I am so thankful for Ali at BCS Auto Glass. I had a rock hit my windshield Friday on my way home from work, I called around all morning and afternoon looking for someone who could fix my windshield same day and Ali was the only person who could get me in and had a windshield in stock. I was in and out within and hr and a half and he even stayed past closing to make sure my windshield was fixed. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and happy when you leave.

Ali was very professional and kind when I called in for a driver side regulator motor repair quote. The price was fair in comparison to others I had been quoted. I appreciate them being open on a Saturday as all other places werent open (an extra perk). I patiently waited in their clean waiting room and read some magazines. When the job was complete Ali had me on my way after explaining the job he had completed. Id definitely go there again if the scope of service is needed. Thanks Ali!

Excellent quick service. Got my passenger side window ( smashed during burglary) replaced in under an hour. Working great. Got comfortable sofas to wait or free rent a car until job is done. Would recommend for all car model I got a small Mitsubishi, dealership wanted me to wait 2 weeks while at BCS did it the next day.

It took allot longer than they said. Then it took longer than that. So 1 or 2 hours, then they said 1 more hour and it took 6hrs total. Now that being said they did an excellent job and it has not leaked a drop in the severe thunderstorms weve been having, and they matched the old one perfect and I didnt even ask for that. I liked the tent on the old one and this one is exact match. Nice lounge too. 👌

My windshield (like many other people) was destroyed by the hailstorm. The owner was so courteous and got my car in quickly for repair. They were so nice and got it done in less than an hour with a very fair price! I’m so grateful, couldn’t recommend them more!

BCS Auto Glass reattached my rear view mirror after it had fallen off due to bad work by another repair shop. They were quick, efficient, and kind. They treated me well and I would recommend them to anyone that needs windshield repair work done.

Great prices and quality, fast installation! My sunroof/moonroof was shattered after the hail. Other places around town wanted to charge me 2-3 times the price. Had my car ready in 20min it was so fast.

Most companies will tell you itll be one price then when you pay its actually plus tax and service fee... they charged exactly what they said they would. We ate at taco bell across the street and he was done with my car before I got done eating. Will definitely be back.

My drivers side window got off track and stopped working Friday afternoon. I called BCS auto shop, and they offered to fix it Saturday morning. Great service, fast, friendly, and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience with this company. The price was less than half the amount of other quotes I got. I called and was able to bring my car in the very next day. Ali called me to let me know that the part wouldn’t be there by my appointment time but would call me as soon as it got there. The time was only 30 min after my original appointment time and my car was done within the hour. Will definitely be going back to BCS auto glass for any future auto glass needs I have!!!

I first went to BCS Auto Glass about 6 months ago when the regulator in my passenger car window broke, and the window would not roll up. Ali and his team fixed it even after the first regulator that was delivered was defective. BCS Auot Glass by far was the most reasonably priced for this repair. Fast forward to today, and it somehow broke again. I called BCS Auto Glass, and they told me to bring it in because there was a lifetime warranty. Ali fixed it again for free in a few hours. I highly recommend this company!

I HIGHLY recommend using this company.. After getting into an accident and losing my passenger side window, (it was COMPLETELY shattered), I called around. They were unable to fix it the first day but they still came out to my house and taped it off to make sure that the window was sealed until the glass for my vehicle came in. (They had to order it). After the glass came in, they came back out to my house and installed it in a quickly manner! Very friendly people and great service. Thats the way a business should be ran. Best place to go when you have a cracked windshield. I had a huge 4 inch crack and Ali was very professional and knew how to get the job done right! In fact you cant really even see it now. They also have the best rates in town, I searched many places and none came close to BCS Auto Glass prices.

After we bought our brand new minivan back in 2017 I had a rock chip that was like 3-4inches long and took it to the bcs auto glass repair and Ali used to be in college station area. He fixed it for us and was very kind to me. He knew exactly what he was doing the told me what he was doing and why he was doing it etc. Well, there was a second time with rock chip and took it to Ali again. This time he moved to Bryan area. I looked and looked for him and found him with the help of prayer 🙏🏻. and he was so fast and precise to fix my chipped windshield. Thank you Ali for being so quick to fix our car windows. He is reasonably priced too, always stayed in my budget. I would highly recommend him and his work.

Had a chip in my windshield ... the owner stayed a bit late for me to arrive at Their location and didn’t charge me anything and mentioned the glass didn’t need any repair as it was a pit on my windshield. I highly recommend this company. Very genuine and honest people.

I arrived late but they still got me on and out, with a new windshield in 30 minutes.

I had my windshield replaced a few months ago, shortly after heard lots of air coming through the side of the windshield, took my vehicle back in and they fixed it promptly. Just this week a rock put a mark in my windshield and a crack spread about 8 inches across and they repaired it at no charge. Very fast service. Friendly staff.

Tint job was awesone, but poor quality of work on fixing the leaking front windshield. Will not use them again. As a matter of fact Im just going to take it somewhere else and have it replaced.

Very reasonable and I was extremely satisfied with my windshield only took 45 min.

I had to get my windshield replaced and after calling around for about an hour or so they were the cheapest option I could find in the BCS area. I was able to drop of my truck during my lunch break and the owner let me borrow his car so i could return to work while he replaced my windshield. No more than an hour later he calls me back letting me know that my truck is ready, and i get there to find my registration, parking pass, and ez tag were all moved to my new windshield, he even put an air freshener in my truck to for me. Could not have asked for better service, i hope i dont have to replace my windshield again but if i do, i know where i am going. 10/10 would recommend

I shopped around for awhile and this place definitely has the best prices. They are very friendly and get the job done quickly, great overall experience for the price.

Had a 3:00 scheduled for a customers vehicle to have the windshield replaced. No show, no call and wont answer the phone. Things happen we all know, but if you cant make the appointment at least call and inform someone.

I may be one in the thousands that they have helped but the customer service that I have received is horrendous. I was given a quote, set an appointment for the following day to complete the replacement & then did not hear back from the company anymore!! Wouldnt recommend someone having their time wasted waiting on these guys!!
