Fun and knowledgeable staff since re-opening. Really cool to see so many staff members with great dye jobs - what a cool company culture! Nick the new manager is very friendly and knows his stuff.

I went there about a month ago and this amazing young lady I believe her name was Lena if I remember correctly she helped me right away since I walked through the door this store was gonna be my #1 sally beauty until I found out she no longer works there let’s hope the new store members can measure up to my first experience!

Great and helpful staff! Treated us with patience even though we entered the store 7 mins before closing. (We didnt know they closed do early at this location. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. I appreciated the customer service. Wishing I would have thought to catch their names to include.....Thank You

Beyond pleased. After visiting two local Sally’s in my area and then being told to go to Brooklyn Park/ Brooklyn Center “ Pro- dominantly black, urban location”, I got the products I needed. Staff members were more than willing to assist and provide recommendations. What I like most about this location was that not did I see other people who look like me but I saw other cultures getting things they needed as well and not being told “oh this is where you need to go.”

I cant remember his name but the young guy that works there is amazing and very knowledgeable!! It was actually fun spending money! He helped me get just the right bleach products and some amazing eyeliner that stays on my eyes!! I was sooooo impressed! Keep up the good work!

Its 10:18 and the doors are locked.. the lady inside wont let me in. Its like 1 degree outside.. its not my fault she was late to work.. how rude (now 10:30 doors still locked and three oher customers have come, tried the door and left)Is this how you run a business?Now at 10:40 I left and came back, tried the door and she told me shes not letting me in.. Shes opening the door for each customer singally and wont let me in.. what the hell.

Once you can get to right place, Goggle directions send you to the wrong place, its good. Google sent me to some ones house and when I gave up and went to Wal-Mart thats when I spotted the big Sally Beauty sign...no thanks to Goggle!

This is the only Sally’s I go to no matter who the staff is they are always knowledgeable about products especially coloring I love them !!!

Store is one of my special place to go to when I need help with hair products . They have good customer service and happy to help with kindness . Excellent people here, will definitely go back for more .

First time here, there were two ladies working and they were both super nice and informative and I also got a bunch of stuff for a great price! I dont know why I didnt come here like my stylist told me to a long time ago!

It says it opened at 11 AM but when we went there at 11:15 AM and there was no one there but it said it was open online. At 11:20 a worker showed up at the store and told us to come back in five minutes and we did, but then she told us that she won’t be be able to let us in and shop because her boss said told her not to open the store until 12:30 PM. We then left and went to the Sally in BP instead since it was actually opened.

Disorganized store. Not much help from staff other than a hello.
