I usually go here for automotive parts and help. The manager is cool and helpful and serious about his business.They help me find what I need.

Battery was dead so I went in to have it tested, Stanley provided great customer service and did his job to the T. Only thing I wasnt thrilled about was the atmosphere of the manager on duty. I spent a great deal of time elsewhere searching for an accurate size of a bleeder screw/value associated for a front caliper on my vehicle. My last chance was Advance Auto Parts which should have been my first choice. In any event, the sales representative, in my opinion, went beyond the call of service. Never in my imagination would I have expected such pleasant demeanor in his assistance. The representative shared and helped in identifying the right size I needed with a can do attitude. The item was not available on the shelf, however, I was very much pleased on the overall attitude and quality of service rendered. These days, it is very difficult to find great people to fulfill a position especially on a Sunday morning. I hope, whom ever may share direct interest in customer satisfaction at Advance Auto Parts convey my gratitude for making it easy and convenient for customers.

My battery kept dying. I went in to have it tested and it had a dead cell. Advance Auto pulled my old battery and replaced it for me. Good service great people.
