Replaced a battery at Tom Light on my Silverado 2500 on 06-19-2019 with a 42 months warranty...battery was draining down the other battery...got another new 42 months warranted battery absolutely free. Great customer service, very clean facility, and sells a great product.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! BUYER BEWAREIf your looking for good customer service do not come here buy your car or truck someplace that actually values their clients. This was the absolute worse customer service I have ever received from a local dealership. When I was in the market a few years ago I decided to give my business to tom light boy was I wrong. I leased a cruise and when I returned it due to the lease being up the manager was rude borderline hostile and accusatory. The guy claimed my car had hail damage but if that were the case my entire car would have been damage not just the three dinks on the hood which he said was weird and later admitted might have been from a rock. Save yourself the headache and just buy from another local dealership. I genuinely wanted to buy another car but after receiving that customer service I told the guy no when he asked if I was looking to get into a new vehicle. Im taking my business to Douglas Nissan where Ive always been and where I will always be a customer for life. They truly are home of the Good guys.

SMH service is horrible. The service department diagnoses the vehicle for one thing and tells you theyll put the car back together whenever they find all the parts they took off..... and then when you agree to have it fixed just to save the trouble to have another mechanic have to check it all over again, the bill shoots up for something else. My experience with the employees: MIKE & HILLARY constantly contradict themselves over the phone and then refuse to be accountable for things they just said blaming the customer as misunderstanding or hearing incorrectly. They tell one customer one thing and other customers another. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Wish i would have taken to the mechanic up the street at least he would APPRECIATE the business. THUMBS DOWN.... BOOOO

Very unhappy with service,took my tahoe in for a broken latch on center console two months ago and they didnt have time to fix it so took it back this week and they didnt have the part so now I have to take it back a 3rd time...very poor service
Ive had a couple long wait times on routine issues, but honestly they always tried to get it right for me, and, for all I can tell, are decent and honest people. Thats far more than you can say for a lot of dealerships.
