Great service and fast! My insurance coverage took care of the bill, but I think it cost around $60. They also changed my windshields! The crack on my windshields was deep and dangerously spreading radially. They took care of it and now its almost no visible.

These guys are great. Accidentally rolled over on my phone and missed the call for appointment. I called them back and was able to still get my windshield replaced dame day. Guy was quick, but thorough, in replacing the glass. Since Ive been without a windshield for a little over a month waiting for legal wrangling to be done, I am ecstatic to have my truck back! On a 0/5 scale, they score a 10!!!

I have the glass zero $ deductible for windshield replacements and it went very smoothly. I had to drive 2 hours from home to get to the building due to living in a rural area so I did not experience the option for them to come to you. The staff was friendly and helpful. It only took about 1.5 hours to replace the windshield with my appointment on schedule. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience!

You are only able to schedule an appointment online. Nobody to talk to set up an appointment over the phone.*the receptionist who did answer the phone directed me to the online option without assisting me in the questions I had. I went with a local company who quoted me less and I was able to speak with someone immediately.

Good Food, quick and fast service. I personally recommend their 10oz Top Sirloin and Grllled Shrimp. I have had this twice and the steak was extremely tender and the shrimp was very tasty as well.

The service was amazing! This is my first time using Safelite and I must say that Im definitely using them again for my next repair. The time slot availability was perfect for my schedule and it was ready only 4hrs later!!! On top of that the staff was super friendly and verry helpful. I even checked everything when I got my car back, and everything including my seat position was put back to where I had it when I dropped it off. If I could give higher then a 5 star, I definitely would🙂🙂🙂🙂

I tried to use this company. I paid for the service to come and do the install at the house. Right as the installation timeframe began, they called me asking if I could take the vehicle to a different location. Not sure why I was paying the extra money if I still had to take the vehicle elsewhere.

Love how they work with Insurance and I can create appointment from site, all is ready when I arrive.

This shop is professional, friendly and fast. Nice install with a great finished product. Car seemed cleaner then when I brought it in. The crystal clear glass was the only evidence that any work had been done.Cant recommend this shop enough for glass replacement. After this experience, Ill be back soon to have work done on another vehicle.

Customer service is horrible appointment was for 8am-12pm it’s literally 2:32pm and he has yet to arrive store manager Is very rude and not willing to help so I guess I sit here and just wait this is horrible

I had the windshield on my Camry replaced yesterday. The technician left tons of tiny shards of glass all over the floorboards of my car. I discovered this today as I was driving and a long splinter-like shard stabbed me in the foot. I felt it, looked down and my foot was bleeding. When I stoped the car I was shocked to find glass shards all over the floorboard. I have tried contacting Safelite directly by phone, their website, and Facebook. In all instances I’ve been met with an automated message giving me the only option of scheduling a warranty appointment. I can not get a live person to answer. Which I find ridiculous since I had no problem getting a live person to answer the phone to schedule the service.I do not recommend this company. Customer service is a top priority, and I do not feel valued by Safelite.

No way to call and talk to a real person,

Usually I get great service at this Safelite center, however, I needed to speak with a human, and no one will take the call. I was trying to schedule an appointment for a repair, but the website wasnt working right. Tried calling the 888 number, but the automated system just boots you out saying they cant take the call. So I called the local number...same exact thing happened. Mine is NOT an emergency, but what if it HAD been? There is no way to get hold of them at all!!! Most unprofessional for this large of a company!!

They were on top of it! They kept in great contact with me leading up to my appointment. I also could follow them on the map when they told me they were on the way so I could be ready when they arrived. Fixed a chip in less than 30 mins and were really polite. Definitely will use again

We have an appointment at 09:00am, the receptionist told me that the repair is going to take only 45 minutes, they took almost 4 hours just for a little 1/4” repair of my windshield.

Really impressed with the windshield replacement process associated with this location. While I opted to have replacement done at the store rather than a location of my choosing, work began ahead of my scheduled appointment time (which was submitted online) and was completed in about 35 minutes. The technician also cleaned all the windows on my vehicle and vacuumed the interior as part of their service. Upon completion, the technician reviewed the scope of services provided, outlined the details of the applicable warranty coverage, and gave their cell phone number to contact them if I experienced an issue. Needless to say, I was quite pleased with this experience and will definitely use them again if/when I need any sort of auto glass replacement.

Got the windshield replaced on my 2014 Audi S4. They had the OEM windshield in stock and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Completed the install in 1.5 hours and it looks as good, if not better, than the original. Excellent.

I just stopped there. The Hispanic guy was just handling sausage. He adjusted his mask with the same blue disposable gloves then went to the sink washed his hand with tge gloves still on. So basically he washed the gloves then dried gloves with a paper towel ready to fix my sausage wrap. I told him nevermind thats unsanitary and left

I had an appointment with Safelite about a week ago and everything went great. My appointment had to be moved back due to the weather, but the technicians were on top of things and let me know well in advance that this would be the case and were super accommodating in coordinating a secondary appointment site in order to accommodate my schedule.TL;DR - Super friendly; super accommodating; super easy/pleasant experience!

I filed a claim with my insurance and Safelite came out to my house the next morning. The tech was professional and he was done in under a half hour. You can barely see the crack in my windshield! I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Wasted an hour of my life as the tech finally realized an hour into it that they had ordered the glass for the wrong window. No apology for my time wasted and the manager Patsy was an absolute nightmare to talk to. Pretty sure yelling at a customer for an issue YOU made is not the way to go about it.Suggestion :#1. check the product prior to coming to the customer - quality control#2. Get a new office manager, the current one (patsy) should be working around customers at any point !#3. When a custom asks you for a corporate number do not lie to them and tell them you dont have one - lets be real you know the corporate number Patsy !

We arranged for Safelite to change out our passenger window broken out in a theft through our insurance. We told them the vehicle was at the dealership. My husband spoke to the person to make arrangements and I spoke to the service technician 2 hours before he went and he didnt know he was going to the dealership. Neither mentioned a copay at the time and knew we wouldnt be there. They asked the dealership for our copay and they of course had nothing to do with it. They therefore did not perform the window repair until the next day after we paid over the phone. We could have done that in advance the first time! They also didnt mention that we would have to have the window tinted to match the others ourselves until after they were done.

I had scheduled an appointment with safe lite last Tuesday and then after changing my schedualed appointment with them to Thursday they then call me at 4pm and tell me that they wont be able to come out until Tuesday so I wait til Tuesday have a windshield technician come out that tells me he has to go get another tech because he doesnt know how to do this particular windshield and then after taking the brackets around the trim on either side of my car leaves with the brackets and screws sitting on top of my car and then despises not to return to put my car back together or install my windshield
