I was outside this shop having difficulty trying to put air on my tires. I was approached by one of the workers. He kindly and friendly offered his help. He went behold to help me by fixing resetting the senses tire light the was not working right. I would recommend this place because they care. Thanks! Blessings!

PLEASE READ FIRST... I usually dont write reviews, but bare minimum CONFIRM THEY ACTUALLY HAVE YOUR TIRE SIZE IN STOCK!!! I was locked in and had set an appointment for a $399.00 plus tax, full 4-tire replacement, but was told within two hours of dropping my vehicle off that they apparently did not have my selected tire size in stock, and that the next cheapest option was near twice the cost ($140.00 per tire as opposed to my originally quoted $79.00 per tire). Instead of owning up to this inventory error immediately upon calling me, they tried to squeeze me for a couple hundred bucks. The sales Associate I spoke to said he would have to talk to his manager before he could assist me on any kind of price adjustment... however, I got the impression that they hoped I would just roll over and accept this extra charge. While waiting for a callback I got a quote from a different, local tire shop, and was able to save approximately $100.00+ on the entire job (turns out whatever price Mavis quotes you on the phone does not include a TPMS check and a Tire recycling fee, approximately an additional $50.00... go figure). When I originally set up the appointment the person I talked to said he’d make me a Mavis customer for life, this unfortunately was not the case... This was essentially a BAIT AND SWITCH, so be careful.Sidenote: (I recommend Fox Tire on William St. if you want a decent price and experience)

This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any tire shop. They had me in and out quickly to fix my tire. Super friendly and helpful staff. I can’t recommend them enough tbh

I needed the inspection done on my car before the month was up and I gave them a call. The employee on the phone was very professional and gave me a heads up that they were very busy but told me he could squeeze me into the schedule. Told me to come in and 7:00PM and I showed up on time. The employee at the counter welcomed me in nicely and asked what service I needed done. I told him I needed an inspection and he told me it wasnt a problem but there would be about a 1 hour wait. I gave them my keys and stepped outside for a phone call. Sure enough it was 8:00PM on the dot and my car was done. 10/10 For service. Will definitely come back in the future. All the staff was professional and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their care.

I called Mavis on early Friday afternoon to get inspection and oil change that day. Paul told me they were booked. Told me hed squeeze me in if I dropped it off. My vehicle was ready within hour and a half. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating.When I first met him, I knew he was going to do an excellent job. Highly recommend this place. I referred my brother to him. He has appointment tomorrow with them.

I had an issue with my vehicles splash shield. I called Mavis in the hopes they could fix it quickly without me having to have my car towed. Jeff at Mavis ran over to where I was parked in the Marshalls Plaza and helped me out. Paul provided excellent customer service and took the time to find out what was really going on with my car. I complained of noise and shaking at high speeds and he verified this by driving with me in the car. He also provided a a regular customer discount. I got the car back and the car no longer made any sounds or shook.

I brought my 2004 Buick LeSabre in for an alignment.They told me two front tires and two front tie rods.The car still pulls to the right and I hear noise in the front end as if something was not put together correctly.I am taking it back so they can fit itMaybe I will change my start rating if they get it right and try not to tell me I need other work done.In all over $1800 I should need nothing else.Update:Returned the vehicle so they can do my alignment properly, this is after they other work. I was treated with unprofessionalism and attitude by the slim curly-haired manager. He claimed to have a sort of the issue after giving me tons of attitude as if I did not have the right to write an unflattering review based on the truth. Needless to say my issue was not sorted. I contacted customer service and they said that they will have the regional manager Corey contact me. All in all I would not take my vehicle to this particular Mavis..

First and foremost let’s just talk about the service here at Mavis Tire, EXCEPTIONAL! The mechanics are great and the service was quick and fast. Secondly, Justin?! Yea he’s the best! He made sure all guests were comfortable and provided a quick and efficient check in with updates on the fixtures of your vehicle. Not to mention everyone wore masks and made sure guests felt safe while waiting. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I had a flat tire and needed to get it fixed fast. Justin squeezed me into the schedule with ease. He inspected the flat tire, diagnosed the leak and immediately patched the tire and put it back on the car. Justin was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back to this location if I have any car troubles again. I truly appreciate the work they did today.

I’ve had a number of trips to this Mavis. All my experiences have been positive. The staff is helpful and I feel are looking out for my best interest. My last serviceman Nick was particularly helpful. When my wife drove over a nail, she called ahead and Nick took us right away. In and out in less than 10min!

Got brakes and wheels replaced here.Good overall service for the price paid.The one thing they could improve on is; when I replaced the tires they jammed the tires back in my boot without plastic, making the roof fabric dirty.They could be more careful next time.They seemed hurried to get the job done, but without being detail oriented.

Went here with a specialty tire (165 65 r14) off my can-am spyder just needed it mounted and balanced. 3 other shops either turned me away or gave me wait time of over 4 hours. Called here and they said of course they could do it! In and out in 10 minutes. Only place I go when I need tires on anything I own, hands down best shop and customer service!

Highly recommend this location! I confused my reservation time for an oil change, and still was taken care of with no stress. Justin was so kind and gave me an estimate wait time of an hour because they were quite busy...and for not having an appointment I thought that was more than fair. My car was ready much sooner than I anticipated and overall the staff there is so friendly. I’ve been here once before to get a tire patched and had a wonderful experience, so today validated that I will continue to come back for all my car repairs!

I had a great experience here today I felt inclined to leave a raving review which I never do. I have had an ongoing issue with a tire shop chain up the street which will remain un-named where my tire was damaged and I refused to bring it back to the other shop. I called Mavis Discount tire and spoke with Justin, he was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He advised me that I could bring in my vehicle right away but it may take up to an hour to and hour in a half for it to be fixed. HOWEVER, when I got there I was immediately greeted and my issue was addressed as soon as I walked in. It was a semi-small issue that was caused by another shop that they fixed in less than a half hour. Another customer even came in while I was waiting and went up to the desk and was surprised how promptly their labor was done. Justin managed to wait on me and three other people who walked in and managed to get me out of there within a half hour. My 7 year old son also wanted to be his new best friend, very personable and willing to assist. Definitely will be returning in the future, and have recommended them to my parents, who are reluctant to patronize them as well. It is difficult to find auto shops and mechanics that are reputable, and this was none other than a pleasant surprise. Not only did I mention I was referred to them from a friend that they assisted months ago. Thank you Justin and crew for your wonderful service!

I have been going to this Mavis Tire for just over 2 years now. They have always been helpful, accommodating, friendly, and informative. I feel safe and comfortable taking my car there for everything Ive needed from oil changes, to flat tires, and a new alternator. Today, I needed an oil change and Justin was so helpful with scheduling a time for me to get my car in last minute. The oil change didnt take long and I felt reassured with any other questions I had about my car. Thank you Justin!

Update: Switched my snow and winter tires and they didn’t put all the hubcaps in the trunk with my summer tires. Now I’m short a hubcap, in part I didn’t unload my car and notice for 2 weeks that I left with three. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.Original: Patched my tire!Waiting room is chilly but we were also asked if we wanted it warmer. The TV is great because you can turn it off to stop the noise, some places lock the TV up to play ads, which I abhor.
