I had a great customer service experience when getting my new phone. Eric went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and fast as possible. His great energy and sales skills are amazing! I would recommend anyone who is looking to get their new phone to visit this store.

After a HORRIBLE day dealing with Straight talk and being on the phone with them for literally more than 8 hours, having them deactivate my phone, give away my phone number, and literally WRECK my day!!! I was welcomed by Troy at Verizon. He promptly assisted me. He listened and joked with me to help relieve my stress. My service was switched and activated less than 20 minutes of being in the store. I walked out of the store relieved that I FINALLY had a working phone again amidst a snowstorm right before all the stores were getting ready to close. THANKS AGAIN for the phenomenal customer service!
The service was excellent! The staff were very patient in answering my questions. I had had some problems with my IPhone with another carrier and they made sure that my new phone was set up and I was able to have a working phone along with my information from the cloud. Thanks!

One person working there, and a few people behind me. The associate that helped me provided really excellent customer service to me and also did his best to multi task and engage w the other customers while he could, although I had a complicated situation and took a lot of time. Great attitude, kept it real and saved me money on the things I didnt need, while making sure I didnt skimp on protection. Will definitely be back to this location if Eric continues to work here. Eric and kyla were awesome.. hooked me and my wife up with the new Samsung galaxy s20 (Daddy of all phones). Eric was super transparent of the plans, deals, coverage, and answered all of our questions. Me and my wife always went to maple Grove verizon but we were always a just number there, Brooklyn center is better they took care of us.
Extremely personable and informative, Eric was the consummate customers service professional. My wife and I went in for upgrades and was blessed with great conversations and shared laughter as well as great phones.

Location is convenient and I had a great experience upgrading! The representative Eric was very helpful picking out a good phone for me to upgrade to coming from an IPhone 6s, as well as informing me on all options available to get a bang for my buck! I appreciate the fact I stayed past closing time and made sure I was satisfied. I walked out loving my phone! Great customer customer here!UPDATE:I just called regarding a “fast” charger that was sold to me that works much better for a Samsung phone according to the sales rep Eric. I clearly don’t have Samsung so idk why I would have been offered it when I could use the charger it came with it. I was told apple does not have a fast charger when I know specifically they have a block that works better than what I was sold and was going to go with else where. I know its 2-3 months later but I did not have a return policy on my receipt because I was not provided one due to COVID, yet the rude rep who answered the phone wanted to argue otherwise. It’s the principle of it all and I’m not happy I’ll have to spend another $40 for a faster charger. Customer service today was not so good today and I’ll be visiting another location from now on.

Very nice and friendly people but very misleading with charges.The usual activation fee is $30. And I asked if it can be paid in store. And response was - yes you can.So Ive paid there and within a month I receive another bill from Verizon with $30 fee per line.So I went back to them and asked what is going on.And the person explained to me that those charges were for Set Up and Go Plus whatever that is. + the sim card $10. + activation fee from Verizon another $30. So the total is 60.Ive been told that the fee I was paying in store is the only. If the full price was described to me I would never go with them!And yeah they are really slow.... weve been activating 2 lines more than an hour...Strongly advice to visit corporate store to avoid situations like this.

Avoid Victra stores at all cost. I was overcharged for my phone and all the accessories that came with it. The manager and sales associate lied about the reason for the price discrepancy. Extremely unprofessional, not to mention employees left cigarette packs laying out in the open and reeked of smoke. Do yourself a favor and choose a Verizon Wireless dealer instead.

Would not recommend. Went in to purchase a sim card and get a prepaid plan with a phone I already owned and verified with Verizon would work but my sim card was no longer valid. Was going to just set the phone up there even after being told there would be an extra $20 charge for them to set it up. After the employee looked at my phone and entered in the numbers from it he told me it was not a 4G phone and would not work. I used to have this phone on Verizons 4G network and knew it worked. So I just bought the sim card, went back home and activated it on the website. Works just fine. I felt like maybe they were just trying to get me to purchase a new phone. Felt lied to.

Monday January 27th, 2020, at about 6:30pm. Employees didnt want to help to check to see if a phone is compatible with Verizon. Instead they told us to get out. They were too busy chit chatting with the mall cop and there were no customers in the store. Horrible service!

I’ve tried coming to this store 3 times during advertised business hours. All 3 times a hand written note saying ‘be back in 15 minutes’ was on the door. I waited over 30 minutes each time. No one ever returned to open the store.
