Sat and waited for 2 hours for a 15 min photo inspection while the woman took care of some other people and small talked with them. Then took a 20 minute break to talk to her friend. I left without the appointment getting done because I had to go to work. Was told itd be a 40 min wait and it ended being 2 hours. Who knows how much longer it wouldve been.

Clean and welcoming environment, about a 20 min wait, but worth the effort.

Quick and very nice customer service.

Had to get a photo inspection done to satisfy my insurance company. I got here, walked in, and they told me itd be about an hour and a half before they could get to me, as they were swamped with folks looking for photo inspections on that particular day. Almost exactly an hour and a half later, they did the inspection, uploaded the pictures, and got me on my way. Professional, pleasant people.

I forget how I found this place, but let me tell you, I will never go anywhere else for collision work! They are HONEST and fair. Very nice people who go out of their way to help with any problem, even giving you a ride home if its far too walk home after dropping your vehicle off! I have sent 2 other people to them, and received only praise for my recommendation to them, my friends also said the same thing about the service, pricing, and friendliness!! 😀

Honest place.

Had to go in for photo inspection for insurance. I was on break at work and in a hurry, and to top it off, it was about to rain. The lady came out and photographed my car right away before it started down pouring and the shop owner had the paperwork done in a jiffy!
