I read that this T-Mobile location was damaged in the violence that persisted throughout our cities May/June 2020. Its like the umpteenth cell phone shop that got vandalized and looted and Im sorry that it happened to their store. I hope that they come back stronger and more profitable than ever.
All of the staff their was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. There was a bit of an influx of customers during our time there, and the staff handled it very well. We had a team member by us to assist in anything while we set up our new phones as the rest of the team helped other customers with ease. Felt welcome the moment we walked in, we don’t live buy this store, but if we need anything we will definitely be going back!
Went to this location to get my son a phone charger and phone set up wameng (meng) lee helped us with what we needed he had great customer service and also made sure we had everything we need make sure you go and check him out you will have no regrets

Awful service, I bought an screen protector for my Samsung 20s plus ultra and after 2 weeks started to come off so I called them and I was told they cant anything about it, would not recommend this store to anyone. Definitely will not go back there.
We switched from ATT. This store is great. It is a little out of the way for us. But having had a horrible experience at the Brooklyn Park store we came here. Glad we did they were awesome!

I love Kelly the expert at T Mobile. As a senior I often feel like an idiot when it comes to technology. Kelly seemed to understand that my brain doesnt work that way.
The new manager, Clayton, tried to bait-and-switch me. He cold-called me, offering a special deal where I would pay the same (turned out to be $10 more per month), but be able to upgrade to an S8 from my S6.Cool. Sounded good, so I went in to sign up.The thing he failed to mention -- after I repeatedly asked him on the phone -- was that there was a down payment on the phone of over $100. The associate was almost completely through the process when she casually mentioned this to me. In fact, she would have already switched and activated the phone had I explicitly told her not to.I told her to share my displeasure with Clayton, and that the deal was off. I suspect he has done this to others, and theyve just gone with it.Steer clear of this guy. Hes a crook. I hope, for their sake, that he doesnt last long.
Exceptional! Jason helped get a stolen phone number back for me. The phone number owner had fraud via Wells Fargo hack, and when I came in, Jason along with a support team member on the phone line stayed with us throughout the entire time until they got the number for me. All this time they kept their Kool and reassured us all possibilities along with options.
Sadly my Samsung S6 died last Saturday, what was worse is I had precious videos and photos of a loved one who passed away which died with the phone.My weekend was filled with sadness because of the loss of my memories. After many failed attempts of trying to power my phone back up to transfer the data to a memory card over the weekend I finally gave up.Just before I headed back to the store today to return my dead phone for the warranty exchange phone, I tried one last time to charge it and it WORKED!!!!I went beaming into the store hoping my memories were able to be recovered! Thats when I met Kelly one of the most kind, patient & understanding sales reps Ive ever met!!!!KELLY IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! She recovered everything I lost with a remarkable level of kindness & compassion!!!!😇Thanks to her I have access to all that was lost 🤗 I was so happy I hugged her twice!!!!Hats off to Kelly for being so remarkable!
I live 30 minutes away from this tmobile location with multiple store locations located closer but if Im having phone issues or just want the best customer service I come here. The people are dope! Very helpful and positive. Its always a great experience.

T Mobile is garbage!!! If you have a stolen credit card, they will take a payment from it, no questions ask! T Mobile is not interested in your safety, only money! This is a garbage company that only garbage people go to!! T Mobile is not interested in you, just making money.

Just left 7-7-15 and was in the store for at the least 10mins and no one acknowledged me. Im not impatient but I didnt get a hello or Ill be right with you. I had to acknowledge them before they said anything to me. Maybe everyone in there was mad today. Going through some things. I left. Went to another T-Mobile. #pathetic

The person my dad got was horrible. He transferred my dad’s photos off of an app and not the traditional way. Ended up not having all of the photos, but we noticed before we left and he said it’ll appear when we connect the phone to WiFi (at home), but never happened. They ended up wiping his old phone and couldn’t get the photos so we have to do all of this icloud thing and none of this wouldn’t even of had happened if he would’ve just done it the traditional, right way. Plus his fellow worker even suggested putting the SIM card from the old phone to the new one, but he didn’t. Still trying to get the photos and it’s been 3 hours!!!

Wasnt the place that was horrible, was the dumb rep who helped me. Throughout the whole process of replacing my sim card and no service and getting my phone to have service, he didnt even say a word nor tell me what could have been the problem so I know the next time it happens to me again.. and when he was done all he said was, its fix.. of course, I just left, didnt even say a thank you because of the ridiculous ghetto customer service I got at this location not only waiting and getting a rudeass lady in front of me running her ghetto mouth when I asked her if she was in line, just staring at me the whole time I got there..
