Working across the street I stopped in to see if I could get an inspection on my Corvette before a trip. They offered for me to leave it that day or bring it first thing next morning. Fast courteous service. Super friendly and really helped out by fitting me in. While I was waiting I saw the detail work they did on a 69 corvette and it looked awesome. If I ever need more than an inspection I will absolutely go here.

Called about my 2016 Chevy equinox, explained ii had a check engine light on, the gentleman told me to bring it in and he will take a throural look at it. They performed a full diagnostics and found out that i would be better just trading in my car. I took there advise and got brand new car with less millage and no engine problems. I guess I can say they are good at the advice and the help they give. Thanks Guys

The customer service and quality of work were both amazing! Everyone was very friendly, even when I changed my appointment multiple times. I had the full interior and exterior detailing and my car looks brand-new! There was mud and scuff marks on my leather seats, doors, and backs of the seats, from my boys playing sports. The floor mats were stained from the winter salt. I was amazed at how all of that was completely gone when I picked up my car! The leather looks shiny and new, and they even shampooed the boy’s booster seats, which was an unexpected surprise! I’ll definitely be back again after the next sports season and/or winter!

Usually get my car detailed at delta sonic but I havent been happy with the results lately. I saw Bison Automotive was having a spring special for half off on detailing so I decided to give them a try. They did a fantastic job. Im really happy with the results, and for half what I would have paid regularly it was a great value too!

Excellent shop! This is the second time a dealer’s shop -who shall remain nameless-over diagnosed with the concomitant overcharge for a service Bison took care of at a lower cost. Issues my wife had with her Prius that the dealer could not solve-in this case a dying battery- were quickly diagnosed by Bison. From now on this is going to be my go to mechanic.

I came to Bison Automotive on recommendation of my girlfriend, and am very happy I brought my Subaru Outback here! For many years I had been using the services of the dealership from which I bought the car, but wanted to find someplace closer after moving. I brought my car in for an oil change, but its a 2010, so wear and tear is always an issue, and Bob and his team identified several areas of concern. They provided me with photos and gave me a great breakdown of what the more urgent issues were and what could wait. I had the immediate concerns taken care of that day and came back a week later to take care of the rest. I felt that the cost was very reasonable and feel lucky to have found someone I can trust with my car.

Got detailing done by Bison Automotive and they did a nice job. As my passenger seat dried I noticed some marks where it was pretty bad before I brought it in. The owner happened to contact me and ask how things went and when I told him about the marks he said to just stop in and theyll hit that part again. Stopped in for 5 minutes and they got the rest out. Class acts at Bison Automotive.

Even without appointment they get you in and out same day most of the times. I almost always drop my car off though, not sure how quick they can really turn the car around. They do a fantastic inspection when you take it in for repairs. They send an email with pictures so you can really tell what the problems are without having to go back to the shop. Theyre prices are quite reasonable.I give 4 stars because I have brought my car on multiple times because it shakes on the highway. After spending hundreds of dollars the problem is not 100% gone. That might not be from them, but when they say its fixed and you find out its not, it doesnt leave the best feeling. I still go there for all my car work.

These folks are GREAT! Will do exactly what needs to be done, and not try to sell you on what you don’t need. We also had them detail the interior of our car. A very fair price and it looks LIKE NEW. I’m so happy!

I needed a NY State inspection and everyone I called said they were too busy - but Bison had me come by later that day! The owner was SUPER nice and had me in and out and done so quick I almost could not believe it!! Highly recommend their friendly service with a smile.

I wanted to give only 4 with good intention. I went there in the morning and I think only finished the car by late afternoon, it was all wet (81F outside). Rather than they hang the parts out to sun, put into the car all wet.. Seatbelts and surroundings were not properly cleaned. Otherwise they did good job. When I opened the hood I was surprised how well they cleaned the engine and part which leaves me 5* them. Thanks again for the good service. /Ill take care of the seat belt area.

I admit that my Experience wasn’t the greatest; Although my Car definitely feel different about it. I left my Car to be Detailed and Buffed Out after discussing with the Son exactly what I wanted done. I was given a quote of $250 and it would take about 4-5 hours.Between those 4-5 hours, it was decided that the Inside of my Car should also be Detailed and that I should be the one that would pay for it. Therefore my Car had to spend the night, not considering the inconvenience of that and I was charged $380 instead of $250. I felt that was Totally Unfair with the Real Struggle that Everyone is going through right now, even if they do feel that they could spend $250 out of their Household Budget for some kind of Piece of Mind.Again, the Car Did Look Beautiful. Went for just an oil change on July 2020. When I made the appointment online I told Bison Automotive that getting to the oil filter would be more difficult than most other vehicles. They knew this ahead of time. So when I dropped my car off on time they told me I had to bring it back a second time just to get to oil filter. For such a professional auto repair shop it should not take two visits just to do an oil change and an oil filter change. Plus they charge me over $130 for an oil change. Outrageous. Even for synthetic oil it should not cost over $130 for an oil change. Thank God I have other resources I can go to next time thanks to my new work schedule where I can get the same service in one day for abou half the price. Sorry Bison Automotive not worth the hassle to take two days to do an oil change for over $130. Not again. Why people like spending that outrageous amount of money is beyond me. I cannot afford to do this.

Ive been hesitant to write this review for a few days. I went in to get the tints on my windows removed and, to be completely fair, they were efficient and friendly and the pricing is totally fair. No issues there.I do think that potential customers should be aware that no one who works here wears a mask. There were probably 5-7 employees working at the time. I suppose what they choose to do while they actually work on the cars is up to them, but I found it somewhat strange that they would come into the small waiting area to talk to customers without any type of face covering. A good portion of the customers werent wearing masks either. Due to covid restrictions I couldnt wait in the starbucks across the street and it was raining pretty heavily so I couldnt wait outside.I understand businesses are struggling right now and I dont enjoy writing any type of negative review. But since no other reviews mention this I feel its only fair that people, especially those who are immunocompromised, are aware of what they might be walking into. Like I said, besides this issue everything else was great.

The service is fine and fast. I was able to find the part I needed cheaper than what they quoted me, which they said I wouldn’t be able to do. So I felt like I was being overcharged due to lack of communication. But I felt the service in general was pretty good and local.

Had an estimate done at this shop several weeks earlier for another problem and all went well so I trusted to return for more work- even wrote Bob Gugino a great review. Went Thursday (1/7/21)to get my heat repaired, Bob said everything would be done that day. He called and said vehicle fixed. Charged me 600 dollars!!! I pick up my vehicle and heat was blasting and couldnt shut off nor adjust. So I take vehicle back and was told the part they installed was defective (part should have been tested before installation) .Bob tells me its not his fault and he will call me Friday by 2p.m. to install new part. 2p.m. comes and goes and no call from Bob. Now its Saturday and vehicle still not fixed. I thought this was an honest shop, boy was I wrong. Now I just want my money back. Asked Bob for my money back on Sat and he flew into a rage and told me to get out! I wasnt about to let him rob me so I had to call the cops - then he agreed to fix the vehicle but not to return my money. Took about 10 minutes - even though he charged me a couple hours of labor. And when I got my vehicle back the dash panel was broken by his shop (when I told him all he said was have a nice day - sarcastically). Worst automotive business I have ever been to in my life. I would not recommend Bison Automotive to anyone after what I experienced. I got roped in by his t.v. commercials, big mistake on my part. I would also recommend DONT hand over one nickel until first checking your vehicle to make sure repairs were actually done properly. Thats my review.

Bob and his team do a great job. I had a truck detailed with some pretty decent scratches. It looked 5x better after they worked on it and made a big difference in the resale value. The mechanical work they did for me was a fair price and the mechanic Charlie called me multiple times to fill me in on the progress. They are very fair and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend trying Bison out for your automotive needs!

Truly excellent garage. I was in a bind when my car unexpectedly stalled and wouldnt start. Even over the phone the staff was super helpful. Even the driver of the tow-truck that came to pick me up and bring me to the garage knew about Bison and assured me that my car was in good hands. Cant say Ive found any reason to disagree, either, they made a disaster very easy to deal with.

Had my vehicle towed to Bison Automotive when the tow truck driver picked up my vehicle it was starting and driving ..today I called to inquire about the vehicle and they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it so when the tow truck driver picked up the vehicle from Bison it wouldnt start at all no lights no nothing ..I called Bison upon receiving my vehicle to ask why doesnt my car stat and the.guy who answered the phone was very irate telling me basically Im lying..I thought I could trust this place but they screws me just like the other mechanics do! I wont be recommending this place to people of color! I felt like I was disrespted as a customer! Thumbs down to this place

Always very friendly and professional. I always have my car detailed there since they do a fantastic job. I took it in for a special deal detail. I discussed having some botched scratch repairs (mine) fixed as well as other fresh scratches and a small rust area. Its an older car, but its important to me that the car looks good. We decided on a detailing with buffing (more expensive) but totally worth it. The car looked and smelled brand new. There were no scratches visible anymore. I could not have been happier. Bob promised a gorgeous looking car and he delivered. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Sweet looking ride!

I found Bison Automotive to be very inviting. It was well maintained, the staff were very courteous. When their was an issue with my vehicle, I was taken back as my car was on the lift so they could explain and show me what exactly was wrong with my vehicle . It was nice to be spoken to in a manner in which it was easy to understand, as I know very little in regards to vehicle maintenance and wear and tear. Recently went on a weekend trip to Buffalo to visit family and had some unexpected car trouble. Called on a whim, frantically hoping I’d be able to get it assessed/fixed to make it home to Vermont the next day. Bought tires from here. The owner went over pricing, showed me his pricing on the screen and told me their flat fee for tire which included installation at $25 a piece. I thought that it was fair.I went back a few weeks later because my one tire was leaking air. He let me know it was a problem with the valve stem and that it was $170(!) to replace. I understood and agreed. The next day I stopped in and they had the part shipped. They did some work on it and greeted me with good news.. they said 90% of the time the valve stems break but this time they were able to keep it intact and clean it up.Total charge was $27 and my leak is fixed. Not often a mechanic quotes a price then comes back at 1/7 the price. Great experience... I enjoyed the coffee and wifi while I briefly waited as well.

Charlie fit me in and took car of my vehicle like it was his own! They went above and beyond detailing my car and doing some odds and ends up keep. They pointed out things to address but were not pushy about it, rather offered their services. Charlie was easy to talk to and carried out a conversation without feeling like I was being pushed into somthing or out the door. They are compassionate people here! Family owned place. They serviced my Mercedes Benz C Class 300. I needed a battery and several light bulbs replaced. They also check my tire pressure n filled tires. As my sensors were on. They reset everything in the vehicle...which with foreign cars this takes extra know how! No complaints. They have late hours til 6p and I was treated with nothing but respect!!!

I needed to get my car’s battery replaced, so a technician from Bison came to my workplace to test the battery. Then he sent me to Bison to get a new battery. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and friendly. My battery was replaced and I was on my way within half an hour. It was a very positive experience. I could not recommend Bison highly enough.

The mechanics took their time to show me exactly where the issues were on my vehicle, told me what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate and left it up to me to make the decision on having the repair done at a later date (alignment issue). These issues were already known to me and were not a surprise. I loved the fact that they did not try to BS me around and tell me I needed this or that. What surprised me is that they actually took the car for a test drive first. I dont know how many mechanics I have seen in the past that have just pulled my car directly into the shop and started to work on it without even testing it first.While I was waiting to talk to the gentleman about my vehicle, I observed him giving another customer a break on her bill, without charge, as there was nothing wrong with her vehicle except a lose gas cap. I have been to other shops that would have taken advantage of the situation.I will be happy to return to their shop when I need future work I can not complete myself.Customer service was an A+. I highly recommend them. For once someone wasnt trying to take me for whatever they could get out of it.Keep up the great work guys.
