Extremely slow and never has my meds ready and makes me wait inappropriate amount of time to just tell me they can’t help me.

Set up an appointment and was told that other people that walked in were ahead of me. What the hell is the point of having an appointment!!

Drive thru is super slow. The car in front waited 15 minutes before anyone even responded. If its not ready tell them to come back!

I put in a prescription order at 10 AM and they said it would be ready by 1 PM. Came to pick up my meds at 6 PM and they had 1 out of 4 prescriptions ready. Horrible service.

I would like to thank Chris in the pharmacy for the wonderful customer service. While picking up my rx today he went over and above. Thank you Walgreens for hiring friendly and competent employees.
