WRECKED OUR TRUCK! THE OIL CAP WASNT PUT ON CORRECTLY AND ALL THE OIL DRAINED OUT.WE NEED A NEW ENGINE AND CLAIMS ISNT VERY HELPFUL!

Went there two days ago for an alignment they tried telling me my right front strut was broke. I took it in to dealership sand it wasnt broke wasnt anything wrong just needed an alignment. This is predatory practices and I am definitely writing a report to the BBB.

They were very fast. My car was brought in right away. My brake fluid exchange and oil change were done in about an hour. Everyone was friendly. Lobby was clean, nicely chilled with the hot weather, and very laid-back. Appointment setting was easy.

Scheduled an appointment on the phone at a certain day and I took a day off work. I came to the place only for them to say it’s on the next day when I specifically stated that I wanted it on the day that I scheduled. There was no openings either for the day I went so that was even worse. Felt like I just got scammed, I don’t know what type of calendars they are using but it wasn’t on the same day I scheduled my appointment. My assumptions is that the worker that I talked to must’ve changed the date to something different to fill in for someone else or that they don’t know how to read a calendar. Really unprofessional on how they handled this issue. I would stay away from this place if that’s how they treat customers like myself.

I dont have enough good things to say about these guys. The dealership said my car had a nail in it so I brought it here to be fixed since it was half the price for the repair. They went above and beyond to look for it and ultimately found nothing. The dealership also tested my battery and tried to get me to buy a new one from them. The guys at Tires Plus were honest and not just trying to make up problems to get my money. They kept me updated with everything and didnt leave me in the waiting area wondering what was happening. My battery was fine, my tires were fine, and I will be using them from now on. Oh and they said since they didnt do anything there was no charge. 😍

My mom told me she loved coming here so I decided to give them a try. I came in with my mother and we were greeted and taken care of and treated like a priority right from the jump. Doug Brown spoke to me and my mother with clarity and complete respect when I translated to my mom. When I came in for an appt Doug immediately recognized me and this was only my second time in! it was great to know not only were my car needs being met, but so were mine as a person.

Within the last week we had two sets of new tires put on both of the vehicles we own. We called and scheduled with Nate and he was able to accommodate our schedule and even give us a same day appointment on one of our vehicles. He is always suggesting the best products for our vehicles and is upfront and gives us his honest opinion and offers the beat deal. He even shared with us about the alignment deal which we decided to purchase on one of our vehicles. The technicians were great and did an awesome job and are super respectful. On the same day appointment we knew that we would have to wait a little longer but even due to our wait they offered a future oil change which made us feel like they really respected our time. I needed new tires replaced on my Titan truck. During this process the guys discovered that my tire pressure sensors went bad. They recommended to replace them so I did. They also recommended to do an alignment to improve the tires longevity. These guys know there stuff and I will continue doing business with. They rock and Doug the manager on duty made a huge difference in my experience!

I called around looking to get service right away. My family and I came to the cities the visit family and our car started acting up. They where able the get us in right away. I am extremely pleased with how helpful there where about the condition of my car and where able to get us on our way.

I went had brakes done on my car, service was very rude and I asked for my exhaust to be checked I was assured that it had been in a very rude way only to take it to another shop and find out it hadnt been checked as I needed a resonator on it. I would not recommend going to this location. Now Im thinking I was well over charged for brakes/rotor totaling over $900.00 BE AWARE

Very bad employee/workers, They took forever just to talk to the customers (waited 15 minutes) as they will just answer the phone and talk to them while your standing there waiting even though you had an appointment. The workers take forever it should only take 15 to 20 minutes just to install and balance the tires, i waited 2 hours. They also over charge me just to get the tire installed and balanced. Im never going there again and i recommend for you guys not to go there at all its gonna be a waste of your time and money.

Dishonest workers a very bad place to bring your vehicle for wheel alignment they pretend they do the job, but they dont. I do not recommend this place to anyone, you are only going to give your money away. I lost $ 127.00 for nothing at this place.

Dropped my 2015 Honda-CRV off, because it wouldnt start. From start to finish the staff, Nate in particular was honest enough to let me know that they couldnt really pin point the issue even after the diagnostic was complete. I tried to pay they were nice enough to decline and told me to put that toward what I would have to spend with the Honda dealer, they also put air in another vehicle of mines and tightened up the spare tire chamber FOR FEE I really appreciate the awesome service and Ill be back! I had an oil leak. I made an appointment online, which was really convenient. The day of the appointment, I happened to arrive an hour early (noon instead of 1pm). Anthony (the service advisor) asked pertinent questions and listened to my concerns.Shortly after that, I got a call from Anthony: the dealership that had changed my oil had not tightened the oil plug, so it was very loose. I got my car back faster than expected, and Anthony didnt charge anything.Every time I visit this Tires Plus, I get treated well. Ive never had any problems there, and they meet or exceed my expectations. I feel like they deserve my repeat business.

I think they did a great job with a problem that was more difficult than it appeared to be at first glance. A little old flat tire was actually a split rim on what it turns out is a rare model of Ford F-150. They worked with us on getting a replacement and did the job with a smile at a reasonable price.

Our Rav died in the middle of the freeway last Monday and we had it towed to this location by Geico, it was a stressful afternoon and I was a little shaken up after sitting in the middle of 694 trapped in my car with no hazards or electricity for almost an hour on a 17 degree day. I picked it because it had good reviews and it was close for the tow and they offer a Gieco discount. I havent even had my car repaired yet and Im beyond impressed with this shop. I know very little about cars, so its tough to feel in the dark about things that can be unexpected and often a little expensive, and the communication from Doug and others has been constant. Theyve been patient as weve tried to figure out our finances and other items and I feel theyve kept us completely in the loop on things . I have no doubt the repair will go great, and any future problems we may need them for will as well as our car is getting a little old. We havent found a shop in the Twin Cities weve been really happy with since moving here and at least finding a reliable location came out of a messy situation. Thank you to the team at tires plus! Youve made navigating a difficult week much more manageable.

This Tire Plus in Brooklyn Center has the slowest services and bad customer services. I took my car in to get all 4 tires changed and it took 2.15 hours. I saw one of the staff drove my car to the parking lot and it was ready for pickup but the guy behind the counter didnt even call me, so after 10mins I finally went up to the counter and he was acting busy on the phone and telling me to wait. I got upset and told him that I need to go and I can see that my car is in the parking lot and ready to go. He finally check me out. When I got in my car and drove away, I notice that all 4 tire pressure was below 30 psi. I took the car back and asked why they didnt check the psi. They took my car and checked the psi and told me that all the psi is normal. I told them that its not because, the reading is below 30 psi it needs to be 36psi. They pump air to my tires and the psi went up instead of the right back passenger side tire. They told me that the sensor is dead and it needs to be fix. I told they that all of the sensor was working fine when I came in because they were showing the correct psi. The service manager was arguing with me that its not their fault that the sensor is dead and I need to get it fix. I told they that it wasnt dead because if the sensor was dead, the psi wouldnt read normal when I came in. He told me that he didnt want to take the blame but if it make me happy hell replace new sensor. Wow, what kind of customer service is that, when a customer bring something to their attention, they should take a look at it. After they change the sensor, the tire pressure read 1 psi, we took it back and told them that its not the sensor because the tire pressure is reading 1 psi. They had to pump the tire. I have been to other Tire Plus stores before they do an awesome job, checking my tires to make sure that everything is good to go before I leave.

Honestly working with Susan at the front desk was fine. Where this location looses stars was in the speed of the operations. I had an oil change that took 3 hours due to not having my cars filter on site. This specially annoyed me due to having scheduled my car for said oil change two weeks prior. The lack of a filter on site very much annoyed.The only other frustration was the time estimates that I was given. They were all horrible off. I know they had one technician working on both vehicles, I had a second vehicle going through its 150000 mile tune up, so that might have caused the delay.Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would give them a zero if this was even an option. Ive been to this place multiple times over the past 5 years and every single time, its nothing but drama and headaches. The first time I brought my Tribute in for a simple battery change, one hour later the 2 shop guys come out asking me how to fix MY vehicle. Here to find out, after calling and talking to my dad and getting his input, they hooked things up backwards and blew my relay and then tried to charge me for it. Brought it in when my Tribute would randomly die, turn over and not start, and then an hour later would start. The guy working on my vehicle argued with me that it was my Speed Sensor and nothing wrong. I brought it into Luthers and they found 3,000 dollars worth of work to be done. Brought my 2013 Kia Soul in because they had the best deal of tires, the guy argued with me that I didnt need tires and when he pulled it off and dropped it on the floor the tire blew, and this is after the guy at the counter goes, You finally decided to stop being a pest and just come in and get tires?? Now my little sister brought her 08 G6 in a few months back because there was a popping noise every time she would turn. They did an alignment and sent her on her way only to find out that the ball joints and tie rod on the passenger side was bad the whole time. They took her money, never mentioned what was wrong, and sent her on her way. I just called and talked to them and they offered to give her a quote on the work that needs to be done and told her that she has a year warranty on the alignment. Oh... you mean the alignment that was NEVER done in the first place since the ball joint and tie rod are bad? This place is an absolute joke and I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER be back or recommend anyone to this place. I plan on writing a strong letter to the head manager and going from there. They knowingly and uncaring put my little sister at risk. This is absolutely NOT okay!!!!

Do not go here unless you want to waste your time & money. Bryan there is a crook. I went in to get some new tires.BIG MISTAKE. Dude told me that I need this and that done on my car. He told me that I needed a oil change/ transmission & coolant flush plus tons of other stuff. Gave me a quote of over $1k. Just give me my damn tires. Should went somewhere else. The serivce was horrible also. they took all day to install 4 tires.

I pay $100 to get a full diagnostic but they went off of a check engine light Code and told me to replace the sensors first and see If that will take off the code so I went to my original mechanic to get the sensors done. The problem still continues. So I brought my car back to finish of the diagnostic and they told me I had to repay the 100 to get it diagnosed again since I did not get the work done through them. They did not inform me on that I couldn’t go to somewhere else to get the work done! I’m out $100 for a $10 diagnostic.

My tire was leaking, they plugged it and it worksgreat. It was fast and the customer service was excellent. Eric really helped me out. This is a place my friends will hear about.

Brought car in for oil change, manager talked me in to buying some cheap tires.Got car home, they didnt change the oil.Manager gave me coupons for 3 free oil changes that expired 3 months later.**************For some reason I went back to get some tires mounted and balanced on some new wheels.The wheels were brand new in the box, I got them back and 2 had scratches on them and 2 centercaps were dented.Stay away!!

This shop went from TRUSTED to BUSTED in under 5 seconds flat...Upon pick up, check engine and service ABS lights were on. Was told these were on when I brought it in. Utter BS. Upon a recheck, it was found the tech just forgot to reattach a vacuum hose after replacing the air filter. Had I not argued the point theyd have been more than happy to just send me on my way. They spent more time on the lie than the fix. To add insult, someone emptied a pack of cigs on the dash, left the empty box and didnt even have the courtesy to leave me one for my drive home? I can understand the manager trusting the tech in saying the warning lights were on when I brought it in, but when that employee lies to you, its time for that tech to go. Youre hiring anyway, right?
