and on and they easily found the problem. I asked them to check the brakes and they not only checked them, they sent me a video showing their check up and how they were good. They also checked my tires and showed my signs of wear. All the staff are so friendly and helpful - all the way from the person who first answers the phone to the person you pay when you take your vehicle home. They appear to pay attention to detail and are attentive to the customer. I always get nervous bringing in a vehicle for service because I am not real knowledgable about auto mechanics so I worry about being taken advantage of. The car I brought in was a 2002 Thunderbird so I wasnt sure how experienced the mechanics may have been with this model. But all my interactions with any employee made me feel confident they could be trusted. Also, I noticed how the employees interacted with each other and they truly seemed to enjoy their fellow workers. If a place has good morale, I think they will also do their best for the customer. A big shout out to Joe who was my go to person for my service!

Hey Morries BuffaloYou cant provide exceptional service when your service department cant even return phone call. Timely means never returning phone calls or picking up then you definitely are exceptional at that.Not even sure how this place is still operating. Service department DOES NOT PICK UP. Ive left multiple messages and no one has return any of my calls.Shame on me because I know better.. Anything with Morries in it provides piss poor service.

Yet again another poor experience from this dealership. I had a appointment at a specific time, brought it in well before the time of my appointment. That didnt seem to matter. Never received a call from my service advisor after my scheduled appointment. I understand the tech needs to look at the vehicle and correspond to the advisor. Well that never happened! They had it two days with no call or any updates. I called to speak to the advisor, he was with a a customer totally understandable. Well hours go by with no call so I called again no call back. He still didnt call me rather send me a video via text. At that point I was so frustrated I texted him I will be in to get my vehicle at 4. I also have a Chevrolet and never receive this poor customer service from the Chevrolet dealership across the street. I have a appointment they look at it within a reasonable time and get back to me. Morries you need to sharpen your pencil cause I will never be back!!

We had a very unusual electrical problem with the rear windows blowing the fuse. The service Tech found a short under the drivers seat. Working with our Service Manager and Service General Manager, they took care if the problem to a wonderful and unexpected way. That’s why we went into the showroom and completed the purchase of a new Explorer Limited. Confidence!
My tires were ordered and delivered within the promised time. The work was flawless and my vehicle was returned to me ahead of schedule.
