So I had a kid hit my TV and it put a hole in it the screen thats freaking out crying my eyes out and called Showplace and Lori told me to just breathe I got you taken care of and theyre sending me a replacement TV Monday and by the grace of her heart shes a TV until then their true angels and well work with you no matter what thank you Lori and thank you Showplace

I live in tiffin. So.. I tried the tiffin store and had a bad experience. So i tried the bucyrus store and the sales manager Lorie was great!!

The assistant manager is rude and makes up her own rules as she goes. I only like to deal with Stephanie, but this women butts in and says how things go.. They will also harass you if you know someone and they arent paying their stuff..

The staff was very friendly and were able to answer any questions you may have. They also have good prices, but would be nice to have some kind of home furnishings deal when you buy for more than 1 room!
