I visited the place to get a plexiglass cut for my lab at TAMU. I already had the sample to be cut and they were generous to cut it for free of charge. They were very professional and prompt in their job. Would recommend anyone to do business with them.

Used Acme glass to get a broken window replaced because Safelight was about $50 more expensive. After receiving the service from Acme, I wish I would have gone with the more reputable brand in Safelight.Acme’s window leaks in air from outside my car which results in a loud ride on the highways. They also failed to clean out the broken glass from the previous window that was inside of car door. Now every time I open and shut my door, you hear the broken glass rattle.Not to mention, they left me waiting in their office for over an hour after they were completed with replacing the window of my car.Save yourself the trouble and go with Safelight

Cant say enough about this place and the employees. I knew they did a good job with auto glass, but this time I had to replace some glass in an antique cabinet and install a mirror into another antique piece. Acme did a super job on both items, and I was very pleased with the low price (amazed, really) and the excellent customer service (I dealt with (Kelly Waggoner and another young man). I will definitely be bringing more business to them and telling my friends.

There was a mishap putting in my new windshield (a pretty major mishap). However, I’m giving them 5 stars because of the way it was handled. Customer service was top notch and it was fixed as quickly as possible. They even came to me to fix it. I’ll definitely be back!

We called Acme Glass to come and repair a puncture in one of our windows at our office. The appointment time was not upheld and we only found out that we had been rescheduled when we inquired. There was bad weather and its understandable that we would get bumped, but a call would have been nice. The technician came for the appointment. He came in and asked my staff where the window was. He never came back in to confirm he was working on it or if the work had been done. He never delivered a work order of any sort. I then received a call to our office from a very rude woman asking if I had payment. I had no invoice, but she insisted I pay with a credit card over the phone. I tried to explain my displeasure with my experience, but she cut me off and continued to be rude. She promised a receipt via email, which I never received. Weve now called again for a receipt, but were told it would take until the end of the day to get it. I would not recommend Acme Glass.

After having a foot injury with a picture before I decided to take my window in and have the professionals fix it. They took my little window and fixed it on the spot in maybe a minute. They didnt charge me and were so nice!! I offered to pay them anyway. I will be going back to them again.

Bad service an quality of work. My truck has scratches an chips out the paint for just a windshield repair. When confronted they dont know what happened of course. Also set a 8oclock appointment 2 days in advance for them to take my truck back at almost 9
