Must say was disappointed finding items needed for car wipers. So many selection but not for my wife vechile. Staff willing to assist and friendly. Good advice and gives information. Still give it try and stop by and ask for your parts on your vechile. Come on your own risk.

I purchased something on line and I got it but afterwards I was looking for spring bushings and nobody ask me if I needed help so I left and went across the street to Oreillys and the employee ask me if I needed help and I told them what I needed and they brought it to me, thats great service.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life and on top of that we called first and then hung up on us and then we sat in the store for 15 minutes by four people didnt nothing helping one lady will never go here again

They lied to me. I bought a battery and then they told me they would not install it because my car had a computer and that if they damaged it they would be responsible. Name me a car these days that doesnt have a computer. It is an eleven year old car. I have had the battery changed many times without problems. Obviously the manager was lying.
