I have been losing hair since I was 13 due to PCOS. Recently, its gotten so hard for me to manage it and I had been wanting to get a wig for awhile. I had the best experience coming here with my two girl friends. We were helped by several wonderful ladies, particularly New York as she goes by. She was helpful and patient for my first wig buying experience. We had the best conversation and she did a perfect job on the installation. Thank you for helping me regain confidence! I will definitely come back again

Customer service is great, the workers are super sweet and helpful. I gave 2 points off cause the lace fronts are not what Id like. I bought 3 today, all 3 are thin, but good length and easily shed. Its just not worth the price ***paid nearly 50 for each*** the tracks are easily seen, Im not gonna pay 50 a piece for my wigs to be showing tracks.

This is my new favorite store. I buy my wigs from here, high quality yet affordable. Plus all the accessories and products youd ever need or want. Ive been there twice in 2 days. Im going back and this place inspired me to start a wig collection because theirs are easy to put on and make me look and feel beautiful 😍

Me and my cousin and my friend was racially profiled here. They thought that we were going to steal. I will never come back to this place, coco beauty is a better Beaty supply store with better customer service.

Went to Hair Plus Wigs to shop for a wig to use while Im going thru chemo. The ladies there are FABULOUS and so willing to help and customize the experience for you. They took us through the types of wigs, how to style them, and everything needed to wear them.New York and the other beautiful sales lady were so fun and sweet to work with, New York even trimmed the wigs we bought to fit, and trimmed the lace front so it looks perfect on. I would highly recommend going here for your wigs, because you can get such reasonable pricing for beautiful hair and their expertise is amazing. The owner, Jane is amazing, too. Excellent customer service and we all agreed that we cant say enough good things about them. Visit them!!!

First off I give it four stars because I bought a wig for 900 and it was curley 34 inch. I got home and opened the box to NOT 34 inch curley. Instead I get a 24 inch STRAIGHT. I am livid. And very very disappointed. I do love the place. But be sure to actually look at the product in the box.Now I have to drive 2 hours to BUY the one I wanted in the first place.

Bought the $20 color contacts and it burns!!!! I even cleaned them with eye contact solution before putting them in. And one of the contact ripped on the edges. Im mad but now I know to not trust them. I also got a foam bun. It was made cheap but my bun looked what I wanted in the end so that’s fine. I always buy their earrings and they are a steal compared to rue21.

Nice place to buy wigs the hair last especially wen u wash it! The 5sec wig spray is the bump detangle in mins use wig brush @ all time

If I could rate it a 0 I would, recently me and my friends came in there (young black adults) and were racially profiled. Will not be coming back!!!

I’m pretty upset I spent 300’dollars on a wig and it is part synthetic and real hair and was told it was all human hair i would like my money back .

The minute you walked into the door you were greeted professionally. They knew exactly my situation what I was looking for.

I, for the first time, went to buy hair for me and my daughter. Everything was fine until I guess I took a little longer than I should have deciding between the different packs of multicolored hair, because an African American women proceeded to stand behind the counter at the end of the aisle. I ignored her and kept searching through the hair. Once we decided we walked down the aisle. Thats when my 4 yr old asked for a hair clip with a unicorn. We walked over to the aisle, which was by the door to choose one. The women then proceeded to stand next to us while we chose. I was so mad I was tempted to walk out, I didnt though because then she can justify her behavior. What I did do was pay, and ask for a card so I can write a letter. Im also posting this here. Train your employees to not assume everyone comes to steal. Treat customers as though its their first time. Remember without customers you go out of business. I will NEVER set foot in this place again because of this.

I called asking about hair wings to buy from them, I am 2 hours from them so I wanted to be sure that they had it before i drove the 2 hours. The 2 ladies who answered the phone were so mean and they wouldn’t tell me the price and how many grams it was and she hung up on me. These people should know how to treat a customer, if they can’t be nice to customers then they shouldn’t have a store.

I love this store not only do they have a lot of hair and wigs to choose from but the customer service is really good

You cant exchange if you bye the wrong product even if its unopen. Thats how you know theyre just about the dollar, they not making sure their customers are happy with their purchases.

This place has a very mean owner Asian lady.. I was shopping for hair one day but had to use the restroom... That Asian told to go over to A restaurant that was near..so i did and i didnt return back her store .... So she lost business from that day.... And her hair is expensive......i advise going to COCOS ON BROOKLYN BLVD

Never had a bad experience until the last time I went and the lady at the counter watched me like a hawk. Felt criminalized and profiled. Wont be back there.

Very organized, easy to find products. They actually have staff that know about and can answer questions about the products. Prices are a little higher though.

They only let you try on 3 wigs so be aware. And their prices are on the higher side compared to other hair supply stores

Good customer service and no one followed me around the store like most beauty supply stores.

There is one African American woman there who is very helpful and full of personality. The other people working basically just take payment and talk about customers in their native language.

This place is taking advantage of the needs of AA people. They are in violation of state law requirements to post NO RETURN policy signs in obvious places. Their sign is hidden in a difficult to see spot, way above eye level. They give receipts but dont make any returns even for inferior products. They are glorified thieves, rude to AAs and inviolation of state laws of disclosure. I have reported them to the MN attorney general office. AA people need to boycott this store and then own the stores for their own products needs. Where are black owners of black hair product stores?
