In my experience apart from stuff here obviously being a little pricier than say, heb, everything has alway been perfectly ok. The young man who works there is super friendly and helpful. Super convenient to run in for basic stuff when you want to avoid the big store. Undeserving of the bad review in my opinion!!

For some reason the line started where people stand at self checkout and not following the arrows where the register is weird anyways ladies thought I wa stealing when I walked out with the same cvs bag I walked in to get straight in line and my receipt in hand with to return my items

In line for over 45 minutes. On hold on the phone for for over 35 minutes. No answer. I get to the window and my meds are not ready. Prescription sent at 3am. Im here at noon. Never coming back. Line inside the store wasnt moving either.

I was trying to pick up a prescription late at night because it was an emergency. Once I reached the front desk, I was greeted with a horrible attitude by one of the Pharmacist. He didn’t even greet me properly and stayed at his work station expecting me to hear him all the way over there. I asked politely for him to repeat it again, however, he immediately raised his voice which is not what I wanted to hear. The worker seemed like he did not want to be there at all and he was miserable. I understand that they may work for long hour shifts, however, when it comes to greeting customers, they should greet them kindly and provide the best service. Unfortunately, the worker did not do this and did the complete opposite. Horrible customer service....

No good! They never answer the phone. I called three times back to back and was on hold for 20 to 30 minutes each time. I was never able to speak to someone. My medications should have been ready since four pm and its now 8 pm. This place is no good.

Ive been on the phone for 45mns with out anyone picking up the line. Yet I see everyone inside talking and laughing. No customers inside what so ever and yet pharmacy cant seem to answer the phone.

Nice friendly service this guys work hard and sometimes getting medicine to customers fast is out of their hands, there are procedures to follow.

Had great customer service at the pharmacy. And the manager marked down a toy for my son which was missing something and was very nice and professional. And you can tell all the employees were nice and happy there! I am going to continue using this CVS now!

They have two drive lanes and have zero respect to customers order there! A car waits on the second lane for 10 minutes while on the other lane 3-4 cars get serviced and pass by. I wonder if someone is training the technicians about handling drive through lanes fairly! Do not get in line on the second lane!

Wait over an hour in a half for a prescription when youre told only 30 minutes through the drive through. Then they tell you if you want faster service to get down where you have to stand around and wait even longer! Only positive thing about it is that its 24 hours!

I was in town, so I stopped to get a prescription refilled there. I normally use CVS on SPI. I paid 54$ cash. A few days later, it was time for me to refill another Med. Cvs on the island noticed my refill in Brownsville and how much I paid. They asked if the pharmacy in Brownsville offered me an RX discount card, and I said no. They said they should have, and my 54$ script would have only been 11$. When I called Brownsville to see, they said they do not offer that unless the customer prints a coupon off the Internet and brings it in, but yet CVS on the island offers it upfront. I wouldn’t use the cvs in Brownsville again. Medication is expensive enough, and to not offer discounts where discounts are available is cruel!

They need to hire more employees! Phone takes forever to get answered!

I go here for my childrens prescriptions and the two ladies who work the drop off and pick up lines are super nice and helpful. They forgot a part of my daughters prescription today and so I called and some guy was incredibly awful and rude over the phone. I was in the middle of explaining and asking my question and he got all huffy puffy and interrupted me MAM! MAM! LISTEN TO ME. Like he was ordering a barefoot and pregnant woman to go cook him tortillas in the kitchen. It was incredibly disrespectful and out of line. It turns out that this store did not have the 3rd part so he did call Targets CVS and I was able to get the 3rd part there. I was definitely upset with that tone he took. I was nothing but polite, albiet inquisitive; no one told me when I left the first time (and drove allllll the way back to Los Fresnos) that one part was out of stock. It was quite a pain in between rushing a sick infant and sick toddler from the doctors to this CVS, back home, back to another CVS pharmacy for the third part and then all the way to Harlingen to the xray place.

Worse service ever. They tell you medicine will be ready at a certain time, then you get there and they still make you wait for another 15-30 mins. I dropped off my kids prescription at 8:15 pm and they told me it would be ready by 10:30.. and its still not ready🤬🤬🤬
