Norma at this Starbucks is freaken amazing! She is SUPER efficient and accurate! Excellent customer service! Norma deserves a raise!

It is a franchise.It is a Starbucks.You know what to expect.But I must say, their line moved fast and they provided excellent service!

I have a disability where I have hearing loss. It is very hard when I go pick up my orders to be able to hear them. Then when I ask if they call me they get an attitude. If they didnt have the music so loud on 10/15/21 where I could barely hear the cashier. I am standing by the mobile orders because I placed my order in the app. Be considered of those with disability.

On days I don’t want strong coffee but still want a little bit of caffeine their decaf americano is the BEST coffee hands down. This is my late night go to when I want a pastry and coffee after work on my way home.

Was waiting for my order inside the store which was a caramel macchiato And I saw a Cockroach just crawling on the wall towards the ceiling that came out from behind a picture frame on the wall. STORE NEEDS ATTENTION..

Normally a nice place but today they were a bit rude 😕. Gave me my order wrong and corrected it with a bit of attitude. Again just sad.

Starbies never dissapoints me i will always 5 start this place i love the drinks always exactly how I want it no matter how complicated my orders may be they come thru each time and i cnt gt enough of them cake pops chefs kiss.

I absolutely adore starbucks. The drinks are amazing. I order something different every time I go and everytime it smacks. The lines are a bit long but understandable. The drinks are a bit pricey, but then again where are they not? I try to go a few times a week if not then just one. I love coffee.☕️❤️

Good standard Starbucks at a convenient location in Brownsville. Visited several times and ordered in the drive through. First few times, service was very quick, however once there were at least 10 cars in front and the whole visit took over 20 minutes. It can be hit or miss at this location. Service was friendly and coffee was good as usual at Starbucks.

Great place! Great staff! Does get packed often, but I understand they have a lot of customers. They never disappoint; they made a small mistake the other day and quickly made it right. Also, the employees are super friendly and put a smile on your face if you’re having a bad day. The other week I arrived to this Starbucks having had a bad morning; a kind employee went ahead and treated me politely and kindly. I could tell she was trying her best to make me feel better and it worked. Thanks guys! Great job!!

Amazing service!!! I am a medical rep and was in a super hurry of 10+ order in 30 min, talked with jessey & Isabel they where able to put my order in and have it ready super fast just phenomenal team and customer service!

Excellent customer service as always, and my order was on time from what was estimated on the mobile app for Starbucks. Always impressed by the consistent outstanding customer service given at this location. Definitely a very upbeat atmosphere with great coffee to go along with it.

Baristas were super nice. Area seemed clean and relaxed. The music was a little loud for my preferance but other customers didnt seem to mind.

If youre planning on using the drive-thru, look elsewhere. While in line I placed a mobile order at 9:57pm. I got my two warm drinks and cold banana bread at 10:29pm. No apologies, no explanation... I stayed in line because I was curious to see how long it would take.

If you order in the app. Even if you get there at the time it says on the app still there is a waiting time . 30 minute wait time Saturday.

They always have a shortage on something

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks. You can easily be in the drive thru for over 20min. When I reached the window they had no idea what I had ordered. Just HORRIBLE.

This place used to be my favorite spot. I go in one day and order 6 tacos de desebrada and they give me a delicious venti pike. Like... what?

Covid-19 safe. Cant fine in yet which is good because its a small coffee shop. Must wear masks. Food is great, coffees and teas are well made.

The food and drinks are always pretty good but this is the longest Starbucks drive thru to wait in line for. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years so I do understand what it’s like being busy, but this store is extremely slow at getting people through every time I go through. A lot slower compared to other stores.

Friendly Baristas at the helm. Although not the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is one of the friendliest. I always get greeted with a smile.

Love this Starbucks but it seems like they cant handle the volume when there are specials. Last time they had the bogo deal i placed a mobile order and had to wait an hour and a half for my drinks. There were a lot of other people waiting for their drinks as well. Seems like management could better plan and staff for these types of situations.

Absolutely the worst place for any service. They never get your order correct. They take forever in the drive thru. Ive tried this starbucks over and over again till Ive finally said enough. No to mention, one of the managers tends to have an attitude. I dont mind it but some people may get offended.

Today, I was having a really bad morning (work stuff ) and decided to go for a cheese Danish and coffee with my dog after the vet.. and the staff from this place MADE MY MORNING! they were so friendly and made me feel extra better. I ordered a mocha frappe and a slice of the iced lemon cake...I was dissapointed to find out that McDonalds mocha frappe is tastier and cheaper... and the iced lemon cake was too small for the price. Mexicos Starbucks sells bigger cake slices at a cheaper price. As far as I remember cake slices were bigger in the past...whats happening USA Starbucks?

The drive thur lines are ridiculously long! The wait can easily be 2 hr wait! I usually give up. Managers need to learn from Chick fil a drive thur and multiply their profits. Staff attitudes can improve.

2 years ago I rated this store 5 stars....Today I wish there were more stars to rate them with. I had a problem with the taste of my drink so I told the barista. With no questions asked,she told me she would be happy to exchange it or make something else. THANK YOU BARISTAS for being patient with our picky choices. Thank you being friendly and understanding.

Car lines are too long. . .not worth the 15- 20 minutes to get a latte. Brownsville needs more stores. Once I see a dozen cars in line, it deters me to ever buy anything from there.

I feel like most people got to Starbucks just for the experience and because of the brand name. This place doesnt have great coffee. The frappes are really great and some of their dessert cakes are delicious. I especially love their chocolate chip cookies. They also serve a great cold brew here, but the hot coffee itself is not as great as other places. Overall the prices are a little high for what you get and the drive through can sometimes take a while to get through. Im not going to say I dont recommend it because overall its pretty good, but theres a lot of room for improvement. This location in particular is nothing special. I will say that the staff here is awesome though!

Mobile order placed at 2pm. Nothing fancy, a Pumpkin Frap, which sounds simple enough. The app said 9mins. I ended up waiting 9mins in my car and when the timer struck 1min i mozied on to find NO drink. I waited...and waited and waited. 10mins passed before I was acknowledged. The barista asked if i was waiting for something. (My sarcasm wanted to rear its sarcastic head.) I said yes. She worked on drink and I left disappointed. The drink was alright. Not as good as I imagined. Ill be back though.

Ive been traveling the eastern and southeastern states. Even though I would prefer to frequent local businesses Ive fallen to stopping at Starbucks. The Starbucks in Brownsville ranks as one of the best, if not the best. These days, due to old age, I prefer decaf. Here without question, I was quickly served. No statements, we dont serve regular decaf and /or questions, Americano or pour over?It was a pleasure to watch the staff work efficiently when they were busy.Full disclosure - I am not a coffee consieure, prefer a simple cup of decaf

The drive thru waiting to get a drink is ridiculously bad. It takes for ever for them to get your coffeepot the window, it happens every time I come here. So if you are Ina hurry dont come here, you will be late to your destination.

When we went to the drive through there was no workers there to take my order when it’s supposed to be open. Me and a bunch of other cars were waiting in line for legit nothing the lights were on and everything but no workers seemed to be there.

Alex n most employees happen to be genuinely friendly. I accompany my daughter while she completes her medical school application, and it is a great spot. The building has been recently remodeled.

Slowest Drive Thru EVER!!!drink was good though.

Went to the drive through, waited and no one ever said anything. I pulled forward to see if it would trigger something, then a little more, then to their second sign nothing. I read at bottom, drive up if you need assistance with your order. So I did. The cashier at window said, what was your order? I said I haven’t ordered. I didn’t hear anyone on the intercom back there so I drove up. She just folded her arms and rested on the window looking at me really annoyed. Silence, I said, “did you understand what I’m saying? I don’t think it’s working,” She said, “ well, I said may I take your order and you didn’t say anything. And I said, “well I don’t think it’s working back There because I didn’t hear anything and there was a blinking red ligh...t”. And I see her just turn walk away comes back and takes my order twice since she didn’t understand the first time, doesn’t give me a reciept and before I could tell her she seems mad or is coming off that way she hands me the drink and shuts the window really fast. Pissing me off further. I decide to complain but she didn’t give me a receipt! So I don’t know her name. Only she is about 30 with acne scars, dark brown hair no make up and medium olive complexion. And one bad attitude. Sept. 26 2019 @10:45.pm. And no there was no line so she wasn’t in a hurry.

I cant believe people wait this long in line for this coffee. Half hour wait Saturday at this location. Wow.

Please add curbside for delivery people. I had a nurse donat her items to her hotel staff because she could not wait for me to through a 46 minute drive thru line.

Ok, so like every other starbucks - the coffee is consistent; however, I think they are a little lazy after the breakfast rush. We have had a couple of cold reduced fat bacon sandwiches and when they run out of decaf or blonde they want to charge Americana price. Tables are small, but it is what it is as they say.
