I love my new hair style! And I love my new hair stylist! She knows how to work with my type of hair and let me tell you my hair is a difficult! Like I there clicking my heels together my hair is happy and so am I!

Make sure the person cutting your hair nows exactly how to cut it, and not pretend that the do know how. Total mess total butcher job

Will never go to Fantastic Sams again. Only went there to get a simple cut since my hair had gotten so long due to Covid restrictions. After repeating several times what I wanted done, it turned out all choppy looking- and uneven. It would have looked better if I had cut it myself.

I bring my dad to get his haircut here and we always see Tommy. He does a great job and is so fast! My dad is very particular about his hair and Tommy always does it just how he likes it. This place is also clean and they have good covid protocols.

The lady that help ne would not listen to me, she wouldnt color my hair the way I wanted...I payed alot of money and did not get want I wanted, I will never go there again....

Always come here for my cuts, and only go here. Ask for Tommy, he knows what he’s doing. I will say sometimes I worry because he can finish the job in 15 minutes, but it looks better than any other stylish could accomplish in an hour, so I appreciate the saved time and clean cut. Maybe call ahead and put your name down, sometimes there can be a wait as it gets busy!!

They cut your hair the way that you want to cut and yeah its 19 or 20 bucks but well worth it

They over charge, even when compared to other fantastic sams in the metro area. This is why I don’t go to places in Brooklyn Center, terrible service!I chose a color she tried to talk me out of it and I told her the price I pay for my hair at different fantastic Sams (this BC one was closer to me at the time) and she told me maybe I should go there. Definitely not worth your time if you’re used to nice places.

Just depends which one you go to. West end location provided exceptionally great service!! They have always been overpriced but that is not the fault of the stylists.

So when the beautician came and got me I kept questioning about my hair because I didnt think this pretty white woman knew what I was talking about. Then she said Look (pointing to her liscence) Im the Salon Manager and I know what you mean I politely gave her PROPS!! Heidi hooked a sister up! Thanks again for the great service!! Excellent service, though theres sometimes a bit of a wait.

The color was ok but I will NEVER BUY THERE SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER it makes so U cant comb or brush your hair. I am just starting to be able to get my hair brushed with no problems 1 1/2 months after I stopped using it all, and I have a full bottle of shampoo left that I might have to throw away thats sad.

Tommy gave me an excellent haircut. I was so nervous, but it did turn out like the picture. This isnt the best place if youre in a hurry, because no appointments. I think the cut is worth the wait.

Wow there was only one person in front of me and there was two hair stylist they finished with customers then disappeared for over twenty minutes while two other customers along with me were waiting, fine if they were taking a break but have common courtesy of your other customers, and just upset me that I loved going there to get my hair cuts and took me for granted. Bad Customer service.

I have been here two times and every time the staff is great but they don’t know how to cut hair correctly. Every time I give them specific way to cut my hair and every time I leave with a bowl cut.

Absolutely horrible... I saw the owner belittle the stylist while cutting my hair because she didnt charge for a additional hair color from a previous client. So much for being nice and showing good customer service. Absolutely unprofessional and downright mean. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

My stylist didnt listen to what I asked for whatsoever. I even had photos of a very simple cut I wanted, and she basically just have me the haircut she herself had. Not what I wanted at all. Very disappointed. Next time, Ill just bite the bullet and pay more for a fancy salon.

I will NEVER go back to this particular establishment as I dont feel they know what they are doing! I paid close to 100.00$ for a perm, which turned out to be worse than when walked in. After complaining about it I was told to come back in, which I did. They redid my perm, (still not what I wanted) and now two weeks later I discover that the only thing I paid for was for them to burn my hair. I could have done that with a flat iron at home, oh wait, now I am thanks to the hair dressers at Fantastic Sams!!

My boyfriend went and got a hair cut but the result was horrible . He wanted the top to be long since hes been growing it for a while now . He asked the lady to fade his side only . She didnt ask any more questions and did the hair cut. She didnt even fade his side, she just cut his hair the way she wanted, and she even made the top shorter which he did not ask her to do . It was the wrong cut and she try to convince us that he looked good which he didnt . We will never return here AGAIN !!!

Didnt really like my cut, wanted it shorter but the person that did my hair was like its going to be too short. If you dont like it, you have a week to decide. If you come back during this week it will be for free. I wasnt even in there for 5 mins.

Cut my hair too short, and I asked for shoulder length. Brought it up during payment and his excuse was that in the picture I showed him the women’s shoulder is higher than mine and I have low shoulders, so my hair appears lower. I don’t know what that has to do with me wanting shoulder length hair?? He literally gave me a bob. Don’t come here.

The guy that cut my hair did such an amazinv job and I have never had to wait long to get my hair cut at this location.

Waited half an hour probably at door to check in, my eyebrows were messed up and the lady coughed in my face without covering her mouth and made me feel insulted as she cut my hair. Was the worst haircut experience ever had.

This is my neighborhood go to place for myself and my boys. Unfortunately you do need to be picky and know who to have cut your hair

I had a 5 Dollar off coupon as new customer as long as I spent 10 dollars. The adult haircut cost 16.99 which is higher than 10 dollars. The ladies working there said they would only do 2 dollars off even though I got the coupon through there website. What a scam and waste of a trip.
