I made one phone call and the person answering was able to check three locations and found one that met my needs. He contacted the location and I was contacted by the manager very quickly. I’m very satisfied with the ease of renting this space.

Anthony is the kind of customer agent who makes you ever so slightly sad that you cant just take him to work for your own company. He is a credit to the company. The property is very well maintained. The units are clean and nice with good hardware and doors. What more could you ask for?

Only here for two months before deciding to move out and finding another unit. Units are cheap but you pay for what you get. Mine had several Light and Water leaks. The entrance at the front gate is very difficult to get in and out of particularly with a truck and trailer or box truck. There are dozens of half speed bumps all throughout the facility which makes it very hard on my loads coming in and out. I also tried going to the office during office hours on two separate occasions and it was locked with no one available to help. I moved into another Extra Space storage facility close by, which I am very happy with. This particular location I was not impressed with.

Extra Space storage is very clean and safe. We were nervous to have to store our most valuable possessions, but everything was safe at Extra Space. Payment was easy and the people were friendly and helpful.If I have to use storage again I will definitely use this place.

Cameron has been so helpful with getting me set up with a unit when I was moving. I ended up needing a second unit for a small period of time and she tried to get me one as close as possible to my original. She even called me once to let me know that my lock was not fully engaged. Rude, dishonest and feels like a scam. You signed up for one price, but when unit was not clean upon checking in and you were switched to another one system bumps the price. Very convenient. When you are pointing it out instead of honoring the price the woman, who works at this location, is yelling at you and saying it is all my fault. I agree it is my fault of being a returning customer to this location. How stupid of me. Service? There is no service at this location. Go mile or two up Lowell - this is where the service although the same company.

Kameryn was very rude; had a negative attitude and was short from the start of the phone call. Spoke over me and ultimately hung up on me. For a business that relies solely on customer service, I wouldn’t pay them a dime. There are far too many storage unit companies to give your business too. Definitely not this one.

I have been renting a unit now for over two years. I was trying to tell the manager that was on duty on Monday the 24th of February that I had empty and Swept out the unit she was driving in a golf cart so I pulled up behind her she told me very rudely to get out of her way that she was busy !! So I followed her towards the office she stopped in the middle of the gate so I couldn’t get out. And told me to get off her property that I didn’t belong there ?? She has seen me on many occasions I’m the one that comes into the office to pay for the unit. She started calling me homeboy ?? And went into to her unit and cane out with a drill waving it at me and yelling get off my property..... !!! I had to call the police !! She lied and said that I had given her problems three other times before a total lie !! Never had a problem !! I certainly wouldn’t want the crazy lady working in my business office or at all !!

Generally no issues, very easy. Was one time when they were updating the place but there was pleanty of notification on the dates they would do this.
