They did not do an oil change it was never put on there but thats what I brought it in for for the oil change they did check for an oil leak. Now I get a message on my phone saying critical alert melt pulled over malfunction I have no idea I dont know if the car safe anymore or not

I had my oil changed and asked for my car to be wash and they said it was part of the service and that they would do it and it did not get done. I was a little disappointed, cause I was told it would get done and it didnt. I had some where to be or else I would have said something.

Supposably went to Mazda to get the best service and instead got this broken oil gas cap. I went back to the store after getting home and finding out it was broken and it took them about an hour to get me a replacement. They OF COURSE gave me my money back. Customer service is amazing the guy tried to help me as much as he could but someone else was not doing their job correctly (in the back). They cost me a trip back and an hour of time I was supposed to use doing something else. I will not ever go back to them.
