4 Solid Stars, very friendly they had my part they ordered it without a deposit if any kind people in the store seemed to be very knowledgeable and again very friendly. They actually had my number on file when I had lived in Oregon. I needed a fuel filter 4 my diesel Volkswagen and some people dont even carry it yes its one of the Scandal cars but I do love it very much.This is my go to auto parts store, I will check other places for prices but AutoZone has earned my business and unless theres a significant difference I will buy from them.

Great service today at autozone military. The manager mr chapa was very knowledgeable about different parts or cars in his store. I asked about a battery for my suv and he knew his stuff. He also helped a few customers that were there buying parts for their cars. Thank you for helping me purchase and replace my battery in this heat! Greatly appreciated

Bad service in this Autozone. I was given a day and time to pick up a part. Instead, they wasted my time. The part for my car was always a mystery to the employees. A simple coolant hose that I had already paid for simply made me waste my money and leave me riding a bike to work. Thanks for the workout I’ll tell you that.

Tony assisted us and he needs better customer service skills and maybe a hearing aid. He first sold me a car battery the didnt fit. I check the receipt and it was the wrong car better. Then, when my boyfriend and I returned it and informed him of his mistake he did not apologize but placed the blame on me. I know what kind of car I drive. Then when we did the exchange for the actual battery my car needed, he rung up the item on my old car account and not for my current vehicle. The battery he sold me ended up fitting but I wonder if it is the correct battery that my car needed. Due to this very poor experience I will no longer be a patron of Auto Zone.

Great customer service. Employee helped me get what I needed and was very attentive and polite.He even offered to install my wiper blades and did so without hesitation.

The 2 employees working today around 7pm were extremely helpful. Went in to buy a spark plug for my weed eater that walmart didnt have. One of the employees went above and beyond, with a lot of patience, to find me a spark plug that matched the one I was looking for.

They have 5 people working, 4 of them messing around 1 taking care of customers. Always rude. Always have to order parts from HUB. Drive another minute down the road to Orileys.
