I was given a phone during a promotion over a year ago and have been very happy with it and the friendly folks that work there. 👌A comment stated the store was closed. I can assure you it is open.Stopped again today and found Desiree working there. She is very knowledgeable about the products sold here. She takes the time to help you understand your phone. What a pleasure she is. ☺

Checked the website and said they were open until 7pm but sign on door said they closed at 5pm on sat and sun. So i go Sunday and get there at 4:45 pm and they were already closed with no sign of anyone around.

Olivia is rude and very unprofessional had the door shut and locked for 2 hours and then got mad because I called another store in Mansfield to ask who the manager was and then proceeded to cuss at me when i finally did get into the store so i walked out and called back the nice lady from the store in Mansfield and she will have the manager call me! I wish i could give it 0 stars but that is not an option!

Horrible service.. with the company for over a year and because we had to have a phone replaced we lost our upgrade status.. Do not use this company... service is in and out constantly in the area.. horrible network does not stream music properly like advertised... I have tried now for 3 months after my last post and still nothing fixed sent me to Samsung support and they said it was in boosts end... reset multiple time now and still the same effect... there service sucks in BUCYRUS DO MOT BUY THEIR SERVICE DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED.. FALSE ADVERTISING.... CONTACTED A LAWYER ABOUT THIS ANYONE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE SHOULD DO THE SAME...

Only giving 1 star because 0 was not and option! Salesman / manager was very rude . Service in wooster sucks for boost mobile. Research and youll see even their 4G network downloads at a fraction of the speed as everyone else!!! Dont get sucked in to a lie. Research before going here!!

Boost mobile is okay but this 3rd party company store is crap they have the worst customer service who clearly have no idea what they are doing. He tried to tape in my SIM card because he broke it and wouldnt replace it!
