I spend the day in Mexico and cant make any calls. I setup international calls via text a week ago and I still get a recording saying not enough money in account. They take the money every month by autopsy so I really cant say why its failing.

I called and called the store trying to get information yet no one ever answered the phone or bothered to give a call back! Would have switched carriers if someone had just helped me

Upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and they were very helpful and patient. Made the process efficient and had me out the door once I had made my decisions. Recommend if you like an interaction w/a sales rep instead of a chat.

So, I pay insurance every month for cracked screens, supposedly, unlimited cracked screens, but yet they dont repair screens here? How does that work? Was told, Go check the mall or come in and lets see what youre eligible for. I guess if they cant make a buck off of you, they are unwilling to help. Typical Verizon.

Was greeted immediately but felt as if I knew more about their products and plans than the agent did. Overall, friendly staff, but if Im gonna make the switch from an already outstanding customer service carrier, Im gonna need much more than just a 👋 in order to switch.
Javier got me set up with new phone and extras, I had to return next day after trying for hours to sync two email addresses. Took him three minutes LOL. My favorite verizon store anywhere.
Staff is mostly polite and helpful. Some representatives do actually care about their customers and are willing to find the best plan for your needs and a few are just their for their commissions. I have always gotten better deals by calling their customer support line.

I had AT&T for a while then I got T-Mobile and now and now I have Verizon it is a little bit more pricey than the others but the service is superior I rarely find anywhere that I do not have 4G service the other day way out in West Texas in the Big Bend I was having a little bit of hard time getting cell system to work that was a first I give Verizon five stars for doing an excellent job
Ask for my friend Hilario Gonzalez or Lalo hell hook you up with a nice phone and a great deal he iss the manager and he willl do his best to get you the best.
The products and Verizon coverage is very good but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE! I was trying to disconnect my phone and I had previously gone the day before to ask if there were any termination fees. They had informed there werent any. When I went the next day to terminate the guy that was helping me as soon as I told him I just wanted to cancel and wasnt interested in getting anything else in Verizon he didnt even look into my account and told me I had a termination fee.. I asked what changed from one day to another and he insisted there was a termination fee. I didnt care so much for the termination fee but the rudeness and misinformation I was given. Not only that but the guy helping me seemed to be playing around with this tablet and leaning against the counter. I was asked (still in the nicest manner) what we were waiting for. He told me only his manager can cancel my phone...Which I see pointless to have so many people hired and depend on solemnly one person (the manager) to do simple things like this. Still I waited without being rude nor giving anyone attitude. I see the manager just walk past us while on his phone and he started helping someone else...... What about me? The guy helping with the most uninterested face kept leaning against the counter toying with his tablet... I still waited for the manager to be done but nothing. I was so upset that just because I wasnt interested in staying with Verizon I was treated so badly! I left and called customer service in hopes that they could help... I was told there was NO TERMINATION fee.. and the information given to me at the store was INCORRECT... How shameful.

Large store with quite a few people available to assist customers. The customer service rep we dealt with was very helpful with selecting a new phone (and accessories) and choosing the plan that was ost beneficial. He also helped to change certain options on the phone. Within the store I also notice two kiosks, which looked similar to an atm, where you could pay your bill. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would return to this location should the need arise.
Best cell phone service in the US, period. It is more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and piece of mind because of its reliability.
Every time i go, i seem to have a hard time with one staff member. the only guy with spiky hair (30+ y.o.). I got a new phone 1300 dollars he installed a screen protector in properly. He told me to wait two days to settle. i did, and since he improperly installed i told him to replace it. he then continued to tell me to claim the warranty. Guess what i pay for shipping and had to go through the process for his mistake. aside that staff member the products are amazing and the store has everything you need
Spent 20 mins in this store today, only 2 other customers, 4 people working and not one asked if we needed any help or had any questions. Verizon has some good products but has a long way to go on its customer service, at least in this location.

I was having a VERY VEry Very very Bad Day when I walked into this store. Let me just say I am not your average everyday customer. Ive been with Verizon for over 11 years, so Ive had a trip or two to a Verizon store. This has to be the best one yet. I am a veteran of 9 years 3 months and four combat tours, Im 90 percent disabled 70% of which for PTSD. That being said I can be the worse Pissed off customer youd ever deal with. I walked in ready to let loose, and I could see the Verizon representatives noticed it. I received polite, understand, and professional service. Although not all my needs were met, I left calmer and happier than when I entered. Special thanks to Jackie Juarez(Solution Specialist) for outstanding service, people if you want great service go here!!!!P.S This is the first time Ive written a review

This location always messes up. If you need xyz done, I guarantee they will do abcq! If they tell you one thing, it will not be accurate and you never find out until youve left the store. This store has so many customer service issues since time began that your best bet is to make the drive to Harlingen and do business there. I sincerely hope that someone at corporate reads this because this store might as well be sprint. Can you hear me now?

GM wasnt too friendly nor well mannered. Didnt thank me or said anything else i can help you with. Show me something new thats coming out or something... and thats the general manager!
