I needed to upgrade my phone. I’ve seen the new iPhone everywhere and have been putting off upgrade for years. I showed up tonight to get the upgrade because I will be traveling and need my phone to be reliable. Yes…I showed up a few minutes before close but that shouldn’t matter if you truly care about the people spending way too much money every month to be connected to your service. I was told they didn’t have any new phones and all they have is the phone I already have. So first…if this is true take your advertising off the windows. But if isn’t…..at least be honest and tell me you didn’t want to go through all of that so close to closing time. I’ve been with Sprint for years but I’m seriously considering leaving. So very frustrated

I can not believe t mobile is in this county. Knowingly selling service without the adequate service towers. This is corrupt and no wonder ya all gonna be bankrupt with a stigma. Get out of our county crooks!! The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Run ppl run. Negative Ten Star Rating from me. Makes me sick I had to place a one star just to warn the good hard working ppl to get away from bucyrus if your sold on buying t mobile.

We finally found a local Sprint store that has friendly associates that actually know what theyre talking about. In the past we went to Marion and I do not like the associates at that store. We heard Bucyrus had a Sprint store, which we had no idea. Theyre not in the best location, but store is super clean and organized and associates help you. Highly recommend if youre a Sprint customer! Dallas was the one that helped us and he was awesome.

Service was outstanding!

This place is a joke. Constantly changing employees and each one tells you different. Left Verizon for sprint and it was a huge mistake. It has been nothing but a headache since. Very miss leasing on prices and charges. I ended up pay more than before. They also claim to pay off your contract, which is a joke. They will pay a portion. Youre final bill from Verizon is 1100 they might pay 200. Terrible place.

The representative needs a stool or a chair. They are extremely helpful and pleasant at the Bucyrus Ohio store.

They got me into a new phone and switched everything. Some of these reviews are a tad harsh. Ive worked in this field before, and its rough. At the end of the day they are just folks trying to make a living, give em a break :)

Just had a screen protector put on by the employees. Terrible job. Bubbles everywhere under the protector. I am ordering a new one and taking it elsewhere.
