As always customer service is excellent at Vaporized. We started using them for vaping and now we use them for cbd also and all products are of excellent quality. If you vape or use cbd in any form you cannot beat Vaporized!

Always a friendly and helpful staff. It was disappointing to see only one other individual wearing a mask, includung a child accompanied by a parent that was also being exposed to nicotine. The child was too young to have any awareness of risk posed by covid or nicotine and without a choice in the potential risks of exposure to either one as well

Vaporized in Brookhaven has great staff you could not ask for better. They are always super friendly and very knowledgeable about the devices they sell and Courtney and Seth always make great suggestions when I ask about wanting to find a new juice flavor. The staff make you feel welcome, kind of like youre home. They are all very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to help or talk you through any problem that you might encounter. Best Vape store Ive come across. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you and educate you with any questions you have. I make trips from Natchez to here just for the way they treat their customers. Do yourself a favor and visit this shop even if youre a new or experienced vaper.

Went by to get a kit to replace my broken vape. Walked in and the employees didnt say a word to me for ten minutes. They were with other customers, but didnt even acknowledge me with at least be with you in a moment. The cheapest kits seem overpriced for what they are. Can find the same stuff online for far less. Not satisfied with my visit.

Bought a v8t8 coil for my smok cloud beast and it only lasted 3 days so Im assuming it wasnt an authentic coil it was a clone off of ebay. Every coil I have had before has lasted 2 weeks.
