My son & I went to The Container Store in Boulder yesterday to purchase several large and small items for his apartment. It was really busy in the store, but all the employees were cheerful and ready to help. We encountered an awesome employee named Hillary who made our experience absolutely delightful! She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly!Hillary was just AWESOME! And as always, the products we purchased were of a high quality & easy to assemble. I look forward to my next visit!

Helpful employees and a simple layout, I wish I had some of their tools when in college and space was a absolute minimum.But they do slightly higher than normal, and some products arent as high quality as it seems. Definitely research the best solution and how it fits your needs

LOVE this place. It always has things I didnt know I needed. All of your storage needs will definitely be met here. I love the different hanging closet organizers they offer. This store also has build it yourself custom closet systems. Only took one star away because some of it is priced incredibly high.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Returns are painless. I always find whatever I need and then some. My pantry is now wonderfully organized thanks to some lovely wire bins I found here. This place is OCD heaven!

The store itself has awesome stuff for pretty good prices. Got 6 containers for my work with kids for less than $12! Only thing I didnt like was the checking out set-up; no signs or directions and the employees would make eye cintact but give no indication of where to stand (first time in the store and it felt very confusing).

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to assisting us with shelving! We gave them dimensions and they were able to tell us exactly what we needed to full the space! The people who loaded our products were also a delight and were able to fit our 8 shelving units into my husbands Escape! Great place to shop and customer service is exceptional!

Almost overwhelmed at all of the options available! These guys really have containers for everything.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this store! It’s perfect for an organizing freak like me. Employees are always great! Always check the clearance! I give 4 stars because most of it is more expensive than I want to spend. I can browse every aisle but usually I’m actually there for a particular item. Join their “pop” points program for coupons.

I had a bad experience at the Cherry Creek store so I always come here

Great place for anyone who is in need of organizing

Useful products can be found there, however I was dissapointed last time I went there. Me and my boyfriend were just looking for a couple things and we dont usually shop there and just wanted to see if they had anything useful to us. It was all good...until we got to the check out. I mean I understand cashiers should mention the rewards program and encourage regular shoppers to sign up. But when we went up the cashier was being very rude to anyone who declined to sign up, including us. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This store collects way too much personal information. For those of you who do not wish to participate in their data mining POP program do not buy anything that you aren’t 100% sure you won’t want to return. Because even if you pay cash and wish to make a return WITH YOUR RECEIPT, THEY WILL STILL DEMAND YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. I’ll just shop Amazon. Because Amazon offers convenience for my data. My experience was fine I guess. The reason why I had only gave this 3 stars was because i could not find many things that they said they had in stock online. I think the items are definitely overpriced. Although there are lots of flaws i must say if you want good quality and a neat living home this store is the place for you.

A plethora of storage solutions! Every visit I find something new and clever.

Nice products and staff are generally nice. However, when I walked up to the counter there was another woman there with a whole bunch of stuff. I had one thing. The woman in front of me went back to get something different and the staff member said Oh, I will start ringing you up to the lady in front of me. Lady in front of me comes back with one thing, then leaves yet again and gets another thing. I do not know why the staff member thought it ok to have one customer wait on the other who was clearly STILL SHOPPING. If I ever buy anything from this store again it will be online, but other places are cheaper.

I love this place, so far we have added 4 Elfa closets to our home. It is so cool how customizable their stuff is. Our cabinets, cupboards, garage... everything is so organized.... we love this place, oh and Delores is the BEST there. She is just as friendly and sincere as everyone there, but she is our favorite.

First time ever into a container store and I was blown away by how organized my life could be! Also, the prices were not insane.

So many containers! Theyve got everything for anything you want to place in a container. Plus they have some pretty awesome chairs if youre looking for a new office chair.

We purchased an elfa closet system from the Flat Iron store in Broomfield and everything went together perfectly. I installed the system just as Greg had created it on their computer and my wife and I couldnt be happier. We appreciate that the staff at the store are always very friendly and ready to help.
