Its 9:56am, Wednesday. Store hours are M-S 8-9 and Sundays 9-8. Well the store is closed? Lights are on, phone is working but closed. Alot of customers are outside waiting. Did you guys run out of employees?

There was a very long line and they had one cashier. Then another cashier came and the other one closed. Luckily she was quick but still bit of a line.

This location is interesting as its right in the middle of a tourist area. The few times Ive ran in, the employees have been friendly, and things were relatively organized. Its a fairly large location, so there is a lot of potential for the store, but I find they do not get in as much variety of products as many other surrounding stores. I wouldnt go out of my way to go to another store if I needed to run in for anything, but I know now to expect to find too many gems here.

Dollar Tree is located in a safe, beautiful, well-maintained shopping center next to Kohls. Good place to go when you want a bag of cookies, party balloons or literally thousands of other household items. I see reviews that its a little messy. So what? I dont judge a dollar store by the same standards as a Macys or Kohls. Its a fun place to shop. I highly recommend it.

This is one of the location that is usually stocked up pretty good. Service is pretty good too. Theres a PetSmart,Ulta, Michaels and Five Below and an Aldi grocery store in same center.

Always messy compare to other dollar tree stores, customer service not very helpful. if you are buying glassware. Better bring your own paper to wrap or a box, they just throw it on a bag and good luck!!

I just needed 2 items from The Dollar Tree...and because they have so many great things...l ended up with 10 items & only spent a little over $10.00!! Will do more shopping there for sure!!

Thank goodness, they are paying attention to the check-out process! All I wanted was two Birthday Cards, n the check out line long! No sooner did I got in line they opened another line! The three customers before me (bless them) let me go first to the NEW checker!Who says; kindness is dead??? The birthday kid; almost DID NOT get a card! 😃😁

Male Employee or Manager was really nice and helpful.

Came in to buy some batteries. Ended up getting a few other things too. Lots of stuff for home, school and personal items.

Worst customer service. No employees in sight. When you finally hunt them down they are upset and make no effort to help you. Waited in line 10 minutes before I had to run around the store looking for someone to check me out, along with 7 others now in line. No help went and opened another register, no consideration for all my items already on the belt. Unbelievable, I just walked out. This location and its terrible employees should be ashamed.

The door hours say opens at 8 am and its now 9:20 and its still closed.

Customer service was NOT GOOD. Only one cashier and one manager. Cashier was attending one customer for Bday balloon. Waiting for more than 5 minutes and ( we are the next in line) next to us was more than 10 people in line also. Cashier name tag start G....... Sales Associate:Ana. Store#3262 .8321 La Palma Ave. Buena Park CA 90620-3207 The Manager should help the customer for the baloon, CASHIER should always, STAY ALWAYS, at the PAYMENT COUNTER. THEY MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

I have shopped in this store only 1 time. Oh it was not a happy day. I cant speak for the staff as I did not have interaction other than to pay and leave. BUT.......the store, when I visited, which was NOT during a holiday and sadly it was unbelievably messy. When I make that description please understand there were items that had fallen on floor and left, bins were full of mixed items not related, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming or bright. Its almost difficult to pin point just one thing. Ive been in numerous Dollar Trees in Orange County, LA County, Riverside & San Bernardino counties. Most were well organized and clean. There were a few in need of freshing up, but I dont live there, Im in OC. I would highly recommend the store add some shelves in front with BRIGHTLY covered items. The store it self seemed darker than usual so maybe if when walking it the visual would catch a customers eye. Maybe Im just wierd, Lord knows I can be, but when I shop I tend to fall into a more normal personna. OK Dollar Tree, show us what you can do to brighten up, lighten up and freshen up the first impression. Just like buying a home, first impressions are eveything. Do we want to stay a while and spend our money or go to another store? Make us want to return. Sadly I had to deduct 2 stars. 1 for not organized and 1 for lacking visual impact.

I think its funny how some Dollar Trees have certain things and other ones have these at that one doesnt have but Merry Go to Dollar Tree and get something you need they dont have that for some reason I statement is not always true

This store was extremely messy! There was product on the floor of the aisles, products were broken on shelves and I only saw one employee the entire time I was there. When the man helped me at the register he took off his mask and checked his phone. When I finished paying I walked out and realized he didnt put my receipt in the bag. I went back in store and he told me he couldnt print my receipt for me because he had already selected the No Receipt button. Terrible experience.

The cashier was wearing her mask under her nose. This is the second dollar tree store where employees dont want to follow mask guidelines. I will not go to dollar tree anymore. So poor management.

Store is a mess. Items on the floor. Carts blocking. Lots of trip hazards. Employees were blocking iles too.

Always friendly service and plenty of parking, conveniently located next to Kohls, Michaels and Petsmart.

Just came in to see if they had any wire wreaths and mesh ribbon. The employee I approached was at a closed checkout reading an ad. She immediately said they didnt have anyt and I told her the website said they have them. She wanted to see a picture. Not unreasonable but said it with a bit of an attitude. I asked her her name and she wouldnt give it. I was walking away and she asked someone at the other checkstand named mom. I have to say all the aisles in the store were a mess the floor is filthy too. Bye

As soon as I walk in Im greeted. The workers answered my questions as best as they could and I appreciate that. You can find so many brand name items for just $1.00?! I can find what I need here most of the time. Sometimes they run low on product.. if you ask if theres more of a specific item in the back room they wont check because it is difficult for them to move alllll the boxes around just so you can have your one item. I understand that and i dont mind coming back another day to check if they have it. Sometimes they are short staffed but hey what else can you expect from a greedy and cheap company! The lines can get a bit long but if you ask the cashier NICELY to ask for backup theyll do so. Ill continue coming to this dollar tree !

Horrible dollar tree. If youve rated this five stars youve probably never been to another dollar tree. This place is a mess and employees are lazy, this location needs some serious help. Just go the 99c store instead, this location stinks.

Like the cashiers are great. The store needs bright paint though it looks dingy. More people would come if moderized.

Great prices on a wide variety of products. The checkout line is long, and it seems they are particularly slow at calling for another checker. We have waited in many long SLOW lines there.

Horrible experience. I will be contacting customer service to make a complaint of the employee Brenda. Empty shelves and no drinks in the fridge when it was clearly working but had a sign out of order?! They were to lazy to restock it. This dollar tree will be losing a lot of money with those lazy employees since it’s so close to Knott’s!!! Don’t recommend coming here!

I love looking for deals.. but sometimes this place is a mess and they never have more than 2 people working the register.

Employees are very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed in the selection here. Very unorganized and crowded.There is merchandise just laying on the floor all the time waiting to be stocked. The lines r always very long as they r either on break, in the office, stocking or just not staffed well.

It was 8pm when we started shopping at this store and we asked to see if my 7 year old could use the restroom and the manager Christine told us we couldnt use it because she just had cleaned it. Like really the store closes at 9pm.
