Chris and his team did an excellent job fixing up my 2001 civic. It’s a old car with 310k miles on it. Chris and his team replaced all the belts / seals/ and spark plugs and it runs like new again. Id give them ten stars if I could. We waited too late to get our car inspected and Chris was jammed up with repairs. He took 15 minutes out of his busy day to call around to repair shops that he trusted to find a place for us to get inspected. Next time I bake cookies, Im baking an extra batch for him and his guys.

ZERO Stars. I took my car to Chris many years ago. The mechanics at BC auto did a horrible job on installing my engine in my car. After driving my car with a 3000 dollar engine I could tell there were issues. I took it to a very large notable transmission shop they told me whoever installed the engine never adjusted the transmission. Not long after that my tranmission failed. Right after I had the engine put in I took my car to BC one last time before I knew all of that for a simple repair. I received a 60 inch key in my classic cars hood. That was the last time I ever subjected my car to this auto shop.

Am currently a Senior a University at Buffalo, but I live in Bronx New York and I was looking for a shop to fix my Honda accord 03 Knock Sensor,and Chris definately treated me right. I Schedule an appointment for Wednesdays morning drop my car and by Friday my car was ready. On Thursday I talked to Chris and he realized that actual job of the knock sensor took longer than what he told me initially, but he still charge me the intial amount which was $94 compare to $400 pep boys and others shops usually charge. I picked it up Saturday and something was wrong with my battery positive terminal and he change them free of charge. Awesome service more than happy with the results.

Chris at BC Automotive quoted me $250 less than my dealership for seized calipers and a cracked serpentine belt. After he looked it over he actually charged me over $500 less than my dealership quoted as he determine the calipers were actually salvageable. Really trustworthy shop. Im switching for life after going to my dealership for 9 years.

I took my 04 Acura TSX in for a starter issue and BC Auto did an excellent job fixing the problem. I researched the issue before hand and even found a DIY starter fix, just did not have the tools or garage to it done. BC auto was spot on with their labor charge and parts charges.
